Didnt shop for appliances paid my power bill

Disappointed though because after waiting in the heat I learned it was closed. HOWEVER, the work from home salesman was prompt and great. Very satisfied

We were able to get in, handle our business and get out in record time.It was clean, quiet and convient as usual.

I will be glad when we can go back in to pay our bills, from my knowledge the people were doing good on the distance maybe next month it will be better that Is my prayer 🙏

As a connoisseur of power appliances, the Alabamians attempt to set up a store here is laughable. Their washing machines and ovens are substandard, their dryers consistently break down, and there is barely a functioning gas stove in sight. What a joke. What a shambles. They should get a grip.I will not be coming back here for my appliances again. I wear out my machines very quickly through rigorous and intimate use, so I expect quality when I replace them.

My customer service representative was very polite and attentative to my request. I was not rushed through my time at the window. She explained each question I had with clarity. I left feeling grateful for the service and I really enjoyed the experience.

Purchased all new appliances for our home. All came with one year warranty. 1.5 years later, the ice maker on the refrigerator went out. Costs me $233 dollars to repair it. The refrigerator we replaced this one for is still working. We just updated to all stainless appliances. The one we replaced this one with is over 10 years old, still works (gave to our daughter). I feel the least they could have done was some type of discount for purchasing from them. Then again, we are talking about break it off inside me Alabama Power though!!!!! I will never purchase anything else from them!!!!!!!!

Quick and easy today. With 10 people ahead of me, I was out the door in about 6 minutes. Easy to make payments here, and the location is convenient for where i live.

They need to open up the place and stop letting people stand outside expecially the elderly people.

Clean building with helpful staff.

The lines are sometimes extremely long.so long to a point to where their are people standing in the doorways and on the sidewalk trying to get in to make their payments mostly on the first of the month and on fridays.could use an outdoor automatic payment center like the water works to kill down on some of those long lines. But overrall the service is cool and the workers are pretty friendly and courteous.

Customer service is terrible. They want you to purchase appliances from them and when you do they seem to act like they really care, but once you get appliance and if you have questions/issues forget about any good customer service. The employees here arent trained properly. They are there to only get a paycheck, obviously. Stacy in appliances is the worst- he doesnt care at all. I will never purchase any other appliance thru Alabama power ever. They are a rip off.

Try to avoid making inside payments at the end or very first of the month as they are EXTREMELY CROWDED and somewhat slow. Also finding a parking place will be extremely difficult.

The lady that helped us was so curtious. She was very patient.
