Tim is an awesome salesman at this location. Tim sent me pictures and videos of the motorcycle which made my purchase smooth. The financing was quick and easy. The different departments were nice and explained everything to me.

We were here for the Combat Bike Saver event. Our military motorcycle club Green Knights Ch 37 out of Joint Base Charleston South Carolina donated a motorcycle to be given to a veteran. It was a very emotional journey for our club. We were very humbled by the event. HD in Montgomery was amazing to us.

Shirts were in no order at all, pertaining to sizes. Most Harleys have their motorclothes in nice order with tags. Not here. I gave 2 stars because they had a decent clearance selection that I was able to raid.

Would never recommend this dealership 😠 They we’re dishonest from the time we contacted them on a oil change and 20,000 warranty check. They had our bike for 10 days and they made excuse after excuse. Our bike would be finished by Friday afternoon when we went to pick it up they said it was not done and that they would deliver it to us buy closing time. That never happened, we called the next morning and we’re told the bike was ready but they had no one to deliver it tell late afternoon. We asked again if it was set to go, “yes sir it’s all done” so we told them we would come get it. After over a hour drive to Montgomery we could see that it still up in the air and was not finished. I waited around for 2 hours and went home. My husband was there all day long waiting. We heard lie after lie and excuse after excuse. It will be our last time setting foot in that store. And we are telling all of our bike friends not to use them for service or buy a bike from them.

The motorcycle safety course provided is truly a wonderful and knowledgeable experience. The coach and his fabulous assistant are really amazing and so helpful, warm, and encouraging 👏👏👏. It really gives you the building blocks and preparedness to begin your journey into riding. I highly recommend taking this course.

Traded in my limited CVO for a road glide CVO. The entire process was very personable. The owner has always been very down to earth. If you met him, you would never think he owns the place. He’s that down to earth and it shows in his selection of leadership at the store . Homer, the general manager is just awesome ! And his staff that he manages is just as awesome . Rode an hour versus going into my local Harley dealership, talked to Matt a couple of days prior to coming in. Once I got there, sat down talked about my options, traded in what I came in for a street glide special. And COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. I have been coming to Harley Davidson of Montgomery since I moved down here and have enjoyed every experience. Customer service has been excellent. With my latest purchase (2019 FXDRS), Kyle Wingard and Homer were great. They worked with on pricing and I got to walk out with the bike I wanted. For as long as I live in Alabama, they have a loyal customer.

Rarely answer the phone and when they do, they put you on hold forever, dont know what they are doing, and are rude. Everytime we try to order parts from them they have to order them and then the parts always manage to get lost so they have to reorder. Been trying to call since Saturday and they either just dont answer or answer and say they are really busy and put you on hold and never come back. Now it just says currently inactive. Please try again later when you try to call. We just go to Pelham or even call out of state Harley stores and order from them now.

Purchased a 2020 road king and a sportster from here. Zero pressure. One of the friendliest people in sales I’ve ever met. I actually smiled leaving and they make you feel a part of a family. Highly recommended.

I took the Riding Academy Class in Montgomery Alabama. I reside in South Carolina. I was visiting in Bama and they had a class open so I registered...WITH A SOUTH CAROLINA DRIVERS LICENSE. They displayed no disclaimer that not all states recognize the class when taken in a different state. I called back after trying to get the endorsement and the guy said I can send you your registration and scores but dont be disappointed if they still dont accept it. If you know that your class wouldnt transfer, why even enroll me in the class or simply enhance my knowledge as to the law or just let me make the decision to take the class there and still have to pay to take it again here in SC.On the upside, my instructor was incredible. He was patient and very willing to share his knowledge and ensure our safety during the 3 day training. The ladies in apparel are awesome! They have very positive energy and are the most helpful.

Having moved from California this place was a god sent. Bought my street glide there and kyle my salesman worked with me for a few mo ths finding the perfect bike. He never gave up on me and I can longer ride and he was able to buy my bike and I couldnt be happier. He has stayed in touch with me and sent me a christmas card which a dealership has never don for me. Even though I cant ride I still feel like Im part of the harley family ever time I go in the dealership. Merry christmas and keep up the good work.

I found the Street Rod 750 on the HD Montgomery website. Fell in love. My BF went to the dealership while I was at work and test drove the bike to me. I went out, looked at it and knew it was the one for me. I filled my application out online, approved and by the time I got to the dealership everything was ready. In and out within an hour. Ken, Matt, Shannon, the ladies in the apparel depot, and the shop guys were all fantastic! Cant wait to attend HD events and see them all again!

Very good place to buy a harley davidson

We were celebrating our 5th anniversary by riding from Tennessee to Orange Beach, Alabama. We stopped in Montgomery to eat and the gear shifter stripped. We managed to limp it to this dealership and told them our sad tale an hour and a half before closing on Saturday. Unfortunately, the part we needed was on backorder but they managed to contact a shop that was closed but had what we needed. The guy that was helping us drove 15 minutes one way to get the part and brought it back and they got us up and running. Instead of gouging us because we were really screwed they just gave us the part and only charged us labor. The entire staff was very friendly courteous and helpful the entire time we were there so we cant thank them enough. Instead of having to rent a car and coming back on Tuesday, we were able to get where we wanted to be by 10pm that night! Awesome!

Homer is a great manager. Frances and Ruby are the best in clothing. Thats why we drive 80 miles to buy a Harley-Davidson attire.

Been knowing Ken Nesbit for over 14 years. Went into the dealership trying to get information on my first motorcycle purchase. Ken asked me a series of questions about what type of riding I was wanting to do and my level of experience. He also answered all the questions I had. Ken made sure to suggest the right types of bikes to consider so I wouldnt be unhappy with my purchase. Bought the perfect bike and with the price I wanted to pay. There was no high pressure sales and everyone at the dealership is super friendly everytime I visit.

What a great experience!! These folks treated us like family from the moment we walked in the door and they treated our 4 legged family member just as special! We were never pressured into any purchase and when we decided to make a purchase, they made it smooth and professional. The entire staff, from Eli (Sales associate) to Joe ( sales manager), Randy(general manager) to the parts and service manager and clothes and accessories manager, was great! We truly felt part of the Harley family. I went to finance a bike, the salesman was a joke and was trying to rip me off going to charge me $15,000 for a $7,000 bike decided to take my business elsewhere went to heart of Dixie Harley in Pelham and got a bike at a great price much better experience.Update- spoke with GM Joe and he made the situation better told me the sales man was completely wrong and was not doing his job correctly. I was much happier speaking with him and seemed like a good guy gonna give them a second shot said he’d give me a free service hope my experience in the future is much better and glad Joe fixed this situation 👍

Bought a used Rocker from them a couple of months ago. Wasnt too happy with how the sale was handled but the staff as a whole is a good group of people. We had a few problems with the bike since the purchase. Im happy to say their service department was extremely friendly and well managed. Mike and his staff did a stellar job on the bike and really made us feel like family. Good work guys.
