Only two lanes available for someone paying cash. Walmart may as well not even accept cash customers anymore since they’ve made it extremely inconvenient for them. This was also mid day when many people are here shopping. It’s going to take me thirty minutes standing in line for me to get out of here with 6 items.

Love how and where they have the scooters set up. The store was extremely clean and everyone was courteous. I must say before we could get all of our bags the cashier was scanning the people behind us.

Was able to get in and find what I needed quickly also didnt have to stand in the check out line very long at all. The cashier was very friendly and professional. Was very satisfied with this Walmart as apposed to most I have been to.

Filthy! There is no reason this store should look like this. I get things are crazy with COVID, but this here is ridiculous. You can’t even find the things you need to get, with store in this condition. This definitely makes it hard to get in and get out.

Nasty customer service. The girls in customer service department obviously think they run the place. Having disgusting attitudes and mainly not knowing how to professionally handle a problem with the customers. After speaking with a manager (Tyler) the woman proceeded to do their own mission and not follow the instructions given to them from management. One of the girls (Rikista) threw her hand in a dismissive manor after the manger instructed her to help me. As if she did NOT care about the rules she was given and told me “don’t nobody listens to Tyler, he doesn’t know what he’s talking about. We’re not going to honor the price change for you.” She then told the team leader (Dee) to further assist me for some unknown reason she couldn’t talk to me anymore and proceeded to take the next customer while I’m still at the register. Once Dee finally spoke to me she started the conversation with “I’m trying to see what you want to do”. I then rolled away in one of those horrible shopping carts for the disabled. No one in this store had a smile on their face nor did they present any form of hospitality. I’m truly disgusted and there needs to be some rearrangement in the staff. I spoke with several people during this visit including Mable who’s in electronic department. Every employee I listed by name needs a serious re-evaluation or needs to face some sort of punishment for not honoring company’s policy and mainly not being professional.

I really like this particular Walmart in Montgomery, Al. They are an extremely well stocked store, even though they are very busy. The store is usually organized and quite tidy. It may be hard to find a parking spot, but its worth it.

Employees need to be trained on how to have better social skills, how to interact more with customers more than co-workers. Made to feel like i was burdening them with my shopping.

Crowded and a little disorganized after remodeling for the last few weeks. Restrooms are portable outside the store. Not many of the automatic check out stands accept cash so you have to wait in long lines. No cashiers just employees who help with self checkout.

It makes no sense to have all the self checkout lanes open but only can use if you have a card.. and then only have 1 lane open and there is so many people in that 1 line.. I dont have a problem Che king myself out but damn let them lanes use cash also..Ok update... supposedly we are going through another coin shortage..

In todays world there is a chance that the grocery store is out of stock of at least one item on your list. This particular walmart usually has what Im looking for. As far as shopping experience, it is fend for yourself. I once asked an associate where a brand of rolls were since they were rearranging the freezer section. Response? They in the back and she walked off. They keep a police officer on site most of the time because they need one. It isnt the worst walmart in Montgomery but there are better ones. Earlier this year a kid lit part of the clothing section on fire and they had to close for a few days to clean up, so that gives you an idea of what to expect. Chantilly walmart isnt far and is nicer but seem to carry less in stock.

Consistently OUT of stock! Never enough cashiers. Self-serve registers are Card only. This location is very below the other stores on our tri county area..sad☹️

It was fairly well stocked. Just super crowded.

I wished to buy a watch. The button for the light to let them know I was there wasnt working apparently. Three different times I asked people for help and three calls were put out on the PA system. No one ever came. After 45 minutes of waiting, I left the store. I will buy my watch elsewhere.

Excellent service provided by the cashier.A few items that i wanted they didnt have so i had to go elsewhere for them.

As always the prices are excellent the associates are always willing to help as usual and did not have to wait a long time to check out

Always a pleasant experience here. Last night i tried the best ice cream!! Its called Cream alicious.. The flavorsare rich, outrageous and great!! Expensive at $5 a pint however.

This is our go-to Walmart in town. This one seems to be the best stocked, cleanest and most efficient of the ones in Montgomery. And the safest. On our most recent visit instead of an elderly greeter they had a sheriffs deputy at the door. At least we were safe. There are plenty of self check-out stations so no more waiting in long lines with screaming babies. Their inventory is quite large and if you cant find it here there arent many places that have it.

Auto Department staff is amazing. Very honest, upfront, and go the extra mile. Bought 4 tires. The last tire wouldnt inflate properly. They called every Walmart in area and found it in Auburn. If you need tires, this is the Walmart to go to.

Paid for gas expecting it to come on. When It dodnt I went to side door telling the young man it wasnt pumping, he replied just a minute. Even though it was hot he kept on waiting on customers. 😣

Shopping was fine. One self checkout had a line well out into the clothes racks but the other was much better. Very few checkout lanes were available; maybe 3 or 4.

Good for mid morning shopping. Shelves are usually stocked and you beat the normal crowds that Wal-Mart is known for.

Atlanta Hwy never has cashiers but they usually are stocked with what you need. Self checkout is the quickest way to get out of there.

BEWARE! If you go to the auto department -CHECK YOUR TIRE SIZE BEFORE AND AFTER- they put the wrong size tire on my wifes car. I guess they thought she wouldnt check it and take advantage of her because shes a female but I came with her to pick it up THIS TIME! The reason I said this time is because apparently its happened before because shes never bought tires from anywhere but there and one of the sizes from the previous purchase WAS WRONG.

Massive store! I dont think Ive ever seen a Walmart that big. Friendly staff and large selection (we were needing a unique item and saw online they had several in stock which was correct). Easy check out as they have plenty of self checkout lines available. The only reason I didnt give a 5 was because the carts are really run down. Like rubber tire falling off bad and on a lot of them.

Only negative was apparel dept. Some of it was blocked off couldnt get to the swimming trunks without going all the way around. And everyone knows the more you walk in walmart the more you spend lol.

Can always depend on Walmart for my personal items of interest but sometime my non-essential items are a little hard to find. The employees dont ask if u need help and there are always long line at self checkout since only 2-3 actual registers are open.

The store usually has what you need, but they havent quite gotten the line situation under control. I prefer self checkout as there is less contact with others, but seems like those are the only open lines. But, is what it is, I suppose.

Not happy with ozark Walmart for the past month I had to wait in line for about 30 minutes just to check out. I when to to different registers to check out my five items line moving slow and you cant check out on self check because its card only I only have cash . Anytime I need something from Walmart I go and get it with in 5 minutes now I think twice before I go because the line and manager dont jump online and check people out to get the line down its very sad.

Asked the gal at the door where the pool supplies were and without her direction I would have never located it! So appreciate a knowlegeable sales associate! Also I walked into Walmart forgetting my face mask (ugh) and they gave me one which I do appreciate. The pharmacy is really excellent staff! The best I had ever seen to be honest. In the state I came from the pharmacy staff was so much of a headache that I really did not want to work with them. Thank God here it is so much better staff! Also the store is HUGE and the Grocery section is HUGE too! Looks new, clean and well stocked. I am very happy with this location.

A culture of apathy. Toxic work culture thats obvious to the customer. No carts at all in entrance. Told employees who all shrugged it off as normal or something. Asked one to tell the manager and she said ok and just went back to what she was doing. Very low quality shopping experience, Walmart needs to fire some bosses but I guess the culture is rigged to favor apathetic or incompetent bosses who have zero concern for the customer experience or the employees. Guess it just goes to show Walmarts values. Your money and thats it. Probably not worth the time to leave this bad review because they clearly dont care at all.

This place is never on point . There is never many workers at the registers or certain departments. You ask for help just to get told that they dont work at that department . Also majority of the the time the item u are shopping for they are always out of stock of something because its not on the shelves its in the back still in boxes because nobody wanted to stock the shelves . I went to the store this morning. Because of the remodeling at Walmart, it is hard to find the items you needed Two of the employees were kind enough to help me.

The store is remodeling so I really couldnt find anything. I got my covid19 shot and I had to wait 15 minutes before I could leave the pharmacy area. While looking at things in the general area I started talking to a lady that works for Walmart but was off work. She was super nice. We had a nice conversation. She told me where somethings were at that I couldnt find and a cashier couldnt tell me where things were at. When the store is finished remodeling Ill go back.

Nasty customer service,After standing looking for a tv I wanted,I spotted one I liked,not oneworker was interested in seeing if I was finding everything ok,nor was there any visible person working in the electronics area.Once I did find some old lady named Mable,I asked who was working the area.With a nasty attitude she replied,what do you mean who works here I do as if she wanted to fight.I should have left then,but I still got the tv.only to get it in my car and find a foul Oder coming from the box.Worst experience I’ve ever had from Walmart.

For today I went in there after work I was going to get some groceries with my girlfriend well its like every time I go to this Walmart their loss prevention follows me every time and Ive never because I dont steal so but they follow me because of the way I dress I think I dont know but besides that some of their style there knows nothing and theyre not very polite

Seriously, standing in electronics waiting for help.. Asked 6 different employees who were just walking around with their face in their phone.. Was literally told Im not sure how to get someone. Asked one guy and he disappeared into the back never to be seen again..

I tried to go to self check out and I was told that because I had cash I had to go to a manned register. There are like 13 self check outs open and only 3 manned registers open. This walmart is discriminating against people who only have cash. Making them wait longer than they should have to spouting some stupid nonsense about a coin shortage. I find that ridiculous because the other 2 walmarts I go to (federal dr and chantilly) have only self check outs and they dont have any problems with taking cash.

I honestly hate going to this Walmart and will try to find an alternative whenever possible. Every time I go, they have a minimal number of cashiers and it takes me forever to get in and out. Beyond that, it is often hard to find any employees if you need help, and if you do most are playing on their cell phones or have airpods in their ears. The store can also use some additional help cleaning as it is always a mess, inside and outside, and disorganized. Save this store as a last resort and look at other options in the area.

I really will never understand why they have so many registers but never enough open. People are lined into the clothes department, arguing over who was there first. Youd think after decades of this problem, walmart would correct the problem but never do. The staff and selection has always been fine, just please open up more check out registers. You have multiple people standing around on a regular basis, put them on a register 😓

Customer service at checkout needs improved for faster service. They have enough people power I dont see why they dont open more registers when lines become extremely long.mainly when self checkout gets overwhelmed.

I stopped in to pick up a copy of the game Bunco. I had looked on the Walmart website and they said it was available at this location. Ill start using the website to look for hard to find items. I had trouble checking out at the Self Checkout and a nice employee came to my rescue and resolved the problem.

Ive come to expect it at Walmart, one checker per 400 customers. I call it the Walmart way.

Under staffed, under paid staffed, dirty, disheveled, and not completely stocked well. This site also suffers from high levels of theft and vandalism. The parking lot looks like a landfill and theres no sense of pride in maintenance. Avoid if you can though most the public treats it poorly.

Walmart have things you need like on -to-go for travelers or preparing for a trip they have the things you need and there policy are guarantee upon purchasing.

Its WalMart, thats all you need to know. And... You know they have all you need!!

The pickup service is rather nice. Never have to talk to anyone if your dony want to. Sadly they rarely have everything I order.

Walmart on Chantilly is starting to go down as far as the associates. To many doing nothing and always in a cluster talking loud and some of these associations are claiming to be management with a whole lot of attitude. I will say the store look a lot cleaner lately.

Superb shopping experience! (...once inside that is) From the observed visuals, there appears to be a very high influx of shoppers preparing meals at home. ABSOLUTELY GREAT for WALMART and its Profit Sharers! Okay ~ lets face it ~ not everyone uses an available trash bin when the ground will do! My 💡 idea is: WALMARTs Corporate Office should try the UNDERCOVER BOSS routine even if ONLY in front of the Grocery Entrance! Intending to purchase food items (at any location - not just WALMART) where tons of debris litters the entranceway is not only a turn-off BUT a turn-around! Rectifying this situation is quite simple...

Very decent walmart it is better than other around town.

Not very handicapped friendly.Drove up and down the parking aisles trying to find a handicapped parking place. There were no available places, many of which cars were parked without handicapped permits or tags. So we parked in the first non-handicapped space we could find.Also there were no hand baskets that could be used with a wheelchair. Had to guide a wheelchair and handle a cart while shopping.While shopping the entrance we used to enter the store was closed for the evening. Had to use the the other entrance and had to take both a wheelchair and a cart to the car near the other entrance.
