Amazing customer service! They fixed my iPhone 11 and it didnt take more than about 30 minutes!

Saved me from having to buy a new phone. While in Montgomery AL I cracked my cell phone screen. I searched google for a reputable phone repair business that was close by and theCellpro.com popped up. I called and they told me to stop by and they would help me out. I walked in their store and my phone was back to like new again. I reccomend using this place if you need fast and reliable service

Fast and friendly service! Mark looked at my Surface Pro..told me what needed to happen, how much it would cost and how long it would take. However, after working on it for 30 minutes he called and said I had additional problems. He assured me he would do everything possible to correct the issue. Almost to the minute he called and said it was ready. I was prepared to pay the extra time he had to spend on it but he didnt charge a dime extra and also fixed the unexpected! I would recommend them for all your cell and pc problems. Knowledgeable and professional!

Recently stopped in to see if the phone my son was using could be fixed. It could have been fixed but there was no guarantee it would still work due to the condition. That is because after it fell from my son’s pocket over our back fence, he decided to use an ax to cut the overgrown stuff without being able to see under the area. Yep, you can guess he destroyed the phone with the ax & possibly stepping on it. The phone did have tempered glass & an Otterbox Defender case on it at the time. The tempered glass on my phone had a bit of an air bubble in it & it was replaced for me with one that fit my phone a bit better. 😊

Took my new Galaxy S20 here to get the screen replaced. They replaced it, but when they returned it the camera was not working. It wasnt their fault, Samsung had just switched to making their phones components with serial numbers so that 3rd parties cant replace certain parts.These guys went ahead and replaced the whole phone anyways, a $1000 loss for them, without charging anything on top of the original repair. These guys are serious about their business and wont leave you hanging.I almost forgot to mention, their original quote for the repair was $50 cheaper than the next best option, and I called just about everyone in town for a quote.I dont usually take the time to leave reviews, but these people should be recognized for their integrity and professionalism. Give them your business, they deserve it!

Screen on my phone got broke....called and Mark got my new screen ordered, was in 3 days later just like he said...went down Saturday andin 1 hour my phone had a new screen and is good as new!!! Mark is a super nice person and great tech!!!

The Cell Pro recommend to me by Google maps Didnt have a professional experience after deciding to have the screen repaired while considering to have some other electronics repaired the associates are disrespectful and unhelpful after insisting I pay upfront Then later informed it the part had to be ordered from china which took a day from being three weeks the backplate I paid upfront for was not replaced still cant answer my incoming calls had high hopes very disappointed.

Great and fast service. Would have given 5 stars but I was charged 3% to use a card. I would have brought cash if I was told before hand. When you’re excepting cards on orders over $100 I feel like the fee is your cost of doing business so that was disappointing. However my phone works great and I would use again but with cash next time.

Horrible service my phone cracked and I had them fix it a month later my phone randomly started to glitch and they said that they can’t fix it without me paying for it. I’m sure they don’t use reliable screens to replace it gave me a notification that said not real on my iPhone

This is definitely the place I will be getting any repairs done on my cell phone. The first time they were able to help me was a few years ago. I dropped my phone and the screen was busted. I was able to leave it with them and have the repairs made. They paid the shipping, had it delivered because of my hectic work schedule. So that was definitely a huge plus.Today I was finally able to get in to have them look at my phone. Something was shaking around in the phone and it was driving me crazy. They were able to open the phone up and put the correct adhesive on the battery which corrected the issue. They closed my phone up properly and I was on my way. Thankful to have a quality repair facility to take my phone to if it gives me trouble.If I could give a second google review for this shop I would, and also give it another 5 star review! Since i cant leave 2 reviews, I thought I would edit the original and add on my experience. About a week ago I realized my phone screen that was already cracked, spread all across it, and it became unbearable to use. I googled and called the cell pro, they ordered me a replacement screen and I came in last Saturday to have it installed. Jason, had it swapped out before I could grab lunch and come back to pick it up. Later that day I notice that my screen unlock button wasnt unlocking my phone, all the time and I later realized that it was and just not getting bright enough. I called the store, wrote an email to the one they send you a receipt and notifications of your repair on, and messaged the Facebook page for the store. Late at night someone I assume to be the owner messaged me back on Facebook. Made arrangements for someone to come on Sunday to work around my schedule to check out the phone. Sunday came and I went to the store, Jason checked out my phone again did some things to it, and told me to keep an eye on it, bring it back if theres still trouble. Today Monday May 3rd 2021 I went back an explained to another employee that I realized it was unlocking it just not getting brighter. He offered to order another replacement screen and replace it, and mentioned it could be something else like a graphics card or other internals going bad. (I bought this phone in 2016) To my suprise after asking if they would consider returning my money for the screen and replacing the old screen into the phone, they did. With no questions asked. I figured it was time to chop off the thumb to save the hand and put that money towards a new phone.These guys are not out to make a quick buck or rip anyone off, they have bent over backwards to help me twice, on two separate occasions. I greatly thank them for it. While I did lose the 45 dollar installation fee for the new screen (after I decided thats what I wanted), they worked on it three times and gave me my money back. While my phone is still messed up, it is just as messed up as before these guys helped me and it is at no fault to them. While I hope I never need to repair any electronics they service, I know exactly where I will go if i ever need to. All things considered Im extremely satisfied!

I worked with them to fix a battery problem with my daughters iPhone. A technician arrived at my home within two hours and had the phone repaired maybe 20 minutes later. Cost was $55, which is fair. Though the battery was faulty, there was a more complicated issue with this particular phone and they went above and beyond to get me straightened out. The communication was second to none. A+
