I have heard many good things about this place. Writing this to inform people that this is NOT LKQ. It is located DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM LKQ!

Hicks which is now LKQ which replaced order keystone dont care about their customers as an automated answering system put me on hold for 15 minutes till I hung up. Apparently they either dont eant any more customers or they have made enough money they dont have to work any more but if they are not out of business yet it wont take long with their non- interactive customer service program theyre working on. A helpful reminder here, your business is not the only one around so when you dont answer the phone people will call some one who will answer the phone. If I was your boss, I would fire any & everyone who has the job of answering the phone, 15 minutes & not one person was able to answer the phone, that is a joke.

Not good at all they tried to get me for a 82$ cord that I paid for and now I have to wait until next Friday to get my money back and on top of that a had to wait 45 minutes to ever get my part.
