Excellent customer service! I went in looking for a bed and mattress set! Mr Chad gave me a great deal I could not refuse! He made a call and got the bed I wanted from the warehouse! He went above and beyond! I am a first Time customer but he made me feel as if I was apart of the family! Everything was explained in great details! Go see him if you need some furniture, appliances, or electronics!!

Went in one day looking for a bed. Mrs. Hope walked me around the store. I found the bed that fit my budget. And I had it the next day. Customers Service was great. The delivery guys where awesome. And lets not forget the management staff. They worked with me tremendously.

In store customer service was great. But they’re customer outside of the store is very poor. They told me they’d keep me updated on my furniture delivery and I had to call twice to get information. Then they wait til 30 minutes before they close to tell me I won’t get my furniture delivered that day because they couldn’t get in contact with 2 of my references. So 4 whole hours they couldn’t get ahold of them and didn’t call me to see if I had any other references. So I gave them 2 other references and they didn’t even call my other 2 references. I HAD TO HAVE MY REFERENCES CALK THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE TOO LAZY TO CALL BECAUSE THEY WERE CLOSING IN 30 minutes! Poor customer service. On top of that I called corporate to make a complaint and they never picked up and I was left on hold for an hour.

If I could give them a 0 I would I thought these was good ppl lol boy was I wrong I was diagnosed with cancer then I had surgery earlier this week i haven’t been able to work so I told them to come get the funiture I came from the hospital today they showed up with one worker to load the funiture my sons proceeded to help him after they loaded up everything up in the truck. He come knocking back on the door trying to get my tv stand which I paid for I then had to get out my bed to see what was he trying to take and he had them getting their stuff out of my tv stand I bought after I put him out. He came bk then had someone to call me talking about I got a cushion and they was going to call the police because I still have a pillow I’m waiting on the police right now. I was already not wanting my sons to help him then he pulled of a couple minutes ago no apologies off the false accusations or nothing smh now I’m back in the hospital bc I had to get up and put clothes on to wait on the police and to make sure he didn’t take nothing else and one of my staples came out from trying to bind and put on clothes still no apology or nothing

I RENTED A WASHER AND DRYER FROM THIS PLACE FOR OVER A YEAR NOW THROUGHOUT THAT YEAR I WAS MERELY ON TIME EVERTIME FOR MY PAYMENTS IF I WAS I DAY OR SO LATE OR EVEN JUST FORGOT DUE TO SO MANY OTHER BILLS AND LIFE SITUATIONS THEY HARASSED AND HARASSED ME LIKE I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER THEY HAD I GET ALMOST DOWN TO 2 MONTHLY PAYMENTS LEFT AND EXPLAIN THE HARDSHIPS THAT I WAS GOING THROUGH AND HARASSING MANAGER STILL CAME AND TOOK MY WASHER AND DRYER IT WAS ONLY 4 DAYS FROM MY BENEFITS TO KICK IN THESE SELFISH MF STILL WAS INCONCIDERATE OF ME BEING A SINGLE MOTHER AND DOING MY BEST, AFTER YEARS OF PAYING HE TOOK MY WASHER AND DRYER WITH 2 MONTHS LEFT on paymentsPlease I tell you do not waste your time and money on this harassment RENT ELSEWHERE PLEASE! Worse experience ever

DONT DONT DONT GO HERE!!!! Ive purchased 2 items in the past from the Eastern Blvd location paid them both out ALWAYS PAID!! Washer went out they couldnt find it in their system, REALLY. They fixed springs on it n May. Come August electric board goes out. The store manager gives you the run around. I waited for 3 scheduled appointments before they finally show up about 3wks later. They still have my washer and its been about a month. They were suppose to bring it last week then said im sorry it wasnt your washer. They were suppose to bring it today NO WASHER!! Called @ 3:45 they said its loading now...2hrs later NO WASHER....I call @ 6:10 they say oh its loading now the guys just came off break REALLY U CLOSE @ 7:00. I leave come back home STILL NO WASHER! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THEY LIE LIE LIE but i bet if u had ever been late on a payment they wouldve made it to my house. I think im calling the police tomorrow for stolen property.

Went this morning to look for a refridgerator. Have never heard of this place so I was going to check it out. As I went to open the door to a fridge, a roach was on the handle staring at me. We walked straight out.

Worst rental place they harass you for payments after one day late their rude as hell ! I wouldnt rent from them period !
