We chose this company in early mid 2020 to paint our new home in Montgomery. It was empty, would be getting new flooring, and new door knobs. We had them paint all doors and walls/trim.They sprayed all of our outlets and switches in two rooms and all the doors and trim paint is peeling off. It appears they used latex over oil based pain without primer. Many other issues are present.Beware, they appear LAZY or INCOMPETENT.In addition, they agreed to a certain brand of paint, but when we arrived to see the job there was a gallon of off brand paint that had been used. The owner showed up to check on our complaints, said he would fix it, and took that off brand paint can with him.THEY WILL NOT ANSWER OUR PHONE CALLS.Buyers beware.

Summer is very easy to communicate with. Honest and straightforward. She is experienced and knows what she is doing, and most importantly, he commits to his work quality. She pays attention to detail and is very responsible. She has a very good reputation as an experienced painter. She showed up on time every day. She let me know what she was going to do on that day and the next day. She didnt cut corners. When the work was done, she cleaned up everything and walked through together with me to show the result. She fixed any imperfections. I will strongly recommend her and definitely will hire Paint Pros again on my next painting project.

I have used Paint Pros on multiple occasions as I settle into my house. Summer has always provided quick and reasonable quotes. He comes in person to look at the area to understand what will be needed. I have never had to wait long for an appointment. They did the back and side of my house (the front they completed in a previous job). They came at 8 am, properly covered and taped all my outdoor stuff (plants, railings, door, etc.), and got set up while the paints were being purchased for me the day of because of the old paint I thought I could use went bad. They made great use of time and went out of their way to get the paint for the job. They were very respectful of our property and considerate. They worked the whole day until it was finished in the evening, which was really appreciated. Thanks

We had a wonderful experience with this company and our painters! Lance responded and came out right away and answered all of our questions. All the painters were very professional and friendly. Our family of 5 was at home working and attending virtual school, and everyone was very respectful and safe coming into the home. And now our house looks so beautiful! I would absolutely recommend them and use them again in the future.

Sloppy work from sloppy people. Flaked on us twice, each time they set the date/time. When they did finally show up they hastily painted our MB and en-suite the wrong shade/they bought the wrong product. No taping and rushing led to some rough edges around fixtures. Agreed for a $150 credit toward a future paint job in another room...again fell through twice, and was actually asked to go with another business. Proceeded to get the run-around and avoided for two months about a partial refund...still waiting for that $150 Summer.

If anyone reads this. Dont ever do business with this place. They did 2 hours of work in 2 days and left for the day without telling us. They left the job undone and it was far from professionally done. They left us with more work to clean up after them. I believe this company is a bunch of scammers. And we dont want anyone else falling victim to these people.

Paint Pros to painted the outside of my three-story home. The four employees they sent were professional, accommodating, skilled, courteous, and friendly. Some of the woodwork, particularly the old gable at the top of the roof, was challenging. They did an excellent job.

I can’t say enough good things about these guys. My cabinets turned out excellent. Their price beat the competition by far. It took a little longer than expected but they didn’t stop until the job was flawless. They are very detailed in every aspect of painting. To be honest, they did so well I asked them to comeback for a larger project today. I will post another review when the next job is finished.

Paint Pros painted 47-year old cabinets and installed a new luxury plank flooring. They also painted a stove vent hood to match and installed cabinet pull knobs and replacement cabinet hinges. Very helpful in selecting paint colors, granite, and backsplash tile to be tastefully coordinated. Performed in a highly punctual way according to schedule needs. Paint Pros completed an excellent job with interior paint in our home! They did in 4 days what would have taken us several weekends a month. We have an older home and their work made everything look clean, professional, and new. They are also very nice and easy to work with. Lastly, when we were trying to hunt down the perfect company, their customer service was unparalleled in response time and contacting US to ensure we booked them for the job. That alone (and their very easy payment system along with this) made it an easy sell to go with them. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Had a great experience with Paint Pros as first but ran into some problems after the job was completed. We had scheduled them to paint our new house before we moved in from out of state so we were not present for the initial job. Summer was great to help coordinate everything over the phone. The problems started once we arrived at saw the issues. A lot of the cut ins were very sloppy and there were a lot of spots that had been completely missed. They were here for I believe 4 days with the house empty so we were quite surprised to find so many problems. We also noticed that the paint itself was incorrect. We specifically asked for semi-gloss but the walls were painted with eggshell. When we asked Summer about this she tried to say that semi gloss wasnt appropriate for walls, only for trim, although we have painted many houses ourselves with semi and never had an issue. What annoyed us was that this was not discussed in any way before hand, the painters just made the decision on eggshell and went ahead. Another issue we had was we sent her photos of many of the bad cut ins and what not and she advised us that the issue there was that the water had not been turned on. Now the water company would not turn on the water to the house until we arrived and we specifically texted and asked Summer before the job started if this was going to be an issue for them and she said no it would not be. The first time they sent someone out to do touch ups, he had no idea why he was here and did not have the appropriate equipment to reach many of the problem areas so we were forced to have someone out a second time. My husband spoke with Summer and we thought we got put on the schedule. After I followed up with her later, we found out that we had not been put on the schedule and that we would be pushed back until March. The initial job was the beginning of January. Overall, the walls are painted in the correct color although the finish is wrong. The problem areas have been touched up but I am really quite surprised that they had access to the house empty for 4 days and there didnt seem to be any quality checks before they left. We were surprised to get into the house and find so many issues and that they had listed the job as completed in that condition. For the price we paid I would have expected it to be much neater. I would recommend being present during their jobs rather than what we did.

Paint Pros painted our entire 2,900 sq ft house in less than a week, with no mess. They had no problem adding extra areas on demand, like our garage. They were very professional and made sure all of the work was done right, coming back to put another coat on when they found that the first coat didn’t completely cover. I highly recommend them!! Especially if you have to get a rental ready for new tenants or if you’re selling your home. They made the house look new again.
