My go-to store for console gaming. Jake is an amazing manager that has a true love & knowledge for all things gaming, is known for sharing that love to everyone, and goes the extra mile for every customer. The staff is like-minded with the manager and the atmosphere of the store is warm and wonderful. Always open to suggestions and offer phenomenal customer service.

The employees kindness and helpfulness is the reason that good old fashioned retail is still a fantastic form of purchasing your video games. The atmosphere is always welcoming and their passion for video games is endearing as well!

For years I have always had a great experience with customer care at Montgomery AL GameStop locations...the employees are always very knowledgeable and helpful beyond expectations. I would like to send a special shout out to Erin at the Atlanta Hwy location...last minute before the store closed, she hooked me up. She represents everything awesome about this company and its employees - better yet, representatives.

Very good customer service. My friend could not find the game she wanted so the kind cashier was able to see they had the game in one of there other store a mile away.

So sweet. Took extra time to help me special order a few items before Christmas for my nephews out of state. The store is small but selection huge in warehouse. They even helped me find some special things for myself as well and where I could find them if they didnt have them in store or were no longer available. Very very please.

We asked permission to hook up a game system to see if it worked which is a service advertised on their website. We were told no that it was only if you were trading in your system.

Jake, the store manager, is a stand up guy. Great conversation as well as helpful if you need any help.

My daughter loves this store she can get great discounts and trade her games. Customer service is great and they are very knowledgeable about video games since I dont play them and need help picking them out for my 14 yr old.

Decent store, decent service.. People that work there seem to come and go like a revolving door. I miss their old cashier.. Dont remember his name..Anyways, most of the time people there just ring you up, and then you leave, but sometimes youll find someone that remembers you and what you like to buy or theyll chat with you like youre a friend..It really feels like its the people that make the place, but.. you can expect the bare minimum here pretty consistently.As anyone thats ever visited a Gamestop would know by now, they have a good selection of items to choose from.. good selection of games, plushies, shirts, gift cards, toys, figurines, novelty items, whatever..

Christmas shopping. The guy there was very helpful and knowledgeable maybe a little to much. Good place.

Had an issue with a refurbished game system I must say the gentleman that helped me went way beyond making my experience at GameStop.a pleasant one...I cant remember his name but he is phenomenal...the other locations cant compare

They sell games. They also sell junky cash grab collectables, but we dont go there for that. We go for the games! Watch out for typical upscale especially powerup rewards pushing. Treat their membership like you would drugs...just say no. Keep it moving.

Store manager is an idiot, he marked an old style $100 bill I brought in with a regular permanent marker and asked me Whered you get the hundred, I cant take it, its not real I looked at him, looked at the hundred that Id previously marked with a real counterfeit pen and told him of his mistake. He tells me oh Ive never seen one of these...fuxxxxg millennials

I went in to trade a 3DS XL for a New 3DS XL. The two employees working there at the time, Matthew (the manager) and Kaiser, were both very personable, and made the exchange very easy. As I was waiting, several customers came in, and they were all treated professionally. Matthew went above and beyond to help me out with this exchange, and as a result, this has become my GameStop of choice.
