Great place to find good condition used items as well as new and used firearms at competitive prices. Sydney assisted me and she was awesome. Very friendly, confident and went out of her way to help me. I would normally wait before making a large purchase and shop around but her positive attitude and friendly personality made me want to do business with such good folks.

Money Mizer is the only pawnshop I deal with. They always have excellent customer service and great ammo prices. Every time I stop bye I find something I cant leave without.

Today 7/16/2021 we went into money miser pawn to buy an air conditioner and they had 2. We purchased the more expensive of the 2 got it home 15 minutes later to find out that it didnt blow cold or have the remote control that goes to it so we called and ask if they had the remote that we couldnt change the temp and that it blows hot. The employee after putting us on hold for awhiles aid they dont refund for merchandise but they would give us $10 to go buy a remote for it. We paid $138 to them for an air conditioner that doesnt work. I must say I am very sad that I got ripped off.I dont recommend them at all

I visited Money Mizer here in Montgomery for the first time today only to pick up an online purchase. Fran and Thomas exceeded customer expectations. Fran was in training but her knowledge of the job and helpful spirit motivated me to make an in-store layaway purchase. I will definitely be giving this location some business.

This shop was very trustworthy, I came there on 3/19/19. The women were understanding with the items I gave them to buy, and they helped me keep the rest of the jewelry they didn’t buy from getting tangled.I appreciated them very much, they made me feel better about the situation considering I was having a hard time letting some of the items go. So as many of you know service had to be extremely good or extremely bad for me to leave a survey. In this case service was extremely good. The only reason its 4 and not 5 stars is because the clip I wanted wasnt in stock. Although Thomas insisted on ordering it. Fran and Thomas took care of me. This was the first time I went to this pawn shop after calling around Thomas was the only one that was polite on the phone and welcomed me and my husband when we went there. OMG, Fran was the best its nice to see a woman knowledgeable in ammunition. This is truly a team of experts Thomas was really amazing when to came to discussing products and services and extremely patient when I was changing my mind back and forth on my firearm. I could continue to write but its best you get the experience yourself. I live in Georgia by the way was passing through; however, I will be going back!!!!! Keep up the good work. Very rude people when i try to take back something that i bought and had some issues that didnt like it. They didnt take it back, no refund, and they just told me deal with what you bought. ( i took it back just 2 hours apart of the sale, i was told that i had 10 days to bring it back)

I had an amazing experience here. I was looking to buy a New Hand Gun and I was dealing with Thomas. Not only did he have a great personality and kept a smile on his face, but he was sooo patient with me because I was soooo indecisive even though I’ve had and shot guns my whole life! and it was 45 minutes before they closed when we went in!Any guy or Especially my WOMEN out there!!! You need to carry protection with all this crazy going on! He will show you what’s better for you hand size and what’s easier to use and has a card for someone that does shooting lessons for people that need it!!!
