Great customer service. Swapped out a wrong part that I had lost the receipt on. It was from another Napa store, but they knew that location would be closed by the time I got there. Really helped me out in a bind!

Great experience. We had a headlight go out on us and we were confused as to what part we needed exactly. So, we go in and tell the guy behind the counter that we needed a daytime running light for our vehicle. Now he was confused because he looked it up on his parts book and it showed that the part needed was dealership only at about $700. We had replaced these lights before and never needed to take it to the dealership before to have it done. So, he decided that he would take a look at the vehicle outside. We went out and he determined that we were confused about what type of light we needed. All we needed was a dimming headlight for just over $20. Thank you NAPA for hiring such wonderful people who will take the time to help out a customer who knows very little about the vehicle he owns.

You need anything for any ride save yourself the Hassel of not knowing what you need when you need it. Take the time to go in an expiriance what a true auto parts shop can do for you. They have your back! Knowledgeable staff and a good old fashion ribbing with a smile is what you get here, down to earth real American knowhow!

It was a hot day and I was broke down (with my dog) waiting on a tow truck, a NAPA employee noticed me in the parking lot. He invited both me and my dog inside where it was cool, also got water for my pet! They made my waiting a very pleasant and comfortable time.

I went to napa today and the 2 guys working there were so polite and so very helpful! They definitely know their stuff! Highly recommend going there!
