The worst service I have ever experienced!!!!!!! The person who answered the phone lied to me then lied again when i got there. After she left the next lady was rude. If you value your time dont waste it here! i lost 3hrs and still did not get service. I will never set foot in another Auto Glass Now

Called in the morning and made an appointment for 1hr later. Work was good, cost less than my deductible, and didnt take very long.

Terrible terrible service,scheduled a 9 am appointment and waited with vehicle until 11 30 and still didn’t get to my car.Several people that came in after me pulled their car in before me which makes absolutely no sense.Today is March 27 2021 and I advise anyone that is considering this place NOT TO GO.I’ve already told everyone on my Facebook,Instagram,and Snapchat to never use this place.I repeat if u are in the Montgomery area find another place because this place is not professional.

Everything was great except it took a little longer then I like.

When I came in today to get a quote on my windshield and schedule an appointment, I was beyond happy with the services from the young man working the reception area. He was very professional and patient. It was quite busy and I witnessed another customer get rude with him, and he handled it very professionally by not getting rude back. He had several phone calls coming in at once and he was polite with everyone. Definitely pleased & I recommend their customer service!

My day started with sticker shock following news from the dealership of the cost to replace my SUV’s windshield. Thankfully my friend urged me to check out Auto Glass Now. I was very pleasantly surprised by the customer service and the quality of work that was rendered today. The young men (one of them turned out to be the owner’s son) who assisted me were very courteous and knowledgeable. I’m most especially pleased that they charged me reasonably and the job got done on the same day. This place has no frills and no nonsense. Don’t let the facade intimidate you. These guys delivered well for less than 50% the cost at the dealerships. My new windshield looks just like the original!

This location did good the previous times repairing my car glass. But my last job with them was a Horrible experience this time they left my custom 1974 El-Camino on 30s outside the business for 3 days before selling me the glass and I still had to send my car to another shop to finish the job. Smh

Got my windshield window done on yesterday on my Corolla they did an amazing job 👌🏾👍🏾… there was a wait, and it was worth it, but people have to understand there is a pandemic, a lot of people are on unemployment and most companies/jobs are low on staff

Was told on a Friday glass would be in on the following Tuesday made appointment to come in that following Saturday get there and was told glass hadnt came in drove from town over they could of given a courtesy call and saved a trip! I canceled my order

The quality of the product is fine. If you make an appointment it doesnt matter if people come walking in they are taken 1st nullifying the appointment time. I was there almost 5 hours, 3 of which were after said time. The price is fine. I will use you again.

They got us in and out pretty quickly. Everyone working there was friendly and polite. The price was good and saved me from dealing with insurance. I would recommend them but they could do a better job cleaning up their mess. My dash had shards and glass dust all over it. There was also a bit of that black goo left behind on the car around the window but it came off easily.

Someone cracked my window and looking online I did find Auto Glass at a reasonable price! I paid cash, but I think they deal with your insurance as well. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I left a book behind and they were quick to call me to inform me of this. So far my window is fine and you can not tell that it was ever damaged!

I had an appointment Saturday at 9am for a replacement. Sadly one of the techs did not show up which resulted in me not leaving until 2-2:30pm. I live about 30 minutes away but the service, quality, and price are worth the drive. Ashley, Ryan and Ricky all did an outstanding job of handling a difficult situation with utmost professionalism. Ashley was managing the desk and helping in the shop to try to move customers through the process as quickly as possible. Ricky had to be exhausted but was working as fast as he could and did a great job. Ryan was kind and professional with every single customer that came in that day even though he was still training.

These guys had my windshield for 2003 Tahoe at half the price of the big company with the fancy jingle you hear all the time on radio and television. Call ahead of time and make sure they can get the product. They were good about scheduling the time and follow up calls.

Auto GlassNow in Montgomery, AL gave me a great price for the replacement of my back windshield and I was so pleased with there professionalism & punctuality!

When I called they said they had the windshield to bring it own got there around 2 at 4:30 they tell me the windshield they were going to put in had a chip would need to come back, so two days later I take and drop off my car as they requested about 420 I call and they tell me they were unable to get the trim needed so they wouldnt be able to do it, so the tech was going to do it supposed to do it that Saturday I get a message he had a family emergency would have to do it first of the week, so i contacted him Monday said he would do it after 5 Tuesday, so about 445 I get a message he had broke the windshield loading it said he would have to order another one, I told him not to worry about it, I would find someone else, and in there defence I have not found anyone else to replace the windshield, it seems the trim has been discontinued for my 2002 chevrolet corvette.

My husband made my appointment with the good folks at Auto Glass Now for 9:00 am and when I arrived, they were waiting with smiles. I came prepared to stay for hours while they replaced my vehicle windshield but to my surprise, I was in and out in all of 15 minutes! Had a great conversation with the sweet lady in reception and I looked up and my car was parked in front and ready to go. Excellent Business! Excellent Service! Reasonable prices! I was met at the door by Ashely and denzell with warm smiles and very helpful. Denzell had already made my appointment which i call last min and gave me a amazing price to get my back window fix. The tech name was Rickey and he was also very professional and worked fast. as Rickey was working he notice my tire needed air and went ahead and fill my tire up . I must say honestly this was a amazing experience esp for such late notice !!!!!

Their prices are better than the glass company that advertises on TV. They are fast, so you dont have to wait very long.

My chipped windshield turned into a run overnight. The service my insurance wanted me to go through was way to expensive. I got the number to Auto Glass Now off of Google and called for a quote. The branch manager Steve answered the phone and he talked me into replacing it today. I drove to Montgomery from Greenville, Al to get it done and the great technician worked through lunch to get me back on the road. They will be my first call from now on.

Normally I dont like to complain too much but when I called this placed and I got a quote for my trucks windshield and they told me to be there by 4pm. I got there and they didnt have anything for me. Even asked the guy on the phone where they were located and I got there before 4pm. They told me that did not have my order nor my information. Even my coworker heard this guy tell me that they will have one ordered by 1:15pm. Now that I read more reviews I see that maybe it did save more headaches. In top of that they didnt even bother to ask me if I wanted to do the order with them. People CUSTOMER SERVICE goes a long way.

I called other glass repair companies around Montgomery and the price was trailing Safe Lite.I stumble across the Auto Glass Now website. I called 10/30/2014 and the person who answered the phone was so pleasant and professional. I believe her is Doreen. She gave me a quote almost half of Safe Lite price and lower than all other competitors in Montgomery. I was schedule the next day 10/31/2014 (I know...on Halloween, but hey, this was an off day for me. She asked if I could come the same day, but there was no way I could get off work) at 1:00 and was out of there in less than an hour.My brand-new windshield has a lifetime warranty. I saved hundreds going to them. It was cheaper to pay cash as oppose to filing a claim against my insurance. My deductible is $500.00. Had I not called around and searched the web, I would not have found out about them.If you are looking for a windshield please comparison shop. You could save your self tons of money. For my car (09 Toyota Camry) I saved over one hundred dollars going to Auto Glass Now.

I have used this company many times before and I regret to say it will never happen again. I drove 40 miles and passed other automotive glass companies to be treated with disrespectful and rude behavior. The only positive thing is a phone call with Bob I had. I assume he is the owner or manager. He was very nice and helpful to try and help me with my situation. However, the staff inside of the store is a different story. The receptionist seemed very stressed and agitated. She couldnt help me but she did go get a window technician. This is where it really went downhill. After 10 minutes he came into the front of the store. His body language clearly showed a bad attitude from the time he walked in. I told him what Bob suggested to do to get it fixed. He said that I was wrong and would not even look at my window. He was very rude when he insisted that he has been in this business for 20 years and didnt care if I took my business elsewhere. Suggestion: If you only care about cheap this might be the route for you. (They claim to have low price guarantee). If you enjoy rude customer service this might be the place for you. I will however take the window installers advice and suggest to everyone to spend their money elsewhere.

They only took 30 minutes to put the windshield in and spent less than $200. Love them.!

I had an appointment there today at 3:30p and when I made it someone had already had the windshield they originally ordered for me put in their car because they lied like they had an appointment but the reason I gave them five stars is because the manager went over and beyond to make sure my windshield was replaced today before he left to go home. He called and had a windshield ordered and sent to the shop in less than an hour or so. Even though I don’t remember his name or the other guy that stayed over to help him (I’m really not good with names lol) I am so thankful for you guys, because I went from being agitated after hearing the windshield I ordered was installed in someone’s else vehicle to a happy customer in the end, that was great customer service oh yeah and may I add the price fit right in my budget. Warning!! Do not use this company!! They replaced my windshield and broke my rear view mirror while doing so. They didnt tell me. They put glue on it so I wouldnt notice and then it fell down a week later. When asked to fix it they said they couldnt. They did not try to make it right and the customer service was terrible.

If I could I would give them 0 stars. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and ratchet!! I hope no one ever goes there cause it needs to be closed down. I made an appointment and sat there an hour and still had not been pulled in. When you ask how long they get an attitude and get smart. But they were eating pizza laughing playing and their friends children were running around behind the counter. I will never in my life go there again. I PROMISE! Being that I was just passing through the Montgomery area because of military duties. I needed my window install as soon as possible. I was told that the window was ordered and to show up the next day between 8am and 12pm. After showing up at 11am only to find out that the window was not ordered and now my wait moved to 4 days because of the holiday. Unreliable !!

I called around and got several $300-$600 prices for my Kia windshield replacement. While searching, I came across Auto Glass Now, and the awesome price they quoted me saved the day. The customer service is wonderful, and I was back on the road in about an hour. Great!

Very unreliable, took my truck to get rear glass replaced. Left glass in door, left speaker out of my door an door handle disconnected. Took it back to get speaker reinstalled an they put a busted speaker that doesn’t even belong in my truck. Talked to manager an she said she would review cameras an contact me back been two weeks still no word from her. So I bought a new set because it’s very noticeable it’s busted from listening to it, an while replacing the speakers noticed the busted speaker an self tapping screws used to mount it in my door.

Just left there and they were the only place cheaper than my deductible. About $130 cheaper than anywhere else around. Customer service was great and I was done in about an hour.

Scheduled a windshield replacement for 2pm and arrived 10 pts prior to scheduled time. Waited a full hour before I was told that my car would not be able to start the replacement until 4pm. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.

I would never go there again. I got in a wreck months after they replaced my front windshield. The company that repaired it do to the wreck charged extra just to get my windshield done correctly, after paying Auto Glass Now $175. A job they (GlassAuto) had to do and redo. After the second time I left with black glue everywhere even on the glass. NEVER AGAIN warranty or not

They dont my windshield in crooked and to one side and would not regret it out and fix it there hacks do not go get your windows putting up there they do not care about your car or my customer service they are not trustworthy

I wish I read the review below before bringing my car to this company. As he said the same thing happened to me. The car frame dent was made during their service and they tried to fix it by applying similar but different color paint on the area and did not tell us until we noticed it. We took the photo before service so we can definitely tell it was not there before. Other than that there were several scratches left on body, stains inside, glass pieces inside, misalignment of the window installation.I showed the manager and he said he will have his higher boss to call me and I could not hear from him at all after my several attempts to reach him by calling the store so many times.Poor quality poor customer service.

I would not recommend auto glass because of the simple fact that each time I called I was given three different prices they went from 150.00 to 180.00 and while installing my windshield there were damages done to my car!

We were told on a Wednesday to come in on monday to get a new windsheild installed. Monday we got there and they removed our damaged windsheild before even having the new one, which stranded us for 2 days while we were given excuses. Poorly managed and supervised, in fact, neither were available in person or by phone....Update!4weeks later windshield leaks bad. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone anymore.

Gave them numerous chances to find reason for dash board lights flashing after heavy rains. No warranty because floor mats were dry. They had no idea of source of malfunctions because leak test found floor carpets dry. Therefore no warranty. Reputable company found 4 screws were all that held my windshield in place. There should have been eight rivits. Water leaked through 4 empty rivit positions. Shorted fuse box. Body work to repair screw installation cost $1,400. When I returned and asked about screws they used. I was told I the rivit installation often resulted in cracked windshields. Refused to pay repair cost! Offered me 400 dollars for new moldings. You get what you pay for! By the way manager told me they were always cheaper because they reuse rhe moldings.
