Love love going to this beauty supply store. I actually no longer live locally but when I come down to Bama… 9/10 I’m going here to rack up on beauty supplies. The team greets you at the door and always work together to find a product or something alike! I love their reward points system too!

Nice selection of beauty products to choose from and very friendly workers. Only issue I had was with how cluttered some of the aisles felt. Will be returning soon and highly recommend.

This is a new store. Ive shopped at their other stores in the past. On this particular day, my dance team was there trying out different wigs for a performance. The floor lady was very nice, but the owner was very rude and not helpful. I do understand that there were other kids that wasnt being fitted and I do understand and respect the fact that he didnt want them running around the store. But he kept following us around the store as we were trying to figure out what type of crochet hair to purchase. I dont believe in racial profiling, but on that particular day, I witnessed it. I really was uncomfortable and I decided to get my girls and leave. I understand that youre securing your products, but we were spending over $200, And I felt that he should have been more hospitable. But the young lady was very nice, friendly and patient. Ill just visit the other store like Ive been doing.

The customer service I experienced yesterday evening was absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! When I walked in the store employees were running through the store like children, not once did someone offer to come assist me with finding items. On top of not assisting me they literally turned ALL lights off while I was still trying to shop and told me they were closed then headed to the front of the store to walk out the door. Yesterday would’ve been my first time purchasing from you all but I would NEVER return nor spend money at your store!! You don’t believe in treating customers with care and making sure they have a great experience. Your business should not make customers feel like the main priority is profit because customer satisfaction matters too!!!

Beauty and Beyond in my opinion is a very impressive hair store. I love the atmosphere of this store. I love the lighting. I believe that the lighting adds to, and helps to sale the product. It adds a fresh and new look to the products. It makes everything they have look high end but at an affordable price. They have a large variety of products to choose from. The prices are reasonable. The customers service is impeccable. They dont treat every customer the same and thats good. I think they pay close attention to there regular customers. Their character, their speech, what they buy and what they look for; that they may not carry. They learn their new customers character and they build from that. Thats actually a good thing because every customer they serve is different. I can honestly say that they have always treated friend and I with respect.They definitely work together as a team. Their products are always stacked neat and orderly. The store is always clean. In fact if you drop a pack of hair or knock something down. You immediately want to pick it up because you dont wont to mess up anything in their store. In other words. They take pride in their work and it makes you care about how hard they worked to lay things out for you to find what you need. You can get in and out but if you are like me. Because they have so much to choose from you may just find yourself looking at everything! Thanks Beauty and Beyond for being a high quality professional hair store with flawless customer service.

Really like this beauty supply store. The staff is always friendly and available to help. The variety of styles are greater and there are several sites around the city. If you are on a side of town and you need to grab some product, you have other options you stop in and pick up your items from, so you dont have to depend on just one site. The also offer shoes and clothes as well.

I came in for some gift cards. The gentleman that was checking me out for some other items didn’t know how to load the gift cards. He called someone on the cell phone and he along with the person on the phone and some of the others in the store figured out how to load the three gift cards I wanted and I didn’t have to make another trip or go somewhere else!!Thank you,Busy Christmas Shopper!

Beauty and Beyond has a return policy that does not allow you to return hair products. You come to the United States free pay no taxes for years. Bring your families and located in the black neighborhoods. We spend our money foolishly buying your products and we cant return them. I know it is impossible but we need to boycott these foreign owned hair stores and see how much money they make.

This is the best place to buy wigs, the only place I can find salt and pepper colors. If they don’t have it, they will order it.

The store is fully stocked and every hair product you need is there. I entered the store an employee yelled across the aisle at me stating what is your question I was stund and employee would be that unprofessional. I responded to the person that I had no question I knew what I was looking for.
