I can say I’m very disappointed I called over the weekend seeking emergency services spoke to a young woman was told I would have to pay 125.00 extra fee for the weekend and that I would receive a call from a technician for further details this was on Sunday I never received a call called once again later in the day due to not receiving a call spoke with a gentleman. He said the same as the first young lady I spoke with also made him aware that I called earlier that morning and never received a callback. Soon as I ended the call, I instantly got a call spoke to someone who informed me that it would be better to wait Monday to save some money instead of being charged 300.00, so I respected that and confirmed I would call the next day as told and they had my information. Once everyone was in that, they would get someone out once everyone came in for that day. Come Monday. I had my sister call on my behalf due to me traveling, then once she told me, somebody informed me that no one could come in early, which is not what I asked; I was trying to see if somebody could complete the job. So when I reached my destination, I called once more and spoke with an older woman who was so contradicting she stated, oh, we may be able to get someone out then as she put me on hold then was told, oh no, we would be able to come out today I explained I had spoken to 3 people over the weekend explaining the situation and was placed on another hold only to be told it’s no chance anyone could come I I then asked if someone could come the next day and was told oh we are booked hunny so when I asked if that was the case why did I get refused for emergency service if it was supposed to help me then she proceeded to say well if you wanted to pay 300, then you can still deliver. Someone can come, but if no one can come out. I would have spent that over the weekend but to be told to call back then once I do to be said that oh well if you pay 300 we can come but if not then we can’t complete the job I had no idea it was so many broken windows in this area for them to be so booked. Still, god help these people because no wrongdoing goes unseen. If she was lien might god help her? I’m sure they don’t care as long as the money comes in, but God has his way of fixing these types of situations; the service was so bad I had to write a review which I never do. It

Terrible, simply put. Contacted me to tell me my glass order was in. I went to pick it up and it was nowhere to be found. Accepted a slap in the face credit of $25 after telling them I had an installer from out of town ready to install today. Decided to have them install at the tune of $200 because I was out of options. After they started to cut out the old glass on the correct door frame in my house, they proceeded to go outside and cut on the wrong door. Can I upload pictures of what they did to my trim? Before more damage was done I decided to pull the plug and find actual professionals to do the job. Owner Jeff hung up on me over the phone. I can assume he doesn’t understand customer service. Wouldn’t even allow me to ask him what he was going to do on the other door they were cutting on. BBB will be my next step. Absolutely infuriated and left to wonder how Jeff has been in business. Maybe his commercial work is better. Hit up this review when your glass starts to have issues after their unprofessional install job.

Terrible service. We paid to have cur glass on 7/27/2021 and its now 8/13/2021 and we still dont have our merchandise. This was supposed to be ready a week later. They keep giving us the runaround.

Brad and Quinton came and replaced high windows at the top of my vaulted ceiling. They were very professional & friendly.

Have used them a number of times on various cars. Courteous and knowledgeable employees. Work always done on time. Pleasure to work with. They do great work. Oh and Ive had glass cut for tables at home and they do a great job on that also.

We saw google reviews and used their service. It was the our worst experience ever. The job was incomplete and they made it worse.
