Walgreens is the best place to be at Walgreens has helped me for almost 16 years and I wouldnt go nowhere else
I believe it was this location where the Pharmacist was so kind to answer my medical questions when I was in the parking lot and my husband was in a lot of pain. So appreciate the kindness and advice.
Absolutely the slowest store for drive through you might possibly experience
Great people working there. Well stocked!
If you care anything about your health, finances and sanity you will find another pharmacy. Please do not give Walgreens your business. I have had so many bad experiences with this particular location. For example: a stolen debit card, incorrect quantities of prescriptions (supposed to receive 60 pills in a bottle, but only 45 were in there.) They charged my insurance company for triple the quantity of another prescription. Dishonesty, rudeness, and incompetence pretty much sums up Walgreens Pharmacies. From what I hear every location in the Montgomery area is like this. Run!!
Friendly staff with a surprisingly wide options of goods and services. Pharmacy can be slow so pick slow traffic hours if possible.
I placed an order online for curbside pickup for only TWO items. I have been waiting and currently still waiting on my order. I will never place an order online again. I only did this for two items that were gifts to a child for their birthday. They are extremely slow at this location.
I have been in the drive thru for twenty-seven minutes. This pharmacy has an incredibly S-L-O-W drive thru. I may expire here. (Now twenty-eight minutes.)
Normally this location is average for pharmacy waits and competency but they keep changing the hours. It used to be a 24 hr pharmacy, then it changed to 7am-11pm, covid hit and it went to 9am-9pm, about 2 weeks ago it was 7am-11pm again, and now its back to 9am-9pm... I wish they would go back to 24 hr but Id settle on 7-11 as I prefer early morning or late evening pick ups as I live 30 minutes away and dont like dealing with loads of traffic to get to town...
The drive thru is terrible. 30 minute wait with one car ahead. Everytime!!!!
Awesome women working the pharmacy they are fast & friendly and usually will put a smile on your face. I highly recommend shopping here!!!
EDIT 11/01/2020TODAY SHAY at this location single handedly made a 13 year customer decide to no longer use this store. Her absolute lack of care and empathy is disturbing for a person who is responsible for peoples medication. The only reason I gave 1 star is because I had to. This pharmacy allows the pharmacist to change rules according to their mood. They tell you one thing and do the opposite.
This is the slowest pharmacy Ive ever been to in my life! I spent more time waiting inside on my prescription than I did in the emergency room. They never seemed to be adequately staffed for the volume at this location. Them being 24 hrs is the only advantage. Ill be filling my prescriptions elsewhere from now on.
The staff at the photo area was extremely unprofessional. The staff was rude and provided poor customer service. I decided to take my business to another store.
The Pharmacy wait is extremely too long and the staff dont recognize the people at the window because the always short staff.. the window wait is way too long and this is at night . Understanding that they are tired and ready to go home
Love my walgreens
Pharmacy tech was to lazy to go check to see if they had what I needed in stock. She took my script and said they should have it and that it would be an hour and a half wait. An hour and a half later I come back and I’m informed that it wasn’t in stock.
The blonde girl that works there was awesome 👏🏻 she really helped me & was fast!
Worst Pharmacy, Ghetto came two days in a row to pick up my medication didnt have it ready then have the nerve to get a attitude. Not coming back.
I didnt go in with my daughter for this transaction but the staff must be efficient and on point. My very particular daughter went in to make a return and was immediately back to the car with no qualms which is rare for her. The parking lot was buzzing at the time.
I had an excellent experience here. It was timely and well executed. The pharmacist was simply kind and answered my questions accurately.
Dropped off prescription at 6 pm and I left without my prescription at 11:10 pm. These people at Walgreens Pharmacy on brown springs road are the most ignorant people ever. Why are the standards so low for pharmacist, techs, and other positions within the pharmacy ? They feel completely comfortable being disrespectful to customers because management doesn’t hold employees accountable at Walgreens. If I could give negative stars I would give a negative -20. WALGREENS IS AND WILL ALWAYS WILL BE THE PHARMACY THAT EMPLOYS THE MOST IGNORANT OF PEOPLE. THIS REVIEW IS ONLY THE FIRST STEP.
It would be nice if there an actual phone number that would make it easier to call instead of looking through several sites to get a real (LOCAL) phone number with a real person. Just remember, every time a business uses automatic phone menus and online applications, someone loses their job, money for school, their insurance (health and life), and probably their house.
This location overall is probably at a B- rating. Its mainly because of the pharmacy. They are extremely slow and dont have medications in stock. They also arent helpful when it comes to verifying the prescriptions with your doctors offices or insurances. They send you to do the foot work. I went just last night to fill a prescription for my 11 yr old who had surgery that day. He had to have his elbow reset and a pin put in it. I was told it would take 20 mins tops to get his pain medication. I spent over an hour there with him in pain along with my other 2 children who are 6 yrs old. Came to the pharmacy at a quarter to 10p, left there at 5 mins to 11p! The few times I have to get medications from there, I always have to deal with an issue, whether it be insurance issues, the medications arent there, they need the doctor to verify, they cant see or find something in the system, etc. Just always something! SMH, if they worked on the pharmacy, itd be an A+ store.
Terrible customer service. No one else is waiting yet I’m here for 45 minutes with a sick child.
No reason why I should be up so late, but I am to do this review. Customer service in the pharmacy is non existent. At 11:10 PM I turned in my prescription, was not met with kindness, and treated even worse when I told the pharmacist that I did not have health insurance. She told me it would be about 15 to 20 minutes before my prescription was ready. I asked her where did I need to go or did I need to just come back? She said well you cant sit here. You can drive over there and wait. I did so and in turn while I was waiting fell asleep. I just happened to wake up and looked at my clock and it read Midnight. I was literally across from the window. I proceeded to call and find out what was the hold up with my prescription because I did not receive a text message alert stating that it was ready. The automated system told me that I had a prescription ready. upset at this point I went to the window and I told the lady that no one told me my prescription was ready. In turn she told me that the girl tried to wave me down. I was directly across from the window asleep in the car or as far as she could have assumed was dead from just sitting there. She had no concern at all. They have my number on file and did not use it. Nor was I sent a text message letting me know that my prescription was ready. She the pharmacist then asked if I wanted instructions instead of volunteering the instructions. I did not answer from being so upset that my time was wasted. I will not be going back. I will let others know that this Pharmacy is at the corner of rude and rude.
Good products but their prices are very high. You can get the same over the counter products cheaper at walmart or Amazon. They are always crowded and extremely slow at filling the prescriptions.
I called to ask a question of the pharmacy staff, and I waited 28 minutes before they answered my call. I have also been in the store before and seen first hand that they ignored the ringing phones. I will be using a independent pharmacy from now on!
TERRIBLE service at the pharmacy. We tried to use their location because our child had an issue after regular hours on a Sunday and our regular pharmacy was closed. There was a blonde at the drive thru window with a tattoo on her arm who had a TERRIBLE attitude. She tried to make us go inside to present our prescription (after waiting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes) and we explained to her that we were dropping off, she said it would be 2 hours wait for a simple common antibiotic (no mixing - just pills). We left the prescription and told them wed just have to come back the next day, it was late and the kids needed to get to bed. I understand they were busy, but when we arrived back the next day they had NO RECORD of our child in the system, they had lost the physical prescription I handed to her the night before, and they pretended like we were the crazy ones and nothing was wrong. We had to call the Drs office and get them to send the Rx to our regular pharmacy. Thank goodness our child had an antibiotic shot at the Drs office that was already working or I really would have been put out. If I could give zero stars, I would.
The employees are very helpful. However, I now use Adams Drugs! Much better. 😀
ZERO STARS...Terrible pharmacy experience and this is the last time I use this Walgreens pharmacy. Lady was so very rude. My meds were emailed to pharmacy by 11 am and it is 7:30 pm and I still do not have them.
Went into Walgreens around 9:00 ISH to pick up some aloe vera. Went through the line and it was no problem. I came back because I had forgot something, and I noticed the cashier asked this white female for a donation (She did donate, I think), and when she left I went through the line... And she didnt ask me; she wasnt saying anything, but she said a lot with that action #100 Get your workers together George (Or is it Georgie)
Give me a breakCall - Is my RX ready for pickupWalgreens- yesGet to drive thru27 minutes later.....Can I help you....If this is your standard. Close your drive thru. Your service is abysmal.
Ive waited 45 minutes for one prescription I filled 3 hours ago. Theyve told me to pull around TWICE because the pharmacist has to check it this is the worst pharmacy Ive ever been to.
Drive through service nearly non existent.
Convenient place for prescription refills and house hold items.
Worst service ever in the pharmacy I changed my location and Im willing to drive across town to get my prescription just to avoid this place hate I had to give it one star. Customer service is not a priority at this location
We ARE now beginning the process of seeking a more formal resolutions.....however-- THIS Atlanta Hwy, Montgomery AL pharmacy staff INCLUDING THE PHARMACY MANAGER- JOE S. have single-handedly created the worst customer service experience of our lifetime. We honestly advise no one with additional options to patronize with this store if your goal is to seek even a mediocre level of professionalism.- from dispensing the incorrect patients medications- EXTREMELY rude staff pharmacist and pharmacist managers- omitting the correct medications- charging customers for the incorrect medicationsTRY AN ALTERNATE PUBLIX PHARMACY (or Rite-Aide deliver)if all else fells, become a chemist and mix your own drug therapy because NO ONE should PAY a retail store to be treated with hostility
Our visit tonight was spotless. 15 minute wait for meds.
Mike the Pharmacist is kind and informative. I would go no where else!
This place is very good at consistency... they are very consistently horrible. I hate to even give them ONE star. Every prescription weve ever had to get filled here is always late- like over an hour when your doctor has called it in the day before, OR they click on their keyboard and tell you that they have received nothing from your doctor, when you know that they have. We have also had them call us to tell us that a prescription was ready, only to get there, and they tell us that it is backordered and out of stock. The techs are extremely rude- Ive witnessed eye-rolls and dramatic sighs (not just at myself but also other patients), and they dont seem to be very efficient at their jobs. The ONLY reason we EVER use this place is because they are the only 24-hour pharmacy in the area. If it werent for that, we would never ever return our business here.
Pharmacy is too busy, lousy customer service!!! Store MGR Frank, however is excellent.
Got to shop around as i waited for my prescription. Found some good sales.
The pharmacy is so very slow and the staff back there are all rude. My spouse and I both work in the medical industry and I dont see how our patients could trust us with their health concerns if we were to be that rude and unconcerned to them in return.
Great sale on office and school supplies
Worse place ever plus they lost my babe stuff and their system is always down..I waited a long time .Over 3 hours.. Bad customer service...
Very professional and friendly service.
Thank you so much to the pharmacist, Ms Susan and her staff for going above and beyond Saturday night to get my sick little boy taken care of. Above and beyond!!
Walgreens is always sooo slow. Ripped me off on a drug charge just because their computer said so.. Couldnt override computer. Because I needed the medicine, had to pay tooo much for it...Going to change
Love this pharmacy!
This is the absolute worst pharmacy Ive ever been to! The staff is rude and the slowest Ive ever seen and it has been that way for years now. I wish I had another 24 hour pharmacy option so I wouldnt be forced into doing any business with this pharmacy!
How is a very long line employees do not like answering questions
