We have used Spring Overhead Door for many years and always had excellent service! Reliable and quick response. I recently had a spring break and problem was resolved same day. Great company!

Extremely sloppy installation. Complete lack of knowledge regarding products they are installing. It took multiple visits by three different crews before the work was halfway done. Most of the installers that came to my place had bad attitudes. Thankfully the last one gave it a decent shot at correctly installing the door, but I had to show him how to install some of the parts. I was told my existing door opener would work, but it didnt work with the new door. I had to redo a lot of the work they should have done correctly. If I could give zero stars I would.

Everyone I dealt with either over the phone or in person was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I had an older door that just needed panels and they were able to save me a lot more money than any other company I called. They actually seemed to care and did everything to help me get them replaced in a timely manner! Youre missing out if you choose anyone else for service.

Had them out multiple times to fix their install of my high lift door. They didnt leave enough clearance between the door and the garage header. They didnt properly account for the fact that the door has a window frame that protrudes from the surface a bit. The header scrapes against the surface of the door now. I should have hired someone that knows how to do high lift.

The garage door broke and couldn’t get the cars out. They were here in 15 min. Great service and price. Can’t say enough.

Showed up an hour late for the job. When confronted about it they just laughed. I pray that disrespecting customers time is not a part of the company culture.
