WARNING for Champion Generators!!!! On July 24, 2021 purchased a Champion 7500 Starting Watts with 6000 Running Watts Generator. After the 5 hour breaking in period, it performed okay for pressuring washing jobs. Then for the big test of running my camper AC. I let it run for almost an hour and had no issues. Then today August 28, 2021 I hooked up to my camper and it failed to operate my AC plus it cause my GFI plugs to keep popping out after resetting them. Now my 30 day warranty has expired and Im left with a huge piece of $750 JUNK!!!! BUY ANYTHING BUT CHAMPION!!!!!

Nice TSC store, had everything we needed. Talked with one employee about chickens and she was knowledgable and friendly. Will head back next week to buy our first chickens.

My hubby and I drove to Montgomery from Hueytown (1.5 hrs) to get a propane heater. Walmart didnt have the cable needed to go from the heater to the tank. We decided to stop here and see if they had what we needed. Doug met us at the door and helped is find what we needed. He even let us bring in the heater to make sure that the parts fit!When checking out, he asked us if we had lunch yet. We told him no, we havent. He suggested Sweet Creek which was down the street. Going off his recommendation, we decided to eat there! BEST DECISION EVER!We decided to make a stop back by here to say thank you to Doug for the recommendation! He truly is one-of-a-kind and is very helpful and knowledgeable!Doug,We cant thank you enough for helping us find what we needed and for the recommendation! Hubby is a diabetic and we were fixing to get concerned since there wasnt anything around to eat (and his sugar was dropping). I absolutely love this store! Most employees here know my husband and I by name. I love that this store feels like a small community of very neighborly people. They have always been attentive and genuinely willing to help us find what we need or help us begin or complete a project as they did when my husband and I took on fencing in 48 acres of land on our own. The product selection in this store is great and customer service is superb. From tools to clothing to home decor to live chicks and ducks and anywhere in between, you have to visit this store.

We love this place... Great prices, great selection on so many thing. One of my favorite things in the whole world is wind chimes. They have so many different types and selection to choose from and prices are on point. I love all the whimsical yard decorations. Wild bird feed is a good price too. We will always patronize this store.

Tractor Supply is a great place to look for all things farm-related. Theyre also very reasonably priced. This stores greatest asset though is their staff, always friendly and knowledgeable. They stock a great deal of goods that you might not think about when you hear the name, especially pet goods. Reminds me of the old general stores and hardware supplies from years ago.

What A JOKE!!! How does this place stay in business?? After ordering on line to expedite my purchase... and AFTER receiving a text msg telling me that my order was ready for pick up... I travel to the store. After waiting in line for over 20 minutes in line while the only visible employee is having a personal conversation with some guy. I finally got an opportunity to ask about my order. Im then told I have to go to customer service (thats rich!!) I walk across the store to customer service and guess what? No ones there. I wait 5 more minutes for someone to come to customer service, ...nope no one. I will never go here again. Since Ive prepaid for my order Im going to try and get a refund... but if I dont... a small price to pay to be rid of INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES at this Tractor Supply!!

The staff is always helpful and courteous. There brand dog food is superior. My dog loves it. What makes him happy; makes me very happy.

Great store! Very clean and well-stocked. Some items are consistently a bargain compared to the big home improvement stores, some items are not. Some items I buy consistently here are belts, birdseed, and ropes. They have a clearance aisle in the very back where Ive found some great deals on dog treats and a few other things.

Excellent one stop shopping for all your farm needs. They have everything and more whether its for your livestock or domestic pets. Very helpful staff, especially Billy, who didnt mind answering our numerous questions about the best products for my goats.

I drove to get my propane tank filled here, and no one was there to fill it. I would understand if ii was 8:30 on a Monday night but Saturday afternoon? I think if you offer propane fills, you should have a clear defined and advertised time frame to which a customer could expect to get serviced. I used to tell everyone i knew how great of a deal tractor supply was....

Very rude cashier. Purchased a pressure washer on sale and cashier said I could not buy it . She said it was on hold for another customer. I pulled pressure washer off the shelf and put on cart myself. No hold sign . What was so bad she refused to sell it to me. Another one was on the shelf. The manager helped resolve the problem and I appreciate the manager.Will not give them opportunity to do me this way again. To many palaces to purchase the products they sell.

Great supplies for home and garden. tools, clothes and boots are available here. you can get barbed wire for a fence, or a soda if you are thirsty .

Great alternative to the big box home centers. I can often find what I need at better prices. Especially on hardware like bolts, nuts, nails, etc.

Easy in and easy out. Ironically, the tractor parts they sell arent really that great, particularly the ones for older machines. Avoid the Magic brand tractor paint at all costs. Its the worst paint Ive ever seen. Luckily, they now carry Rust-Oleum.

Great place for all farm/pet needs. Also tools and garden needs. Outdoor clothing. Fun place to piddle.

Exceptional! Ive been to TSC on Troy Hwy in Montgomery twice in less than a month. Both times I have received great customer service from William, product receiver; Mike, store manager; & just today from Chris, manager in training. These TSC employees have made it a point to put the customer first from the moment I entered the store. Their willingness to work with me on both visits has ensured I will return to their store. Courteous, competent, & caring...thats what will keep me going back!

Awful customer service. Have called multiple times, told that I was being transferred to the appropriate department, and then no one ever picked up. Once I finally got someone on the phone, they told me my order was ready and to come pick it up. I drove all the way out there to have a lady tell me that the person I spoke to was wrong and that even though they had the product in stock I could not pick it up. Then the same thing happened again.Maybe all TSCs are this bad, but Im hoping its a cultural problem confined to this particular location and not company-wide. I was walking around the store looking for a particular product and had to wave someone down to get help. They seemed annoyed that I had bothered them. Even Wal Mart has better service than this place.Update, 9/8/2015: I was mistaken about one of the employees names in the last review. Beverly is very sweet and, unlike some other ladies at the store, gives pleasant and accommodating service.

We recently got ducks from here. They had all the supplies we would need and our ducks seem healthy and are growing well. We often come here to look for things other stores dont have.

As of writing this review Ive been on hold (for the second time) for about 12 minutes just waiting on the person who answered to tell me if an item is in stock. On the first call the woman on the phone sounded very put out by my question, sighed, then proceeded to tell me (in that same tone) that I would have to hold because she had a long line of customers. I had the SKU number from their web site, but she just kept saying that she knew they had other items in that brand, but she never actually checked to see if it was in the store or not. Out of curiosity I called another TSC a little farther away and got a very kind person on the phone who took the SKU number and immediately told me they had 2 in stock... and it took less than a full minute to get that information.This would be my first purchase from TSC, and sadly it was a horrible first impression. Absolutely the worst. Because the first store I called was closer, I decided to try one more time to call since its closer. I have a chronic illness, and that means my husband has to pick the item up. I didnt want him to get to the store and find out they dont have it in stock. A different person answered the phone this time, asked me the name of the item, but before I could tell her the SKU number she put me on hold.. without telling me she was going to put me on hold. She came back after a couple of minutes and asked for the SKU, then she told me they didnt have it in stock. The web site said they did have it, but thats why I called to begin with.. to make sure they did.I will be paying for the item online and picking it up at the other location. It may be farther to drive, but the employee that answered the phone at that store was polite and professional, and she had my answer in less than a minute. Actually, I would say she had my answer in less than 30 seconds.I really hope for the sake of TSC in Montgomery that they have a sit down with their employees and explain to them how important their customers are and that respect and courtesy to customers will bring those customers back. Terrible experiences like this will drive customers away.
