Great experience. I am not an audio expert by any means. Byrd walked me through the process and made it simple and understandable. I knew my costs upfront and nobody tried to upsell me in anything. Byrd actually gave me more features than what we agreed upon and what I paid for. He worked till late and made sure my car was ready for me to pick up. I was priority and so was my car. He protected it with towels and made sure no finger prints and scratches were on my paint. Ill be back!

I went to Car Audio Plus to get a backup camera (bought online) installed in the car. They did a great job - fast and reasonably priced. After the install, the camera had some issues which we determined were due to the product, not the install. Even so, they went back in and rewired the camera differently to try to get a better result. These guys stand behind their work, and theyll work with customers to make sure they get a satisfactory outcome.

Bird and a fellow member of his staff were excellent! I was treated with superior customer service from the moment I walked in the door. I came in for a quote to get my stereo system removed and thought that I would have to schedule for another time. Instead, they were able to take care of my request right then and there! They took care of it quick too and felt comfortable with me watching the process. Once complete, they requested I do a walk around inside and outside my car to be sure everything looked well and put back together. Everything looked excellent! I HIGHLY recommend Car Audio Plus of Montgomery! They are professional, friendly, and will get you right!

I honestly have to say, I enjoyed my experience here with Jay-Jay and Mr. Bird. They both did an amazing job. They got me in and out quick and efficiently. Byrd is absolutely amazing. Hands Down the best in Alabama he did an amazing job and he told me what I needed for my wants and boy was he right!! I got an absolutely amazing sub and not to mention the sub box which is where he really makes a difference!! If you want the best system possible go here. I can not recommend him enough. I mean this man drove to the shop 2 hours after they closed for the sole purpose of installing my subwoofer the dedication, knowledge, and experience are just amazing!

Bird is still the man to see in the southeast absolutely full of knowledge and no pressure!!! Gives you several options for what your looking for great suggestions to achieve that. Even wired a speaker up and ran the wire threw my window to allow me to hear the difference inside my truck!!

Came home for vacation looking for car system with installation. I went to jimmy, crk etc.. treated me with poor customer service. I call bird at car auto plus and had a great experience. He had to pick up his daughter from school met him at his shop later which he let me hear different speakers before purchasing. Learn a lot from him as a person and a business man. Highly recommended!

Great for aftermarket installation. I had a back up rearview camera installed and had it hard wired to the ignition. It looks as if it came off the assembly line. No wires showing, perfect setup with no imperfections. Great service, great quality work and great price. I will be a repeat customer.

I had Bird install a new radio for full Bluetooth capability, along with a new amplified antenna b/c my factory antenna stopped working and played no stations. I had been using my phone and auxiliary cord for music for about 2 years. Im glad I went and got my car stereo fixed.

The customer service at Car Audio Plus is outstanding. My driver side car speaker recently began fading in and fading out. I took my car to Car Audio Plus on a late Saturday afternoon and met with Bird and JJ. Bird explained the different options I had and that I could bring the car in the following Monday. I explained that I would have to make arrangements for a ride because I had a morning meeting, but they were willing to help me with this aspect as well. On Monday JJ was at the store at 8 a.m. and took me to work so I could make my meeting and he graciously agreed to pick me back up from work during the lunch hour. They installed 2 new speakers which sound great in my car! They did not try to upsell me on anything more than what I needed, and their price was fair and reasonable. They also notified me that my car battery was weak so to keep an eye on it. To show how much they believe in customer service, after I left their store I had to go to the post office on Winton Blount (approximately a 2-3 minutes drive away) and when I got out of the post office my car would not start. I called Bird to let him know that his battery assessment was correct, and before I could say anything else JJ came to the post office to jump start my car. I appreciate the extra customer service car by Bird and JJ. I highly recommend Car Audio Plus.
