We ordered bed and manager was great! Told 7-10 days. Three weeks later I am calling trying to get my bed. Finally get it delivered and delivery guys were great and quick. Guess what? New sheets I ordered were not delivered. I had to go back to the store for my sheets and still got run around. Oh wait, they were just brought from another store. No one did anything about the fact I waited so long for my very expensive bed and the fact I did not get sheets and had to go pick them up. This bed better be worth the money and hassle!

It was a pleasure to shop at the Montgomery store. Lane was very helpful and took the time to answer all of our questions. Highly recommend shopping at this store for your bedding needs.

As we entered the store we were met by Lane McLendon. Though not pushy at all, he was genuinely concerned about finding the perfectmattress for my Dad who has a bad back. He wasnt interested in selling any mattress or the highest price mattress, but the exact mattress he needed. The customer service was excellent and we will.be back!

Worked with a store manager from the soon to open Prattville store by the name of Ashley in the Montogomery store.Ashley met myself and wife as we entered store and was very competent, friendly and very reasonable to work with on buying a bed. I did not plan initially on buying that day, but with a little bartering, I was given a deal I could not pass up.Finally, it was refreshing to work with a sales person that was an expert in bedding and could easily make a decision. Most respectful sales person I have worked with in a long time.

When I started searching for a new mattress, I had no idea what type of mattress I was looking for and this was the first location where I shopped. Went to several other stores in town but even as I was shopping at those, I knew I’d go back here! Mr. Lane was wonderful, not pushy like some, he listened to me as I explained exactly what I wanted in a mattress, cooling, etc. & he gave me several options to meet those needs. Not only that, the store was very clean and organized unlike others in town. I highly recommend Bedzzz Express especially the East Chase location. I entered the store and noticed there was only one associate there he was helping another couple. No problem. The associate said, make yourself at home and I nodded. While he was helping the other couple present, I looked around and found a mattress I really, really liked. However, after being in the store almost 10 minutes the store associate never another word to me -- even as I was leaving. Needless to say, I told my husband I wont be returning to that store due to absolute lack of customer service.

Ours is a Nectar bed!! We both have serious medical problems so it is going help us so much. And you dont need to have individual sides you can get a one size to operate head and foot. Just one control remote. Of course there are beds which cost most the Temporapedic bed. I dont think I that right but you what Im talking about. Either if you are looking for a new bed we urge to go to BedEzz ask for Lane McLenndon! You wont regret it! Even if decide not to buy anything it will a pleasant experience! !
