I drove by Jaco’s lot in Wetumpka and saw a beautiful home. I was very interested. As soon as I got home I looked at it on their website and knew I had to go look at it in person. So the wife and I called and the nicest lady (Pam) answered the phone. She was super helpful and offered to come in early or even stay late just so we could see the home. Unfortunately that one wasn’t for us, but Pam and Bruce showed us our next home. Christine helped us close today and we can’t wait to move in. Still have a crack in my ceiling from a leak in the roof, they came and fixed the leak but did not fix the ceiling, Very tired of begging them to take care of the issues. Still have some outside facing not fixed. Will not recommend them to anyone.

We absolutely love our Jaco home. What we’re even more impressed with is the service AFTER the sale. Gary and Pam are only a phone call away. Terry Jones is the tech they’ve sent and he is just amazing. He installed our air conditioning and when we had a plumbing issue Terry came immediately and fixed it. We were thrilled to learn they were sending Terry again when it was time to turn in our “punch list” after living in our home a month. Apparently there’s absolutely nothing he can’t do. Where do I begin? I was in the market for a single wide mobile home and stopped by on the way home from work one day and Mrs. Pam gladly showed me around and toured all the single wides for me and answered every question I had. Through the process of signing papers, choosing color options, delivery and set-up, Pam was awesome. The staff and contractors were very kind and professional people. The quality of the house is terrible vinyl siding on top of insulation board. No wood behind the siding. Only frame. Dont get underpinning cause they dont know what level is more they know how to angle though out from the house.

If your ever in need of any repairs have them to call TERRY he is the man for the job very reliable and dependable gets the job taken care of. We purchased a large custom doublewide from Jaco Sales about 2 months ago. We are very happy with our purchase. Financing was above and beyond anything I expected. We have a great interest rate and our monthly payment is very manageable. Our home was installed on our land in a very professional manner and our trim out was top notch. If there has been anything that I have needed Bruce and his team have took care of it promptly. I shopped around from Greenville to Clanton. Bruce and his team earned my business. So far it is far from what I was looking for and trying to deal with home town peoplePurchased a new double wide and now they are supposed to be finishing the inside, work looks like a bunch of preschool kids been playing in there .Bruce needs to man up and get some people that take pride in their workI didnt buy this house as a yard ornament I bought it to live in, but cant and wont move in before it is finished correctly
