This is without a doubt the BEST experience Ive ever had in renting a storage unit in any state!!! Shannon is remarkable, very professional and friendly. It was like dealing with a best friend! This was the first place i looked at storage units and because is her, it was the Last! I rented the unit and could not be more pleased! Do yourself a favor and go see Shannon at Compass, and then have a great day!!! I wish i could give them 10 stars!!!

Grabbed me a storage unit at the Troy Highway location, everything looked well organized and secure. The gentleman that helped me pick out the right unit for my needs is Matt Scott, a very respectful guy, we even talked about a little political stuff and the COVID vaccines, we wasn’t totally in agreement with everything but we both made valid points, all an all this was a great experience for me, the prices are reasonable an right now they have a lot of specials....

So far, Ive just moved in, but everyone has been very helpful and responsive. The unit was clean, well lit and door opens and closed easily, Ive rented units where this was not the case. I would recommend this Storage facility to family and friends.

I would like to say this place is run with some very friendly workers! I recommend this place to others in this area as it seems very secure and well lit at night which I like. The whole property is gated with a gate code system and their cameras seem to be placed everywhere which is nice. Their prices seem very reasonable as well.

Love this place. We buy storage units that are up for auction and this is one of the places that we watch. The employees are always nice and friendly and very professional. The facility is never in bad shape and the prices are bad from what I hear. There are inside and outside units here.

The people are very friendly, rates are about average to the area, but the maneuverability of the lot for big moving trucks is awful. The gates should open when near or have key pads high enough to reach from a high moving truck level. The entrance to the storage building should have a smooth ramp to traverse carts and handicapped persons.Edit** Storage unit was broken into. This may not be unusual but the storage facility does not have 24/7 security monitoring. So store at you own risk. Cameras everywhere but with no one to monitor them what’s the use. Passive monitoring is just blowing smoke in the face of the customer.

JONATHAN was the name if the guy who helped me. He was very nice, informative and quick. The prices that he had available were different from online and he made sure I got the lesser of the 2. Great service Jonathan!

What a great storage experience! Christy is very helpful and it does not matter what facility you are renting at. My storage was at the Location off Atlanta Hwy but I would always call Christy at the other location to make my monthly payment. If I need storage again I will call her first.

Storage unit went from $85.00 to $94.00!! Tried to make a pymt over the phone a few min ago and automated said that it would be a $3.00 service fee per unit!!! Thats a total of $12.00 added to the unit per month. $144.00 added to the unit per year!!!! Sounds like robbery to me.
