I want to thank Brad for getting the needed part & Michael for replacing our shower door hinge. We had Bath Innovations remodel a bathroom several years ago. When the shower door hinge broke, I called Brad & explained the problem. Having BI stand behind their work means so much. Thank you BI!

I agree completely with Desi Jernard! My bathroom shower was done by Jason and he did a good job. The carpentry was awful! I talked to Brad and after realizing that he thought it was fine I am redoing the door trims myself. Unfortunately my son negotiated with him as it was for my disabled VA husband who was hospitalized and I was with him at the time. GET A CONTRACT IN WRITING!!! They reused my old frame materials and bought one larger door and widened a door space (no door) that part was very expensive. I bought new tile as they were going to put shower siding on floor where the tub was removed!! The tile was installed by Roger Rogers and he did an EXCELLANT job!! If using them get EVERY LITTLE DETAIL IN WRITING and do not assume everything will be put back correctly. I am a 71 year old woman (my father was a carpenter) and when I finish redoing my bathroom it will be done correctly by ME and I could have saved a lot of stress and money!👎

A month or so ago I had two very old bathrooms renovated by Bath Innovations. I was actually more than pleased. They did a fantastic job; the two brothers who performed the work were professional, courteous, and efficient. The project was on-time (maybe even completed a day or two early). They cleaned upAt the end of each day. I could not have been more pleased at the outcome. I highly recommend Bath Innovations for all of your renovations..

They came on the day they said they would He ( Brad ) came and showed me all the counter topsI knew which one I wanted and he told me price . I was satisfied . then after that day Brad Said the Worker’sWould come and start. They came on time, and used drop cloths were finished in no time.Then they put in the counter tops . I was Extremely Satisfied with the work, and how beautiful a job they did. VERY PROFESSIONAL. ... I WILL TELL MY FRIENDS about them! Just so I’m as clear as possible before I continue on this review (because this is an edit) I want the reader/potential customer, whomever it may be, to understand the following review is based off of MY EXPERIENCE. Do not let MY EXPERIENCE/THOUGHTS determine the final decision of whether or not YOU use this company. I completely understand every experience is different and hopefully this will give you, the reader/potential customer, more insight on holding yourself accountable for doing extensive research on ANY company. I also hope that when BIOA reads this they’ll remember that along with their hard work, dedication, AND professionalism that they once had, the customer also played a part in getting them to where they are now. Moving forward every job they accept should be treated as if they’re working on their own remodel in their home.Upon further review & speaking to the owner (Brad McDowell) of BIOA face to face I realized that they should definitely “remodel” their business. Initially, I was sent D-list employees, in MY OPINION. Both of those employees (which were eventually removed from MY bathroom project) cut corners on the jobs they were assigned, & from the looks of it, were doing a rush job🤦🏾‍♂️.I won’t get into it intricately though. Just know their workmanship was worse than subpar. I wasn’t looking for perfection, but I was looking for quality workmanship. All I got was excuses on top of excuses of what couldn’t be done by those employees. There was a lot of miscommunication from the employees AND the owner. So boom, the “super team”, shout out Justin & Jason, comes in & does the best they can possibly do to fix the issues created by those D-list employees I mentioned earlier. I’d also like to mention that the owner did come and correct an issue with a sink leak & offered to correct what was wrong. He even offered a discount. Those offers came after he got wind of the original review (which I’m editing now) that BIOA is TRASH.I still stand on what I originally said, because MY EXPERIENCE with them was just that, GARBAGE. Yours may be different. Again, YOUR EXPERIENCE may be different. I wasn’t looking for perfection, but I was looking for quality workmanship. I was actually recommended to use BOIA by a co-worker, due to the fact that HIS EXPERIENCE was a great one from what he told me. Anyway, my wife & I turned down the offer to correct the mistakes, because honestly we were exhausted from having people in & out our house. The bathrooms aren’t even that big though LOL. It was taking them FOREVER to complete a job that should’ve taking at least a week. I understand it’s not a brand new home so some challenges will arise based off of the age of the home. I’m cool with that, but like I mentioned earlier all I got was excuses of what couldn’t be done. My wife and I also turned down the discount. Most of you may ask well why turn down the discount. And honestly it’s because a discount was not going to fix the issues in bathrooms that we’d have to look at daily AND the price wasn’t an issue because a “remodel the bathrooms” budget was in place. I scoffed at the discount offer. We weren’t looking for perfection, but something as close as possible with QUALITY WORKMANSHIP.(The original review) Teams are a reflection of their coach & with that being said Bath Innovations of Alabama, as a team, is TRASH‼️They’re unprofessional, they show up when they want to, & they don’t take accountability for their mistakes. I can really go on & on about how lame they are. DO NOT PAY THEM AT ALL UNTIL YOU’RE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE JOB.Via the owner (from the actual BIOA website), “When choosing to remodel your home, it’s always important to DO YOUR RESEARCH and make an informed decision when undertaking such a big project.” -BRAD MCDOWELLHe is absolutely right. You should ALWAYS DO YOUR RESEARCH & take into consideration these google reviews. I did not and was disappointed since the day after ROGER BECKHAM (a fake design “specialist”) left my home.

The communication was horrible from the company. The workers had no idea what they were supposed to do because it wasnt communicated from sales. The job was quoted at 5 days and was my only shower in the house. They finished after 16 days. There are places where they didnt level the dry wall and tiles look crooked all around the shower due to it. If I hadnt been here they would have used the wrong tile in the shower and would not have put in the soap shelf I paid extra for. The quote was never accurate to the job I had requested and they flat out didnt put the tile border around the floor as trim although it was requested. Instead they chose to put up wood trim work. While demolishing the old shower they destroyed a side wall that still looks like garbage after I requested it to be fixed several times. The lack of care for my house or the finished product was remarkable. I met with the owner and he agreed that the product was not up to their standards. He sent some guys back in and they did make it better but it still isnt finished. There was no concern about the amount of time they were working on my only bathroom as well. People would work partial days and just say we will be back tomorrow. 16 days on a 5 day job!!! Product still isnt pretty but I had zero confidence they were going to be able to correct it in the next few days if I asked them to as they had proven they werent capable so many days prior and I needed my shower back. The bathroom does look better than it did but if you look at the details, it is still very bad. I would never use this company again and you shouldnt either. There has to be a better contractor in the area than these guys. They just flat out didnt care about a clean finished product. I will say that the staff was very friendly and trustworthy in my house. I am just very disappointed in the finished product. If you do choose to use Bath Innovations, I would make sure you are at the house 100% of the time or you will be disappointed.

Danny (who tiled) was the most professional person. He was friendly and respectful, plus his tile job was outstanding. Nick was a great representative and Wayne did an amazing job with the plumbing and demo. Brad was also very friendly and helpful. I felt like my project was in good hands with this group.

This company may do work well for simple job such as wall painting. However, tiling on bath tub and custom made vanity installation is not satisfactory at all.I noticed below.1. Vanity is not measured right, which cause unnecessary gap between wall and vanity.2. The width of grout is not consistent. At some area, it is too wider than other area.3. Tiles are not straight. It slopes down from left to right.4. Tiles are not smooth surface.Only for the simple job with small amount of investment needed, this company will be OK.

No! Choose another company! This job took 3 months to get completed and there are still things here and there that arent finished. The workers are on drugs, they steal, they work when they feel like it, and they dont communicate. I had a worker urinate in my newly reglazed bathtub. They stole about 3 dozen door knobs, hinges, screws, and 7 gallons of paint. The workers never clean up after themselves and they try to get over on customers. One example, was that the sales person Nick, knew I wanted a higher end cabinet in my personal home and he gave me the same that they were putting in my rental property. When they finally installed the right cabinets, I had soft close hinges on one side of my drawers and not on the other. The worker knew that they didnt match when he installed them. He did not care, he just wanted to finish.Dealing with this company was a nightmare. My sales person was Nick. He quoted me a price for windows and an exposed kitchen vent that he didnt put in the scope document so when he got fired for promising items and not writing them up. I didnt get the windows and I had to pay extra for the vent hood.The workers showed up all times of day and sometimes they took off a week here and there with no communication. So, if I had a regular job where I needed to be there and stay for 8 hours, I would be fired. I later found out that there was an error in ordering the flooring where they were off by 600 sq ft. That delayed the job almost 3 weeks. During this time, you would think they would finish up in other areas that were not delayed but no, they moved on to other jobs.This company really doesnt care about customers. They will leave your place any type of way. Choose another company with 4 or 5 star ratings. Life is too short to deal with calling these people over and over again to get things right that they knew were wrong to begin with!

These guys worked hard to find the right fix. They initially told me I would need to replace the shower pan and doors but my Sales Consultant Jeff, to his credit, had the owner Brad come out and Brad saved me a couple of thousand dollars by taking the extra time to think outside the box. Also, as an out of state rental property owner I was very appreciative with Jeffs Professionalism and follow through. He kept me in the loop and coordinated with my tenants.

Great experience with this company. They did a complete demo of our guest bathroom and came out awesome. Nick even went with me to Home Depot to pick out tile and etc. The personnel were professional and friendly and know what they were doing. I had 3 different estimates and although they did come in the cheapest, you get what you pay for and I feel they knew what we wanted and met our expectations. Still amazed at the new bathroom!

Our tile master shower was found to be leaking by a home inspector 1 week prior to closing on our old home and the buyer wanted it fixed ASAP. The guys a Bath Innovations rebuilt my shower in an extremely short time frame to accommodate our closing date and provided the new home buyers with a warranty. They did a great job and the new owners are very pleased with the new shower.

This company was recommended to me to do a simple repair and refinish of a garden tub. the garden tub developed a crack that needed to be sealed and the entire tub refinished. the salesman came out gave me the estimate and scheduled the work to be done. on the day of the appointment the guys showed up on time and finished their work in a timely manner. after they left, i started noticing all the things I did not notice at first because my focus was on where the crack was.1) the crack was still very visible. i was assured that after the 24 hour curing period that it would vanish...it did NOT vanish. if anything it was worse after 24 hours. when it had completed the 24 hour cure time and i could touch the area, it was VERY rough like it had not even been sanded down properly.2) the tub was the wrong color. it was supposed to be blended to match the existing shower and counter top but was instead painted a bright white. i believe this was a miscommunication by the salesman.3) their paperwork ensures that they will cover vanities with plastic and take care to clean up after themselves. there was over spray paint on my floor tile and on the cabinet doors of my vanity where they had just been careless.4) i have a barn door for the entry into the bathroom from the bedroom. the the workers had knocked the barn door off the track and did not put it back.upon noticing all these issues i immediately contacted the salesman i worked with and sent pictures of all the things that had gone wrong. he was courteous and immediately scheduled for someone to come back out and take care of it. i was ensured that it would be taken care of properly which is just about the only positive thing i can say about this experience.i requested that he send a different crew this time. needless to say, the same 2 guys showed up at my door on the day of the follow up appointment. they were prepared to repair the cracked area again but were unaware that they were supposed to refinish the entire tub again in the correct color. when i told them that they were supposed to be doing the whole thing over again, i was told that they would have to reschedule another day to come out! i had them immediately call the salesman to straighten out any miscommunications and they were able to go ahead and do the complete job over again.this time i watched them the entire process to make sure they cleaned up their mess from last time as well as fixed the tub to my standards. i took the initiative to put plastic all over the bathroom prior to their arrival and remove the barn door from the wall and out of the way.....all things that they should have done!!!they did a much better job the second time and so far i am happy with the way that it turned out. the durability of the finish has yet to be determined because its only been about a month and it doesnt get a lot of use.a follow up by the salesman would have been nice after all of the hassle that i had to go through to get this taken care of the right way, but i never heard from him again.i will never be using this company again for anything!

The 2 young men who did the work for us were very friendly, worked non-stop from the time they got here until the time they left of an evening. They cleaned up the mess from the first day and also when they finished the job. We are extremely happy with their work and with the end result of their work.We would recommend your company to anyone who is interested in doing this type of renovation. We are very pleased and happy.

I am in the military and just moved to Montgomery so I didnt know any of the local businesses in town. I have a remodeled loft in a VERY old building and Bath innovations was the only company that gave me a fair quote. Once we figured out a good date and time, Danny came out and walked me through the whole remodel process for me. He was great...and about as hard working as they come. Thank you Bath Innovation. I will use you for any more projects I have, and definitely recommend you to my friends.

We were very happy when the job was FINALLY completed. A four day took seven days to finish. The workers did not show up when we were expecting them, which is hard when you work. Also, make sure you dont pay for the job until you get everything promised. Its been a month and numerous phone calls and we still havent received what weve asked for.

They completely remodeled our bathroom. I cant say enough good about the experience. From the salesman to the crew that did the job. The job was done long before the estimated time and done with excellence

The guys took a picture of what I wanted my tiled shower to look like and matched it perfectly for me. They are trustworthy and worked in a timely fashion. If I had another bathroom that needed to be done, they would be the ones I would pick to do it.

We are so pleased with our new bath tub!I contacted Angel Thomas with Bath Design Center and asked for a quote on re-glazing our 60 year old bath tub.She responded, asked for photos, gave a quote and stayed in touch.The service tech arrived, was very pleasant and professional, started,right away, spent several hours cleaning, scraping, priming and painting what HAD been an ugly tub.The tub looks great, he cleaned up the work area completely and was very conscientious about his project. Thank you Bath Innovations for offering an alternative to an expensive replacement!

I was most satisfied with the product. I would like to recognize the young man who was the main installer. He was excellent, really knew his stuff, and a very pleasant young man.

Cain and Austin did great work. Did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Nick was great to work with as well. Will recommend Bath Innovations work to anyone.

I was satisfied with the punctuality of returning to alleviate what appeared to be problems. Brandon did an almost exceptional job on the bath shower. He was very dedicated at trying to get the job done exactly right.

Everytime I walk into my $6000 bathrooms I wish I could start all over again. I dont know what company they use as a subcontractor but it is not what I expected at all. The pictures from online will not be yours once they are done. I still have scratches on my wall from their work so I have to repaint both bathrooms, my bathtub is scratched up, the grout is uneven, tile was placed backwards, uneven tile in one bathroom, broke my bed room window and only replaced it when I caught it, didnt have matching threshold for tile and not to mention Ive called the company twice to state my displeasure but I guess they got the money now so it doesnt matter.

I thought they were really good because they showed their willingness to go above and beyond for us.

The sales guy was knowledgeable, listened to all my needs, and got me exactly what I wanted.

They did a great job of helping me with my mothers remoldel i have been meaning to write this for a while but it has been years and it still looks great. Thank you Brad
