I purchased candles online, buy 2 get 2 free & had them set for pickup. I get there and there is only 3 candles in the bag because one was out of stock.I asked if the sale could be honored & I choose another candle. They denied and asked for me to pay $14. I don’t understand why the sale wasn’t honored for an online order during the promo period.I only shop online now because service in the stores are inadequate, I’ll just chop it up and pay for shipping. It’s always something when I go to a location

Great experience at the semi-annual sale! The clerks were patient and kind. Tess took care of our checkout and she did a great job! She was intentional about letting us know one of the candles wasn’t on sale. She then directed us where to find the other version of it. And while she waited for us, she didn’t waste any time and helped more customers. Good discount, great candles that we always love :)

This is a really great Bath & Body Works location. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, but not in-your-face. My fiance adores the Love fragrance and Im a sucker for all the candles. Were currently burning Blackberry Tea Leaf!

The awesome coupons I get here are what makes me love this place, but i also love all the deals and sales and SENSATIONAL scents. Even though they can be quite expensive in the end you get a good quantity with an even better smell.

I hate to only leave a 3 star review because the ladies are very nice and helpful even at checkout however the manager was not as accommodating. I went home for thanksgiving, which is 2 hours away, and instead of going all the way home and back I stopped at bath and body, but I had forgotten my coupon. The manager would not accept it since I didnt have it. Yes it was only 10 dollars off but it was only 10 off while everyone else was using 4 and 5 10 dollar off coupons. Need better managers

I went into this store on 8/28/17 at about 4:40 pm. The cashier was very rude and acted as though she didnt what to be bothered when I had questions. Id visted this location 2 weeks before hand and had received great customer service. That was what had brought me back to this location. Do to the fact that I may run into this RUDE cashier again, I wont be returning!!!
