Thought I needed a tire after I had badly scuffed one (including a small piece out of the rubber). The service guy checked it out thoroughly with me and discussed options, including not buying a tire until later. I really appreciated that they didnt just sell me a tire (since he knew I thought Id have to have one) but talked me through the pros and cons of the choices. So Im waiting a while, unless I have to go on a trip, but you can bet Ill buy it here.

Sales associate was really rude. He judge my pockets by my looks. I was looking for a cash car. The car he showed me look nothing like the one on their website. Every other sentence was this is a cash car. He kept saying cash cars dont last long and I had to realize it was a cash car. His rudeness didnt allow me to think of purchasing a cash car nor a financed car. I could have done either but not with them.

The service department is terrible. They take a week or more just to diagnose your vehicle issue. The service department never answers the phone. Who has the time to leave the car for extended indefinite amount of time.

I left my vehicle to have the oil changed and be detailed. I was very excited the next day knowing that my vehicle would be clean only to be disappointed to find out that what I had asked for was not done. The Service Consultant wanted to charge me $575.00 to repair a leaky axle on top of the $72.00 for the oil change and the $101.00 to replace bulbs. I said NO. I got my car back for $131.27 with the female discount, whatever the hell that is??? 😡😡🤬🤬

I came in this morning (Saturday) without an appointment at 8:15am. I was in and out in about 90 minutes. All the free TV and coffee I could take. Clean area and courteous staff. Very good experience.

Have NOT been able to get a Service Appointment for TWO WEEKS! Leave a message and NO ONE CALLS BACK!!! Cant get through to speak to a person!! CANT GET MY OIL CHANGED. FED UP with the lack of care and service for your CUSTOMERS😡

Went to get a misfire diagnosed and no suprise they diagnosed me with a misfire but wouldnt tell me anything past that. Instead they wanted $1200 to replace my spark plugs (they had just been replaced), spark plug wires, and clean my throttle body. A quick look at the throttle body would have told them it was clean. A quick look at the spark plugs would have told you they were correct and attaching a multimeter to the wires can tell you if they pass. They did not check my fuel pressure (takes 2 seconds with the proper tool) or my fuel injectors and did not check the camshaft position sensor which I think (again I didnt get it diagnosed) is wrong. They will say I refused further diagnosis when I refused replacement of everything but what I really refused is their poor excuse of what I diagnosed is. My though is take your money and run I can learn what they told me just sitting in my driveway.

I live in Florida and found a Jeep Wrangler they had there online. Before I left, I called to make sure it was still there. Mr. Ricky Jones said let me call you right back, Im going to walk out there and put my eyes on it before I tell you to drive 3 hours up here. He called back within 10 minutes and told me he had pulled it off the lot and to come on. That started how great the service and experience was there. Everyone was super friendly and personable. I didnt feel like I was being hustled or pressured into buying anything. Even though they arent a Jeep dealership, they knew the answers to my questions regarding the jeep. I ended up buying it and couldnt have had a better experience, all the way from Mr Ricky in sales to AJ in finance office. Super easy buying experience!

I have been going to this service department since 2009. Every time I go in I am usually helped by Mr. Brian or Mr. Danny and they are always very friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience.

Ive had my Suburban for almost 15 years from a previous state. Used to get serviced here but stopped because they are super expensive and charged me $100 to tell me my truck needed to be replaced when all it needed was a water pump. Never refunded me the fee for looking at my car even though I was promised it would be refunded. Not reputable in my opinion. Just trying to get me to buy a new vehicle. Go to McGriffs. Honest, fair, and affordable.

I drove from Mississippi to Montgomery Alabama to purchase a pre owned hyundai elantra from Capitol Chevrolet of Montgomery. It was priced $4000 below retail. I worked specifically with Quenita Mitchell, and S M Harris, who went out of their way to make sure I received the best deal possible. The facilities are very nice, and the staff is extremely friendly knowledgeable and helpful.

I went in to look at the 2018 Traverse on 9/16/2017. When I arrived, I was looking at the vehicle from the outside in before being approached by a salesperson. When the lady finally came up to assist me, I asked if I could look inside of the vehicle - if she had the keys - because the truck was locked. She told me no but she could take me inside and give me the specs for the vehicle from the tablet. Ok, fine... thats good for the moment. We get in and she starts running numbers on what the payment would be and telling me what the truck had it in based on what was on her tablet... disregarding the fact I asked her multiple times to go outside and get it unlocked so that I could get inside of it and look. I know what I can afford, I already did the numbers before I got here. All I wanted to do was look at it and see if it fit my familys needs. She finally unlocked it but when I started touching the touch screen she yelled at me like I was a kid even though there was little damage I could do to the vehicle (not that it was my intentions but) since the vehicle was in demo mode. I was also not allowed to sit in the drivers seat. She had told me multiple times that the truck was out of my price range, knowing NOTHING about my finances because I had not yet disclosed that information in any form. Then she had the manager come out and he told me the same thing, that I couldnt afford this vehicle but they could put me in a cheaper vehicle. Long story short, they lost a purchase from a client who makes over $100k per year because I couldnt afford that vehicle. We will take out business on to Prattville to the Chevy dealer up here when they get the 2018 Traverse in stock.
