They called and informed me after each step was complete and only took three days to get my truck back to me. The manager Landon even helped to fix a couple spots in my paint that was not part of the accident! Joe Hudson is for sure the best place to take your car in the area! Everyone there was SUPER helpful & they send you text/email updates on your cars maintenance process. I got in a wreck on a Thursday and took my car to them on the following Monday for an estimate & then brought my car by to get fixed on that Wednesday and then it was ready to be picked back up on the following Monday morning! They did a fabulous job fixing my bumper and even cleaned and detailed the inside of my car! No extra charge. HIGHLY RECOMMEND :)

Great job by Joe Hudson Wetumpka location and Tommy for all his help fixing our Xterra. As a military family, I put our family in a real bind getting into a minor accident which needed a tow a few weeks before our PCS move to a new state. On top of that this happened right before a major holiday. Nobody would take us in to get the car fixed on time. Tommy did and turned around a fixed car in 1 week! Professional, courteous, and the work looks great. Communication was easy via phone and email so I was never in the dark, and concise so I was never confused on what exactly needed to be repaired and how. They really bailed me out so hopefully our move goes smooth. Refreshing to see people go out of there way to help someone else, I hope I can pay it forward asap. I recommend this auto shop without hesitation. Drive safe and thank you!

Not very personable

Im disappointed. If Im getting your text messages, and updates about when my car will be complete I expect it to be complete. The date I was suppose to receive my car, I get a message that they will call me to come pick it up, but instead I get a call saying it wont be ready for another 5 day. Then Im given a laundry list of reasons why it wont be ready. Maybe I expected too much. Maybe I was wrong.Update!!! Still havent gotten my car, and all I get is phone calls telling me why Im not getting it. Then amazingly when I stop by they tell me no one has been able to get in contact with me. I will say everyone is professional, but its taken so long that now I have to pay for daily rental car usage.

Friendly staff but poor service. After five weeks and more than nine thousand dollars in repairs, I picked up my vehicle and learned that significant issues remain. A large section of molding has been removed and not replaced. The electronic locking system on the drivers side is no longer functioning properly. In addition, the interior was very disappointing. I now have a large stain that I cannot remove on my passenger seat and my drivers side floorboard is a muddy mess. Two of my tires had been overinflated by thirteen pounds. I have microscratches all over the vehicle (including the newly painted areas) that appear to have been caused by an automated car wash. I have always avoided those because of the potential for this issue. In summary, the service received was completely unacceptable.

I must say I am a very picky person. I threw a fit about everything that I thought happend in my car accident. I picked out everything that was wrong are even if I thought it was wrong. Mr.Tommy fixed everything I had a problem with they did a amazing job. Even if I didnt like it he would take my car back and fix the problem. If anything happens while Im in Alabama again I will pick this place over anybody. If you dont like something dont be afraid to tell Mr.Tommy, he is the Manager and he will go out of his way to make it right and fix the problem you have with your vehicle. I picked this joe Hudson over all of them in this area and Im glad I did!!!!!GO HERE IF YOU NEED YOUR CAR FIXED!!!!!Thank yall again 🙂😁🤗
