The 2 times I visited I had a wonderful experience. They were very courteous and helpful. The store was very clean and organized. I love it. Yes, I will most definitely be going back.

Very nice. First time I have been in since the move. Neat and organized and prices reasonable. Not very many employees. I flagged down a manager to find what I was looking for and he was very helpful.

My visit was a quick one as I needed just a couple of items and I was in a hurry. I purchased 2 sunflower bushes that had signs saying they were on sale and the cashier confirmed they were on sale when I asked. Many times Ive purchased sale items and did not receive the discount at the register. I purchased some moss which was not on sale. The flowers were cheaper than the moss. It made me wish they hadnt stopped the 40% off coupon.

Amazing! Greeted as soon as I entered. The store is stocked, organized, and very clean. Every associate was nice with the exception of one. You know who you are, so please just be nice. Im not liking the new layout, but Ill get use to it. Love this store. Excellent service. 5 stars.

After reopening (from the pandemic) the customer service is NOT the same. It WAS my go to store for all my craft, inspirational and home needs, but now I look for other places. The service at greeting as well as check-out really makes a difference in a customers experience and its no longer there.

I think that the Hobby Lobby is a good place to shop if youre looking for home decorations as well as ways to complete things for your hobby.

Had a wonderful time here and the manager helped us pick the material we needed to make a computer. It was Auburn decals all over the comforter it was very beautiful as a gift for my mother. There is no Lobby or hobby place that can outdo Hobby Lobby in the unique items that they have everybody else like Michael and a few others. They see just give it up and this is the only place you can find houndstooth print. And Auburn print. Roll tide

Needed some material for a school board for my daughter in law. As always it is a great experience at Hobby Lobby. Walked through rest of store, but didnt find anything else that I needed

Everyone is super nice and helpful!I have a suggestion. Since Covid still has the water fountains out of service, PLEASE consider selling bottled water for those of us who could spend hours in the store.

Very clean and large Hobby Lobby. We found a lot of great cute things for our home. Just wish when we checked out all our items were wrapped with paper so they wouldnt bump and break each other.

Its just like any other hobby lobby. They all pretty much look the same. Only bad is getting in and out on a busy day. And for most of the people in Montgomery its a hassle and was much better located on Atlanta hwy

Great store but wow so crowded

Overall good location for hobby and craft location. Missing some items that years ago they had. Not open on sundays. No birth control for employees. Displays unorganized during business hours while rearranging the store.

The layout of the store is great. The staff are even better. Had to scramble to find a gift for my wife and had no idea what to get here. Nlt only did the staff go above and beyond for me, but they also made sure I was taken care of and asked me every kind of question to ensure i was getting the right gift for my wife. I love Hobby Lobbys selection of homewares. Im not thrilled that I cant shop there on Sunday, or with their politics necessarily, but their store is very nice. They have just about any crafting item you could imagine, plus a nice selection of pictures, knick knacks, and wall hangings. We enjoy shopping here and have always received good service. They also have frequent sales so we get good deals.

Went to pick up a shadow box. This is the best place for figuring out a theme for a room.

The Framers at Hobby Lobby are true professionals. The young lady who assisted me was more than helpful she helped me pick out frames and backings without her I would have been lost. I will continue to go to Hobby lobby for all my picture frames and craft accessories.

First time going but it want be the last

Store is nice and has a great selection but Byron needs to be re-trained on management skills. When an associate calls for help on the radio it means theyve done all they can and the customer needs the help not a response of well they are all over. Maybe come help look or send someone that knows the department better. He was also demeaning to a few employees in front of customers. Not good.

The store was difficult to navigate but the staff were very helpful in knowing where to find what we were looking for.

I love Hobby Lobby, but am not happy that they have put broken items on the clearance shelf. Call those items a loss, claim on insurance and sell quality goods on clearance, please.

Hobby Lobby is one of my go to places for arts and crafts. I LOVE is this store!! It always clean, the workers are friendly and helpful. I can always find what I need. The sales are GREAT and I have no problem using their coupon. Highly recommend crafters to patronize the store.

I love coming here for my art supplies and there stuff is fairly cheap. Their sales are awesome too they have a great assortment of paints, canvases picture frames, brushes... almost anything you can think of needing when it comes to art.

The staff was very helpful in finding rare items. The store was managed well from a covid standpoint

Great store! I wish I could pitch a tent and just live there. Management is good, cashiers r friendly and I think its cool that the store has a bunch of stuff thats 50% off and u can use ur %40 off coupon each time u go. Its a cool place. I shop here often. Oh! There are 2 other craft stores on the same street and Hob Lob is the least expensive with more selection. ✌🏼
