I think the price is little bit overpriced and also beware that they wont tell you the exact price. The lady at the register told me that my total was $7.17 and when I looked at my transaction it was actually $7.88. I dont know this was one time mistake or this is the way they operate their business. They should always tell the customer the final price with the tax.other than that, its great place to go get frozen treats. The staff were friendly and place was clean.

There are alot of toppings to choose from. All yogurt flavors are delicious and theres alot of varieties too. I got the Chocolate mint, White Chocolate macademia and Caramel De Leche. No need to weigh the cups in the end, Prices are fixed. $4-small, $6-medium, $8-large. So it doesnt matter, go wild with the toppings and yogurt. 🤩🤩🤩

Love this place. It has a ton of varieties of froyo to pick from and then also a ton of toppings. They also allow you to host birthday parties in there. Everytime we have been its been super clean and good customer service.

The yogurt is good, but not for the price. Its too expensive in my opinion. Going there for special occasions would be nice, but not an everyday thing.

I just started visiting Kraze and I really like it. It is the only yogurt shop that we have in Montgomery. They have many flavors to choose from and they put a description all of the calories sugar content carbs on display I saw that you can make a educated choice. They also, have selections for people with diabetes and lactose intolerance. I think thats awesome! And the flavors really taste great! They send out great deals if you sign up for the rewards.

Love this place. My husband and I went on a Day Date. We shared an 8oz cheesecake yogurt with fresh strawberries and cheesecake bites.... it was AMAZING and hit every sweet tooth I needed it to. The girls at the counter were super nice and very helpful.

I recently visited this location with my two daughters and the woman at the front was very nice and very informative. The place was clean, cute and cool! Love the many flavors and toppings! All 16oz cups were $6 regardless of how much ice cream you get.

This was my first visit. The attendant / cashiers here were very nice. I love the variety of flavors and toppings. My favorites are Watermelon and Tigers Blood.

Its Froyo. What can you say? Fairly good selection, seems like it is always a no-weigh day. Clean and friendly and $4. We have been several times and it is always good.

We like to take the kids to this self serve frozen yogurt by the weight place. They have lots of choices for both flavors and toppings.

This place is awesome. It is clean, which I imagine is difficult to achieve in a self serve environment, the staff is friendly, and the selection of yogurt/toppings is excellent.

Just visited yogurt shop and was really disappointed that the serving size containers have been reduced but price was more than should pay for serving size. Really liked our trips there but this most likely cut them down. The product is great but the cutting of serving size doesn’t sit will with customers as while inside several others were commenting the same.

Kraze has a great selection of froyo with a lot of extra toppings to choose from located in traditional froyo restaurant atmosphere. The price was about normal for frozen desserts and, I believe, was a flat $6.50 or so. Well be back on special occasions. We went on a Tuesday and it was moderately crowded as there was a group there.

The staff seemed nice and friendly at first. My son and I kept asking if they had “wet” walnuts. I assumed that anyone that works in a establishment such as this would understand that that’s a common slang for walnuts in syrup. My son eventually located some by the register and I told him to go get one of the smallest cups available and we would get some. The cusp were cheaply made. They were nowhere near the quality of sweet frog cups. Anyways when we were leaving my son accidentally spilt a few of the walnuts and a woman (employees) proceeded to scream across the parking lot as we were getting in our car “oh I know your not just going to walk away and not clean up your messes!” I a extremely loud, rude, and hateful tone of of voice. I went back and cleaned up those few little walnuts (which I would have done anyways if I had originally been aware) I advise all ppl with children to go to another establishment because it’s obvious they are not child friendly nor do they display appropriate behaviour to small children. Also the cups are unbelievably cheap they leaked all in my car cause the lids didn’t fit correctly plus there were no holes in the lids for straws/ spoons that may have been a blessing in disguise. It’s going to cost me at least 50 dollars to have the sticky removed from my car plus I lost a wallet Burberry that I had just purchased due to leakage from cheap cups. I’d give this establishment negative stars if I could. In the end just take your family somewhere else. I know understand WHY ppl write reviews this is my first and I pray it’s my last one. as a parent I feel it’s my duty to warn other parents. Also this is NOT a bogus review as the owner claimed on another negative review below. I will happily provide receipts to back up every single part of my review

So we ask if they delivered to your home and they said yes. But every time we called they hung up thinking we were prank callers but we actually werent. The last time we called the lady was like we dont have time for yall to be messing with the phone and then we were like we are actually here to order and then the lady was like we dont do delivery and so after she hung up me and my cousin were like didnt she say when we first called that they delivered. So thats why we gave this place 1 star. All we wanted was some frozen yogert and nancy italian ice. If we were prank callers we would have been giggling like school girls.

Loved the Water Mellon flavor so much it almost gave me one of the old icee headaches we got as a kid from eating it so fast. This could be the next habit Ill have to break, theyre far too close to me to resist.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Went to Kraze at 8:55pm and was filling up my yogurt cup and the rude worker started putting away ALL of the toppings and said we close at 9 and dont serve toppings after 9. I had 8 other people with me. Thats 9 people total. $5 a cup each. That worker just lost $45 in 2 minutes. Horrible service. She should have locked the door and let us fill up our cups and then put everything away. Kraze is for the customers not so the workers can close early and go home and sit on the couch.

Normal yogurt in a cup/bowl with toppings available. Weight is measured, cost is calculated. Not necessarily my favorite.
