Great customer service! Great advice from Saul...even though they couldnt service my car he sent me to a service center who could. Thanks!!
Went above and beyond to help us get a tire fixed. Great staff!
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !! VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!
I was sent away and told they do not do the service i needed done then later found out all pepboys do in fact provide that service
Robert was very helpful. Love love love his customer service so if you are planning on going to this location, ask for Robert. You will not be disappointed!
Came in and was taken care of immediately. Great customer service from managers and Clarence. Ask for Robert. He’s the best.
Very pleasant not only with me, but I was listening to the manager talk but the customers on the phone while I was waiting for my truck to be brought to the front. He was so helpful, polite, and patient with each one. ☺️👌
Came in for a tire patch. Got taken care of quick and easy.
I have been going to Pep Boys about five years now. I have been going to Firestone in Eastchase like forever, but they have messed me over to the highest. Once in for all, I have moved my business to Pep Boys. Every time that I go there, I feel so safe and stressfree, knowing someone will understand and treat my car with care. I personally would like to thank Mike and Danny for great customer service and the repairing of my axle that was busted. Knowing Firestone, the employee would found more things on my Nissan, instead of replacing what was needed to be fixed.
Made an appointment for an engine oil change online but once I get there, they said make sure I make double scheduling via online and phone. I waited about one and an half hours but they did not even start anything. One mechanic with dark uniform was working on other person’s tire. He took more than an hour to finish only one tire. The other guy(in the picture) with white uniform just sit whole time, smoking cigs and chatting with the woman who is in charge at the desk.I was there just for an engine oil change which only takes less than 30min, had an appointment and waited one and an half hours but nothing moved. So I asked for my car key back and just left because I had another appointment. I had a horrible experience at this place for sure.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. I wish there is 0 star on this review.
We were driving from Texas to North Carolina and had a tire blow out on the interstate near montgomery, Alabama on a Saturday night. We changed the tire (spare doughnut) and made it to a hotel. Sunday morning we were searching around trying to find an open tire store that could get us back on the road quickly. Many other stores were closed on Sunday or too busy to help us. We waited outside pep boys for them to open. When they opened up they helped us out first thing and got to work quickly. Clarence was a great technician. All the staff were professional and courteous. Thank you!
I came in for an oil change at pep boys here in Montgomery al, worker Clarence Provo was very good with custom service, I don’t know him but he was really nice and treated me very professionally. I will now continue to come here for my oil chance and others. Thanks Pep Boys for Good Service!!!!!!!
Came in for a oil change and was taken care of immediately.
It was ok, dude who serviced me acted like he couldnt speak up. Like I could barely hear him. Techs should be more willing to explain problems better. Other than that, I was in and out. 😊
Internet says closes at 8pm. Doors locked at 7:03PM. Ill never give any of MY money to a business that wont be open on a WEDNESDAY NIGHT past 7pm. What about those of us who work a 9—6 job? Employee saw me at the door and didnt bother looking up from his phone. Ill take my money elsewhere, and encourage everyone I know and speak to, to do the same.
These guys are always on top of their work. Always quick and take care of whats needed. Outstanding customer service! We really appreciate their hard work.
Carl the manager, Donetta, inside sales, and Mike, the mechanic were all very helpful. I needed a headlamp for my car and the install was not easy. They sold me what I needed - not what the over priced kit - and installed it right away. I was ready to go after a half hour of their help - on with our travel plans and a reset of our hearts for the caring service we received from your store!!! (Montgomery, AL)
Excellent service especially TEDROY LONGHORN I WILL ALWAYS COME BACK.Tedroy nailed it again excellent service.
The retail there was great. Will be sad to see it go. Chris the Service guy was great with putting on the wiper blades, and seeing if my car would start since the starter was going out.
I had new shocks and struts installed on my truck which had over 260 K miles at this Pep Boys recently. I was struggling with heavy bouncing in the front and nose-dive when braking as well as mis alignment. At first I wasnt so sure if I should go to the dealership. But I decided to give them a try. And this is my feedback.1. Saved over 30% on parts and labor compared to the dealership.2. My front end is now stable and my wheel alignment is completely straightened out.3. This truck rides like its almost brand new. She definitely needed this make over. The service that I got from Dan and the work that Mike did on the truck was 100% satisfactory. Anyone considering Pep Boys should go to this location and ask for Dan. They also wont sell you something you dont need. Thanks guys and keep up the good work!
Driving through from Arkansas, I stopped in at 6 pm with a nail in my tire. Eric told me he couldn’t get to me today since they close at 7. I’m not used to this type of “Southern Hospitality”. Thank goodness Firestone on Alt Highway is open and happy to repair my tire.
This store sucks and its mainly the people. I took my car to get the tire fixed when it was obviously leaking. They told me nothing was wrong with it and a couple days later Im stranded on the road with a flat tire with a nearly ruined tire. I then took it took a little ghetto shop (had no choice, closest one) and they fixed it.Pricing..boy they like to charge out the ass for simple procedures. I took my car to simply get a engine code read and they wanted to charge $89! This usually takes less than 5 minutes and you can get this done for FREE at other stores. Ive been in the store also when Ive heard customers complain about how theyve been charged ridiculous fees for something simple. DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR CAR FIXED. Only go to this place if you know exactly what you want to purchase.I live literally right next to this place and i will never go here again. THEY SUCK.
I bought a set of tires for my truck recently shortly thereafter I bought a set of tires for my wifes car. The service was slow each time. When we picked up my wifes car three out of four of the wheesl lugs were not tightened. Two wheels almost came off as we got on the interstate. To rectify this problem the manager Anthony gave me 3 free oil changes for my vehicle and my wifes vehicle. I called yesterday to make an appointment for a 10 oclock oil change. When I came in at 10 at gentleman dressed in street clothes waited on me after five minutes. He told me he would check to see how long it would be before I can get my oil changed. About 10:25 a.m. I asked do we know how long it will be? He answered we still have a car on the lift getting tires and it will be 30 more minutes. I said will I cant wait Ill have to leave. He wanted me to understand that if someone comes in at 9 a.m. to get tires he cant hold the Rack open until 10. I did notice that they have multiple racks and hopefully more than one employee in the shop. I recommend if youre buying tires check your wheels to make sure theyre tight when you leave also plan to stay for quite a while as their service is very very slow.
Shout out to mechanic Tedroy who took real care of our vehicle. My fiance and I truly appreciate that.
Everyone there was really helpful & polite. I would recommend anyone to go there.
Need some quick air to get my tire going and the guys definitely looked out for me here. Even got a lot of honest advice from one of the mechs, Mike. He helped me finally decide on the kind of tires I’ll need based on price and specs for my car.If you’re looking for good service, definitely check this place out!
This was my first time using them for tire purchase. I had an emergency and I called them, the young lady that answered the phone was extremely helpful and very friendly. When I arrived, she already had me set up to get my tire replaced. I had a short wait and I was soon back on the road again. I will use them again in the future.
Super knowledgeable. Store has excellent selection and the staff was generally pretty nice. Mechanics were great. They took me out into the garage and showed me what was wrong with my car and told me how I could collect on the warranty.
I was driving north on 231 from FL to IL and needed an oil change. I spotted Pep Boys and drove in. They had been a sponsor of Click and Clack, the Tappert Brothers on NPR, so I pulled in. The help were professional and very polite. The store is clean and so is the waiting area. I had to wait about 45 minutes but didnt mind. I have never been to a Pep Boys but for a basic oil change, was impressed.
Had a great experience! Being from out of town and only in Alabama for the weekend, I was very stressed about my flat tire. Donetta at the desk was very kind and I received quick, well-communicated service and a saved weekend!
Its your average Pep Boys auto parts store. Clean and well organized when I was there. The customer service went out of those way to help me locate an item which they were out of stock on at the time. Some items will need to be special ordered.
The staff at Pep Boys is always helpful and professional. I have been to this Pep Boys several times and I always get outstanding service. Today I went in and the service was awesome. Thanks Pep Boys staff for all you do!!!!!!!!
I brought my 08 BMW for a simple low beam light bulb replacement. After waiting for about 1,5 HR I drove away thinking that the job was done. Couple minutes later I realized that the warning light is still on my dash board. I pulled over, checked my low beams and sure enough both of them were out. When I went back and asked the service manager Anthony which light bulbs were replaced, he looked very confused. He played with my headlights switches, trying to convince me that they did change the low beams and pointed to the high beams on the inside of the headlights. I even asked him if the light bulbs that they gave me back as a proof of their well done job look burned to him. Without hesitation he said yes. They were obviously not burned! Finally the mechanic walked out and by the look on his face it was clear that he made a mistake. Anthony however kept trying to cover it up, and suggested that all 4 of the light bulbs were out, and I needed to buy additional light bulbs to replace the low beams. Obviously that wasnt an option for me. After a couple of minutes the mechanic just offered to correct his mistake. It literally took him 15 min to do so and I was finally on the way home.I understand we all make mistakes. And if Anthony would have suggested to fix their mistake really quick, it wouldnt have a big deal for me. But he decided to cover it up and blame it on me, and even had a nerve to try charging me more. Again... if you made a mistake, own it! Very disappointed! Im new to the area and it could have been my go-to shop for simple services.
Like the others, if i could leave 0 stars I would. But, let me say this in advance, the area supervisor gave me a refund, but that doesnt change the fact that the business is awful. Long story short, I had my car towed to this location because the belt they put on came off. I called multiple times and each time they said they were working on it. By day two, I had gotten irritated and they assured me they were working on it and doing the best they could. Day three: I call and they say we cant do anything to your car because we cant move it, the starter is bad and we cant crank it. Your battery is already dead, so we need a new battery. Mind you, the first time i got my belt put on, they said the battery was bad and talked me into buying a new one for $196 only to get a refund because THE GUY WASNT TURNING THE KEY IN THE IGNITION. Seriously. So, they want me to get a new starter, battery, alternator and call it a day, when all i needed was my belt to be put back on properly. Furthermore, I lost it, and got a ride down there, hopped in my car, cranked it first try, the folks at Pep Boys looked like they had seen a ghost. So, I drove it somewhere else to get the belt put on. I had the other place check my starter etc and they said it was fine. So, not only did my car sit there for 72 hours untouched, they also lied about doing tests and diagnostics. But, what really concerns me is that they tried to get me to replace three things that werent even messed up. I wouldnt go back to this place if it was the last place open on earth, I would rather walk. You are better than this place, dont go.
I approached them to troubleshoot and fix a problem with my car. The person at front desk doesnt appear to be serious. It is as if I am looking for a favor from them. My details were taken and I was asked to wait. I waited 30 minutes, but nothing moved. So I decided to leave the place as I had to get back to work.
I was traveling through Montgomery and had an issue with the tire sensor coming on. I stopped in and asked them to check it and let them know I was traveling. They were very kind and speedy and took a look at the tire right away. They had me back on the road in no time which I really appreciated.
Good place to get your car or truck repaired
10 out of 10 do NOT recommend. I went in for a simple tire patch and conventional oil change. When I came in, I had to wait 2 and a half hours! Then, when paying for my services, I was told the amount which was more than I expected. I asked why the oil change was a different price than I was quoted and they used a high mileage synthetic oil instead of what I asked for which is the conventional oil. After all was said and done, two days later my tire pressure light came back on. They charged me for the tire patch but did not perform the service. I instead went to Costco to get the patch which they did FREE OF CHARGE! Now that it’s been a few months and I need my oil change yet again, yesterday I went to Walmart figuring that I could get my oil change and do my grocery shopping. When I went to pick up my car, they said that they could not get the drain plug out because it has been rounded and that that was due to the last place I got it done which was AT PEP BOYS! I called Pep Boys and spoke with the manager and they said that Walmart always makes those claims and they would take care of the oil change themselves because they have the correct tools to do the job. Because of the terrible experience i had, i decided to get a second opinion from somewhere else. Now I’ve taken it to Brown Automotive which came HIGHLY RECOMMEND by serval people, and they reaffirmed that the plug has indeed been rounded. They were thankfully able to get it off with vice grips and pulled the part to show me how stripped it was. They also said that there was NO gasket installed and informed me it would be in my best interest to NEVER go back to Pep Boys. Now I have to pay for extra parts and services for something as simple as an oil change. AWFUL!!! I am absolutely going to talk to corporate about this headache of an ordeal. DO NOT STOP HERE!
If I could give zero stars I would. I was visiting Montgomery Alabama and I took my car in because it was running hot. I was getting a no coolant alert after I refilled it. I was told it was a water pump and would cost 1200. I authorized the repair and picked my car up the next day (Saturday). I was told by the assistant manager that since I had just had my engine replaced, the repair shop who installed the engine was at fault and I should hold them accountable and get an attorney if need be.I drove about 15 miles and went to my hotel to prepare to leave the following day. As I was pulling out of the hotel parking lot Sunday morning, my car began to run hot again and the coolant light came on. I immediately drove returned to PEP BOYS, which was .5 mile down the road. I left the car for the remainder of the day and was told that I needed a Thermostat and it would not be in until the following day. I was asked if there were going to be any accommodations for the inconvenience and was initially told no. After threatening to contact my attorney, the assistant manager called back and said they would reimburse me for my hotel expenses.I was told that my Car would be ready on Monday around noon. I called Monday to confirm at 11, and 12 however I was told that the car was not ready yet. I was forced to book another night at the hotel due to check time requirements. I returned to PEP Boys at 5 and was advised that it was not ready because the replacement part (a TPart ) was difficult to access. I was told by the Store Manager that if it was not fixed by noon on Tuesday that they would get me a rental car to return home.My husband called Tuesday Morning to verify and was told that the rental car was on standby but they were working really hard to get the car finished. When I arrived at noon I was told that we were awaiting a sensor to arrive. I returned at 2 and was advised at 3 that they received the wrong sensor and had to wait until tomorrow for another. The store manager told me that he would initiate a claim for me to be reimbursed and that he would call enterprise to pick me up. Despite being told that he had a car reserved, I was required to place a deposit and pay all of the rental fees upfront. I reluctantly returned to NC without my vehicle and called daily. Every day from Wednesday-Friday, I was told that my car would be ready “this afternoon”. I repeatedly expressed that I need confirmation that it was fixed, before I drive 5 hours to pick my car up. I have contacted Customer Relations, the Claim Rep and the Store in an attempt to get some answers and compensation. Although the store manager was very pleasant and attempted to be helpful, I am complete dissatisfied and I do not know when I will get my car back.
We were on our way home from Florida and had to get towed to this location. All of the people were friendly and they had our car back on the road the next day so we could make it back home to Ohio.
Couldnt ask for a better group of men! Kevin and Anthony were on top of it. Their service was outstanding! Would definitely recommend this place.
After dropping my vehicle to have brakes done . I was informed my front passenger bearing needed replacing and my vehicle would be ready in a few hours that turned into a 3 day stay. The only time I got any response was when I called and never a straight answer. I would not recommend this store to anyone for service or repair work ever
I went in on 3/14 to get a nail out of my tire, and i could hear the nail deflating from the tire. I called for prices on patches and cluggs for it and it was around $27. I called again and asked how much for my spare to be put on and he said hold on.. asked whomever he asked and came back to me and said $20. Not bad but i asked how much is it to replace my flat with my spare when i arrived, and the manager Anthony told me to my face that it would be $27.So i called sexton tires and he easily said he could put it on for $10.... i give it 1 star . Never going back to that location. Good luck to everyone.
I had very bad experience.Keep away this storeIf you think your time is importantAnd if you expect good service.Take over two hours to buy two tires.(standing all the time)Also, Nobody care about spending your time.
I took my 2010 Toyota Camry to the Pep Boys located at 1515 Eastern Blvd, Montgomery, AL 36117, for an oil and filter change on 11-23-15. At that time, there was no problem with my Camry that I was aware of. The mechanics at the above Pep Boys changed the oil and filter, as requested.I took the Camry back to the same Pep Boys shop for another oil and filter change on 01-09-16. When the mechanic completed the service, he advised me at that time that he could only change the oil, as he was not able to take the filter off to replace it. At the time, I thought this would not be a big problem, and I would be able to have both the oil and filter replaced on the next visit. Note that I have never had a problem with changing the oil and filter on any of my other cars, until I took this Camry to the Pep Boys, listed above. But, when I visited the same Pep Boys on 02-14-16, the mechanic advised me that the he was not able to change the oil filter. They only changed the oil, and the same filter was still on the car.So, I brought my car to a Toyota Dealer Shop. The Toyota Dealer advised that the oil filter is over-tightened, and that they dont want to try to take the filter off because they did not want to be responsible if it broke while taking the oil filter off.I went back to the same Pep Boys shop again on 02-21-16, and I advised them that I had my oil and filter changed at that shop last November, and their mechanic over-tightened the oil filter. I advised them that I want their shop to solve this problem. The shop manager said, We didnt change the oil filter.I said, The mechanic on the receipt from November should be able to remember changing both the oil and filter. The receipt was documented that they changed both the oil and filter. She said that the mechanic from November no longer worked there.I advised that the mechanic from the January visit should be able to remember. She said that the mechanic from January also no longer worked there.I was very uncomfortable with that answer.I asked her, So, the receipt of the visit in November is wrong, as they charged me for both the oil and the filter change.Note that this Pep Boys mechanics are the only ones that have touched the oil and filter since I purchased this car. The Mechanic on the receipt of November said, The mechanic recommended synthetic oil but customer requested conventional oil change. There was NO mention of any problem with changing the oil filter at that time. The shop manager asked, Why did you request conventional oil instead the mechanic recommended synthetic oil?I advised that I was concerned about the oil filter, not the kind of oil!It became apparent that she didnt want to have any responsibility for this problem. So, I asked her to give me the receipts, as this is my information and I have right to have those. She put her hand on her chest with the receipt and said, Dont touch my body, not even a finger!!! I asked for the receipts three more times, but she wouldnt give them to me. She then printed out copies of the receipts for me.All Im asking for is for Pep Boys to step up and accept responsibility for their actions, and to remove the existing oil filter and replace it with a new one.I stayed at that shop more than two hours at that shop, arguing with the personnel at that Pep Boys, including the Shop Manager. That was a very uncomfortable experience for me.
Donetta has the best customer service. She answered every question I had and also assisted with solving the problem with my car. Thanks
Staff here is super sweet and very willing to help! They have almost everything you could need and most of the time are having a sale!
Was having car problems yesterday. Unsteady idle and it would randomly cut off. Decided to go right up the street to the Pep Boys because they pull codes for free. Then I could get whatever Parts I needed right there. Get up there and they say the mechanic wont be there til 10 and apparently only a mechanic can pull a code even though they sell the machine they use for you to do it yourself had no problem running to get the machine to sell it to me though. After that I did went to AutoZone. The guy behind the counter walked right from behind the desk grab the machine and pulled the code I need it. The sensor I need will be in tomorrow. Dont waste your time here.
They are very helpful individuals who care about the service that he or she provides to their customers.
On 10/8 I visited this store.. and RaeRae was really funny and knowledgeable... Great Customer Service and I racked up on BOGO items
Out standing customer service, Out standing work, Save money plus got my car back on time.
Horrible service BEWARE of AutoZone parts they literally tried to sell me a 30 dollar remanufactured part that literally had AutoZone name on for 135 dollars and got mad that I didnt wanna pay for it after a specifically asked for New parts only!! The manager Eric got mad at me for his associates mistakes and made me step aside to take other customers because he didnt pay attention to the service request not only that but after he re-rung my service again and i paid he tried to dismiss me saying why are you still here when he still had my car keys in his possession and after he realized that he didnt even apologize for his blatant ignorances, horrible rip off service and the problem my vehicle came in with, its still experiencing HORRIBLE RIP OFF SERVICE. Ill never understand why they tried to make me purchase a AutoZone part at PEP BOYS!!
I went in Thursday to buy a sensor, I was helped by 3 associates, Jason Nicole and Rae. They didn’t have my part, it had to be ordered. But the energy between them was really inviting, they were all working hard to find it for me, to me that’s great customer service
Service sucks!!! The wait was terrible. THE VOLUNTARY LIES that were told. The repair guy knew I was coming, The earlier the better he says. I call to confirm one day earlier, only to find out He did NOT order the part until the morning of. Nope, I would NOT recommend this over priced place to anyone.
Kevin and Chris were AMAZING! Thanks guys for a great experience time after time!
Great customer service
Convenient for me. Prices a little steep. No longer sell parts. Bad experience w/ service dept.
It seams like consistency is an issue at this location. I have had good experiences in the past, but not today. I had a battery go bad just past the full replacement timeframe. The employee glanced at my receipt and said there was no proration. I would have to buy a new full price battery. The manager swung over but when the service desk pointed to my receipt and stated it was out of warranty they walked away. I left that store, check online and they are still advertising the 36/96 warentee. I went to a different store they looked it up and it showed a prorated credit. In the end it got resolved but took longer than expected and I was left with 2 minutes to spare to my daughters gymnastics practice meet.
My car stalled on the road and through my insurance was towed to the Eastern Ave Montgomery Pep Boys. I authorized them to troubleshoot the problem, and they said itd be $100. OK fine. When I got the report it just said needs new engine. I asked them why it needed a new engine and after a 20 minute wait the mechanic came up and said it didnt sound right when we cranked it. So there troubleshooting simply involved listening to the engine and making a wild #&$ guess. It turned out to be a slipped timing chain, on a no interference engine, meaning no other damage. A REPUTABLE shop did the work, parts and labor for under $400.How many $1500-$3000 engines are being replaced by people there because they have unskilled idiots posing as actual mechanics?
Cashier/salesperson very knowledgeable about wiper blades and she installed them for me. Also looked at one of the mirrors that wont stay put and advised me on how to get it repaired
Either they dont know what they are doing or they are trying to cheat their customers! Horrible, stay away! Was told that my son needed an alternator and the quote was $542, over 300 for the alternator and the rest labor. Was also told the car will not run. The car was towed to another shop and it was just a battery cord that was not connected. In and out and running in 15 minutes!!! Very disgusted!
Awful service, tried to spend 80$ buying things for the car and no one to check you out. Never seen a store that dont want to make moneyTo make it worst visited a 2nd day to try again same experience.Stood around 15min waiting be checked out.Employees rather socialize and do the minimal amount of work to keep their job. Will never visit pep boys again and warning family friends to stay away. Went to Autozone and got great service
Robert was very professional and nice!
Friendly and Fast.
Very helpful in getting what I needed.
Do good work but prices are high
The service department is great got in and out.
Great tires and great service in my experience.
Rude and incompetent worker inside the store. The mechanics were fine.
If you are coming here for an oil change, expect to wait an average of an hour and a half. The guy working at the main register is extremely slow at getting back to you if he steps away. Customer service is incredibly poor.
$250 to change a headlight bulb is taking advantage of customers especially after I waited over an hour and then told the job would take two hours when Ive had it done before in less than a hour. Disrespectful and bad business!
Staff is very friendly and helpful. I just wish some prices for a few things were cheaper.
They had the tires we needed in stock. Told us it would be about an hour, instead it was closer to four hours. They didnt seem to be in a hurry to get things done. Also, had boxes on the shelves for sale items that were empty and didnt have any more. Really, frustrated my husband.
On our way home from Pensacola, we stopped here to get an oil change. I got a bad feeling when I opened the coffee pot and could tell by the amount of mold that its been quite a while since anyone made any coffee for the customers... Long story short, about 250 miles later my oil pressure light comes on and I pull over to discover that the mechanic who changed my oil did not put the oil filter on correctly, causing literally all of the engine oil to leak out, stranding me over 500 miles away from home. Thanks to this Pep Boys my engine sustained over $2000 in damage and a 14 hour trip turned into 22.
I refuse to comment and my vehicle is still not repaired after going on 2 weeks. And to think I went in to get my tires rotated.
Was ok had a decent selection but the service was not great
Good store, no idea about auto service.
Very expensive, very slow, and the staff want really knowledgeable about the oil we were asking about.....
Its not a parts store anymore.
Fast, friendly and patient.
Dan the manager is awesome
Staff were very helpful.
Why state that you close at 8 but the store actually close at 7 bad business.
Took a long time and I was told my truck would make it to Florida and back okay. Towed it back home.
I waited over an hour and my car still hadnt been serviced.
I found 2 items that I was not able to find at any other parts store. Pep Boys will be my first stop from now on.
Just go to the dealer. These folks will rob you.
Really? 18 mins on hold for a quote on a tuneup?
Great service...Mike
Asked for just an oil change and I got charged for an oil change + additional inspection called manager’s special that was not requested. Asked if any air was added to the tire and got an yes. Checked it myself after driving home and found out no addiional air was added. Hopefully other inspection items in the receipt were actually done.
Great job
Visited this place for car oil change .after done with with oil change my car still shows check engine sign . When I asked them about that problem they replied oh this is not the part of oil change . And seems they are not interested to check what’s wrong with the car . I have question how I can know what’s wrong with my car if they not check .After service my car still has check engine signSecondly the customer service is worst too . I told them I am reward members with pep boys and shows the online price which was 24 something but they changed 28 ( it’s not the issue ) when I asked them about that they said we will adjust on your next visit . How they can do on next visit if they are not able to do this timeIt’s really worst place now
Extremely poor noncareing service. I waited at a register at least 10 minutes before leaving without the items I had selected. Never again!
Great fast service !
DO NOT GO HERE !!! I go to get my flat tire fixed and the man breaks my door handle ! he didn’t want to fix it, I had to call the police then he offered to fix it when I buy the part ! I buy the part and go to get my door handle fixed but now he broke the thing on my door in the inside they are soooo unprofessional and talentless ! Please save your self the stress and go somewhere else !!
The service was great
Took forever people just standing around talking they had nasty old coffee for me in the waiting area and they handled someone who they knew who walked in 15 mins after me before me and left my car windows rolled down just go to express
Good service.
Nice Customer Service!
