The representative who answered my call for general questions was not friendly at all and when I ended the call saying thank you and have a good day, she hung up on me. That is terrible! I would never use this company.

Horrible customer service. We requested an appointment thru whirlpool website and requests 12-4. We got a call giving us an 8-12 appt. Ok no big deal so I take off work to wait for th repairman. Its now 12:11 and I have not heard or see him. When I called to inquire the lady was not polite and when I called again the man Buck was not either. They didnt seem to care it was our first experience using this company and they offered us to go elsewhere. Guess they wont be servicing our appliances ever!
