I would recommend them to anyone. Took my e-bike to them to fix a flat. Ended up getting a few more things done. Very knowledgeable and polite. Would and will go back to them again.

I have been very pleased with Andy and his team. I have a recumbent that I ride about 40 miles a week that is an important part of my life. I have had several repair issues that required out of the box thinking that have been fixed quickly. Multisport is my bike shop.

Having my feet professionally sized and seeing that I needed a different size shoe was, I hope, the answer to some issues I have had with the type walking shoes I have worn for years. The shoes I purchased have been very comfortable on my daily walk. I appreciate the time and patience taken with me.

I have to say these guys are fantastic. I went to the store just to see what it was all about and I had an amazing experience. One of the owners, Andy welcomed me in and made me feel like part of the family. Michelle helped me with selecting a new pair of running shoes and honestly she knew her product and was so kind and patient (I tried on like 20 pairs of shoes from various brands in different sizes and widths being in the store for quite awhile maybe about 2 hours total) helping me select the appropriate shoe to help me meet my fitness goals. I selected the Brooks Glycerin 19 in a 13 2E which is going to be perfect to help me shed a few lbs. In style! Thank you guys for a great experience!

Love Montgomery Multi Sports! Every time I have shopped there the customer service has been excellent. They treat you like you are a VIP!! Only place I go for Oofas and Hokum. They specialize in sports wear and know what they are talking about.

Montgomery Multisport (the running side) provided top notch support. I really love the brands they carry (Altra and Topo in particular) which can be hard to find since theyre not your mainstream running shoes. They didnt have the model I wanted at the time of my first visit but informed me they would be getting the new version of that model soon. They were very helpful and patient as I repeatedly called to find out if the next shipment had come in. They never came off pushy and were ever so friendly the whole time. Im only in town visiting so I wont be able to enjoy their services very often but I wish there were more running stores like this. Kudos to the staff, keep it up yall.

Michelle was very friendly and knowledgeable about the footwear. I walked out of the store feeling confident about this and further purchases as my concerns were thoroughly addressed and i walked away well informed about my feet :-). She was very patient and made sure that I was satisfied with the shoe. I didn’t feel rushed at all and for me this was as important as getting the actual shoe. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend to my family and friends.

At first, I was disappointed that MMS did not have the shoe, Altra Torin 5, I wanted in stock and in my size. I do have small feet, size 5.5 or 6, but the smallest they had was a size 6.5 which wouldnt work. They did offer to special order it, but I really needed a pair of shoes the same day. The girl helping me didnt give up though. She ended up finding me a different model of Altras in my size that she thought would work. I was thankful to be able to go home with a pair of Altras that I felt comfortable with. I am glad she didnt give up and kept trying to find a way to help me.

Prices may be a little higher than other places you can fine but the quality of work and the staff make it well worth it. As they say you get what you pay for. We had an excellent visit at MM. My son had a gait analysis done, was fitted for insoles and shoes that were on sale, and he was treated extremely well. I dont remember the name of the lady working, but she worked extremely well with my 8 year old, making sure that she understood how he thought the shoes and insoles fit. I left a happy mama.

I had a very good experience shopping for new running shoes! I have been sidelined for about 5 years and needed a good shoe to get back to running! Abbey took a lot of time with me, checking out my feet and grabbing many different shoes! I finally hit on exactly the right feel & fit and I’m extremely pleased!

Great, personalized service -- I had bought a pair of running shoes from Amazon to save money and they caused terrible leg pain. The folks at MM helped me select a much better pair -- should have gone there first!

Visited there to get a foot analysis and possibly new running shoes. They were so helpful and spent a lot of time helping me find the perfect shoe. I had a crazy idea to have hydraulic brakes installed on my bike. All of my buddies said it would be way to expensive to do that. Montgomery Multisport is a true gem in the River Region. They are a well stocked one-stop shop for all things triathlon. What makes them truly stand out though is their people. They employ knowledgable folks with wonderful attitudes. It is common to see them at events prepared to wrench on your bike or replace that forgotten ...whatever... They care that you have a wonderful experience: whether youre out for your first jog or competing in your 10th Ironman. Theyre more than a store, I consider them a teammate.

Montgomery, AL is a city on the move. Not only do people move here every year for one opportunity or another, but on the back roads, there are many of us on the move as we ride along by ranches and farms every weekend. Andy and the crew at Montgomery Multisport have been my go-to going on three years now. I trust them, I like them, and I can only say good things about their service, selection, and guidance. Heres a specific: I had a creak in my bottom bracket after a long ride from MGM to Auburn. I dropped my bike off after a brief conversation and within 48 hours I was back out riding. The running shoes I received are also great quality, and properly support the structure of my feet. I bought an ebike on line and it stopped working in under 5 minutes. After contacting the manufacturer they shipped me a new replacement motor and gave me the option of installing it myself or take it to a bike shop. I called Montgomery Multisport and spoke with Andy. He did dot have a lot of experience with ebikes but said he would take a look at it. He agreed to replace the motor however the new motor did not solve the problem. He was not able to diagnose the problem (no wiring diagram) but tried very hard. I cant say enough about the professionalism of Andy and his staff. It was like working with people who had been my friends for a long time. I plan on using these guys for all of my bike needs in the future.

I have played wheelchair sports for 20 years. It’s hard to find somewhere to affordably take care of the equipment. Every time I have been to Montgomery Multisport, they have been respectful, considerate, and done an amazing job! I took a wheel in that lost about 6 spokes in one collision. It was bent, but they were able get it back to a functional state. While they were working on that, I also brought my handcycle in that had been neglected for about a year. The chain fell off, tires were worn, and needed some alignment. They took care of all of it for way less than what I’ve spent at other places. It took me 4 years of being in Montgomery before I went here, but I will be a frequent customer once basketball season is back.

I recently began my journey of shopping for a new bike. I visited multiple bike shops in the Atlanta and Auburn area until Montgomery Multisports was recommended. This has hands down been the best experience while shopping for a new bike. The guys in the shop are super knowledgeable. Their sales staff is extremely knowledgeable, and puts you in the right shoe. Today I bought my newest pair, and if memory serves me the sales associate was Abby.
