My car had scrapes and scratches down the entire passenger side after a run-in with a bush. They buffed it out, cleaned it up, and waxed it. The car looks so good that I was joking that I should scratch up the other side too! It looks like new, and its 15 years old. Price was very reasonable.

Brandon in their office kept me updated and informed of everything and had my vehicle back to me BETTER THAN NEW in less time than I had anticipated. This shop and its employees do excellent work and I am very pleased with my vehicle. I hope I do not need them again, but will not hesitate to call them first if I am need of any body work on my vehicle. Thanks again!

Weve had a few cars repaired at MPB and theyve always been fixed correctly.

Have used MP&B before and was very pleased with the service and repair but just had an unpleasant experience when trying to get an estimate. Due to Covid the lobby is closed so you cant just walk in to get an estimate. Sign on the door says to call and make an appointment. So I called and told the lady that Alfa told me to come there and one other place to get an estimate. She said youll have to make an appointment to get an estimate she also said that I would have to call Alfa to assign them to do the repair or I would have to pay a $40 estimate fee!! I told her I would be going elsewhere.

We had a car repaired here a few years ago and were very pleased with the repair work. This was paid for by insurance but we made sure they could get original parts. The service was good, the car looked good as new and was delivered by the day they said it would be.

Before I owned a car, I was aware of MPB legendary service.

My wife had called for a quote and the lady on the phone was very rude and said it would cost $40 just to get an estimate. They might do good work and we were seriously considering having them do the work, but when something bad happens to your car, the last thing anyone needs is a rude person and an additional cost just to get pricing. I cannot recommend a company that has this first impression regardless of the online reviews. Consider looking aroumd more...

Worst customer service ever. I walked in and asked for an estimate and they told me that since my accident occurred one day ago, I shouldnt need an estimate that the party at fault insurance company would inquire about the estimate. Not only that, they told me to go to Capitol Paint and Body for an estimate.
