I went to American Oak to look for a bed for a guest room. I had looked at several websites online, and was not sure exactly what I wanted or where I wanted to buy. I was immediately met by Hope Milton, explained to her what I thought I might want. She understood what I had in mind, and showed me what they had in store. Still not quite sure, we moved on to mattresses. She helped me pick out a mattress set, and I also purchased the bed that I had looked at. She was patient, knew her products, I didnt feel pushed in any way. It was a pleasant shopping experience.

AWESOME selection!! Well made, real wood, well designed furniture! AWESOME prices! I mean AWESOME! And AWESOME people! Absolutely went above and beyond! Texted us pictures before we traveled to be sure we did not waste a trip. Love that I could take my piece with me and not worry about the crazy long delivery windows these days! He answered all our questions and gave us space after we received the information we asked for to discuss our decision privately ( which is something I always appreciate). When we had made our decision he was ready to help us finalize our decision. I would highly recommend this store.

We are repeat customers of AO. They have the best quality furniture and great prices. They always welcome you when you walk in and are very helpful and knowledgeable. If you purchase a product to be delivered that’s already in the store, they usually deliver it within a week.

I bought a TV console. I think it will look great in my den. The salesman “Cody” showed me all of the consoles and measured them for me. Then he went back in the other part of the store and let me look and think about which one and then decide without any pressure

We love American Oak and everyone there.We passed this store many times when we visited our children for over 8 years. When we moved here in 2019 we decided to go in and look. We were not disappointed. We were treated so well that we bought our living room set, two chairs and a cabinet. We have been very pleased with our purchase and their wonderful customer service. American Oak had the type of unfinished bookcase for which I was shopping. The dimensions were excellent and the material was made of pine. Will now stain the bookcase to fit the decor of my home.

Walked in knowing that i needed a mattress. Sweet lady eacorted me to where the mattress were and shiwed me a few. I picked the one i wanted. She was very kind and helpful with information about the mattress. Help was in a timely manner was easy to walk in and get what I needed.

I LOVE my furniture from American Oak. We bought furniture about 8 weeks prior to the finish of construction on our new home. They kept our furniture there until we were ready. Once I called, they delivered and set up within just a few days. I did have some issues with my bunk bed set. Once we contacted them with pictures and our concerns, they immediately got the issues corrected with a new set. I highly recommend them and plan to go visit soon to complete my home.
