He is friendly and made me feel comfortable about asking questions. I have a new operating phone and is happy. We use our phones for many things these days. My phone screen went out on the way home from Gulf Shores I stopped at the Montgomery location to upgrade since I was due for one anyway I was trying to wait for the 13 but things dont always work out as we want them too. I didnt catch the guys name that helped me but I will say this I didnt have to wait and he got me in and out. That was the fastest Ive ever gotten an upgrade it was fantastic. If I lived closer I would use that location all the time! I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Andre @ East Chase AT&T Montgomery, AL, was a great professional and recommend going to this ATT store for cell/internet/tv needs. We needed a lot of help trying to understand/decide what phones and plans to get and he was a real expert and exceedingly patient as we debated various options. Brandon was the manager and both of them made a complicated process very smooth. Just a great customer service experience and proves why you should go to the source for real technical expertise vs the big electronics stores. I don’t think I’ll need more help with phone service but these guys make you want to drop in just to chat.
