The guys here are fantastic. Five years ago, I bought a nice system from them. I know little about stereo equipment and they were great to work with as they walked me though the options in my budget. The system sounds wonderful. This week, the amp wouldnt start so I took it in for repair. They took care of me right away at no charge. Ill definitely go back the next time Im looking for quality audio gear.

Awesome customer service at Audible Elegance! Brought in my Golden Ear sub for a repair and they had it back and running great within a week! Also Golden Ear paid for the repair even though it was 3 years out of warranty! Audible Elegance is a valuable asset for anyone in the market for quality home audio equipment.

We bought some high end speakers for one room that still has analog equipment and had a Sonos system installed to cover the entire house. Roger, Mark and Shane all were extremely helpful and responsive in working out the bugs in the transition from analog to digital music. We love the new system and highly recommend Audible elegance!

The staff here are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They are the only high-end audio store youll need in the greater Cincy area. They will spend plenty of time with you and will not pressure you into anything. Many years ago they actually talked me out of a system because my room was not set up for it. They didnt want me to waste my money. I like that! Their low end stuff is the high end stuff youll find at Best Buy, etc. and they are competitively priced. Even if youre not sure that you want the higher end stuff they are great to talk to. Just let them know what you want. They might just recommend going to Best Buy if it fits your desires.

My audiovisual equipment was very outdated. Roger was extremely helpful in recommending the right equipment for my needs. The new equipment works with my WiFi system and all of my Apple devices. Installation (including the equipment and updating the universal remote) was performed quickly and professionally.

I am in the market for a new integrated amp in the $3500 or below range. I selected two dealers that carry very good stuff and began the audition process.The Good: First of all, they carry some good stuff. Totem, Naim, Rega, Martin Logan, Rogue Audio and more. Secondly, they are nice guys, and generally helpful.The bad: I was told both in person and in an email that I could home audition the Rogue Audio Sphinx ($1495) by having a credit card on file and that no charges would be incurred unless I purchased the unit. I did not ask for this, it was offered to me. I would be able to audition the until from Saturday to Monday. I went down Saturday and arrived about 1:30 pm. When I came in a gentleman (maybe the owner) said I was expected and started to unhook the unit and said that I would need to purchase the unit and they would credit me back when I returned it. That was NOT what I was told. I keep very little on my bank card ($500 or less) to minimize any issues of card theft, its happened twice and even though I got all my money back, its a pain. So I started keeping most of our money in a couple of savings accounts and transfer when I have a pending purchase or bills. One account is at the issuer of the bank card, but it was 1:30 pm on a Saturday and I dont know the area well, most branches are closed by noon and frankly I was pissed. I could probably have electronic transferred, but honestly, I feel that since I was told something else, I would not even try. Im not upset that they feel a purchase/return is better for them, that would have been fine if I had known. I am upset that I was told something completely different, and wasted my time (and gas) to come down and be told the complete opposite.Its a shame, I would have loved to hear the Sphinx on my system, but I will NOT deal with anyplace that says one thing and does another.Advice: get your stuff straight before the customer makes a trip to your store. If you would like to see the email detailing what I was told, I can send it to you for proof.
