I like that they color coordinate the clothes like they do in California. Cali does take it one step further and color coordinates all the nick knacks. But at least they keep like items together here.
Great place. Share the wealth. Help the poor. Hail Huey Long.
Great clean storage units
I used to work here, so I know what can and can’t be accepted at an adc. But denial of holiday decor and children’s story books is obscured. Very rude employee, she pointed me to the back of the store then made me unload what donations she would take into the bins inside. Not sure what Jerry Cook has going on over there, but it’s completely different and honestly discouraging. Customer service was a MUST when I worked there. Apparently not anymore.
Absolutely the rudest employees. They do not greet people, and only give one word answers if asked questions. That has been my experience, but my son was treated worse. This past Monday, my son brought two bags of mens clothes in to donate. Following my instructions, he drove to the back of the store and waited for some to help him. An employee opened the back door as my son opened his car door and got out. The employee made eye contact and closed the door. My son waited for the employee to come back. When the employee came back, she opened the, made eye contact again, and closed the door again. This was mid day, so it was HOT, and the employee just left my son standing there in the heat without helping him. My son went to the front door to see what was going on, and the employee waved him to the side door where she finally took the clothes from him. There is a sign that says to go to the back door, and everytime I have gone, I go to the back door. So does everyone else that I have seen donate. So why make my son stand in the heat waiting for an employee who doesnt want to do her job? Why not just tell him to go to the side door?
Its a good place to drop off donations.
Always easy to give to Goodwill.
Folks were helpful and courteous.
Easiest place to donate
