I will drive just to go to this Walmart. Honestly! I came in seen a grill super high still on the pallet. I had to leave but I called to make sure it was for sale and not on hold. it was! I came in a hour before closing when I got off work. Thought I may have trouble so late getting help especially since it was up super high. Boy was I wrong. James (I believe) came to help us get it down and helped us the whole time! Super great guy. Super nice and helpful! Brought it out to our car and helped us load it. Monticello Walmart is probably my favorite one around just for how nice and helpful the employees are. Not the closest one to me, but the employees make it worth it. Came another day for something locked up in electronics and the guy was alone.. huge line and was stressed… but was still extremely helpful and nice!

Always find what I need at Walmart.However this time I am batting 0.Can you believe, no deep fryers.I did find some peanut oilNow, when and if I find a deep fryer I will be able to deep fry some frozen shrimp.

Good walmart with a great selection. Very slow service in the photo/electronics department. Pack a lunch, maybe dinner too...once you get the photos, they are great quality though;)

I know we are in a crisis and no one, any where has the staff willing to work to run even one shift smoothly. . But Walmart employees are getting so bad that I literally might shop somewhere else or I will drive all the way to the Buffalo location. There are so many things that make my shopping experience there horrible I cannot even list them all but please managers check on your employees when theyre gathered around talking, just take a second take a peek and see what theyre talking about or how theyre interacting with customers

Overall clean and easy trip to make. 4 Stars because its hard to locate anyone if you need assistance.

I walked around for a while and I was asking the worker, do you have kids winter hats in stock?. I get I dont know. I call the store and ask to talk to a manager. While I am in the store. The manager said hold on,please. I thought I was on hold, but I wasnt. The manager hung up on me. I called three times after that. I finally told the manager was going to target. You know what he said, sounds good. Have a nice day.

Restaurant was clean and comfortable. They had a limited menu, my chicken sandwich was very good, the fries were great. Our waitress was very pleasant.

Welcomed me and my Service Dog. The staff was well trained and understanding of some issues we have had at a few other stores.

Found most of what we needed. Noticed staff walking around were not friendly, looked unhappy and could use a lesson in grooming. Our cashier was friendly, kind and impressive.

Very well stocked.. sad I had to leave my home town which has a Walmart because they are out of everything all the time.. and go the next town over..

Its nice to shop there but, it needs to be more organized.

It was clean and cashiers were plentiful... much better than the Elk River Wal-Mart... vey refreshing.

Lack of checkouts, lack personal to help in any department. I was in to pick up photos, I was told the ones I was told were ready to pick up would be ready in an hour. When mine were ready, finally, I received no discount or service as I had to wait again for three other customers to be waited on and all they had to do was hand them to me as they were already paid for, and I had already waited almost an hour.

I was just passing through, first time at this Walmart. It was pretty great as far as Walmarts go. Plenty of room to walk my dog and they even had a fireworks stand in the parking lot.

Checking out is always a nightmare! Constant backup due to understaffing. Cheap pricing is not worth the hassle of. cHECKout.

I personally hate the saint Cloud Walmart its dirty unfriendly staff and I will always take the extra time to go to the sartell Walmart

I didnt even want to give it a Star period!I had a few new Prescription I had to have filled. I was there at 6 30pm Lastnight andPharmacist said he cant fill my prescription Cause they close at 7. I then said its not even 7 Oclock and I needed my prescription. Seriously do your flipping job. Thank you Coborns pharmacy for getting it transferred and filled!!

I had a much better visit here than at any of the Saint cloud locations. I actually enjoyed it and it wasnt dirty and I was able to find items that I wasnt able to find at Saint cloud Walmart. Id recommend this one over the Saint cloud or Sartell locations any day!!

It was like being in a whole new store! The shelves were neat and stocked. It was clean and fresh, not smelly and dirty like in St Cloud and Sartell is becoming just as bad. There, nothing is in its place anymore. Well done Monticello!!

Twice now Ive had run ins with the rudest employees. They find joy in embarrassing and humiliating customers. I said it last time and against my better judgement, returned to the same uncomfortable experience. Never again.

They post an announcement that they change the hours in order to make sure the store stock and everythings good to go but it always seems like no matter what time of day I go there always people restocking LOL sometimes it gets in the way when youre in a disability device but I know its not their fault overall it was a good experience

This walmart is sometimes great and other times cluttered and a bit dirty. Overall a nice place to shop.

What a terrible experience!I had a conversation with a cashier online, she does nothing but publicly bash the military and the police, all while publicly saying what she does for a living.Glad to know what kind of people Walmart is hiring. I will never be shopping at Walmart again, or supporting it in any way, shape or form.

I went to the Monticello Walmart with a cart full of groceries. There was ONE cash register open, with a cashier. I refuse to go to a self checkout, ( I don’t work there). I left the cart at the cash register and went to Cubs grocery. A billion dollar corporation can afford to have a human cashier.

The store was clean and the employees were helpful. People were very helpful.Times that I have gone there. The employees are very helpful and if they do not know they will find someone that can help you.

Still a good alternative to Target.

Its Walmart so I never have high expectations but this one is horrible.

Came in to buy a particular product. Online the price said $17.54. I showed the checkout associate she went to get a lead. The reason she couldn’t price match kept changing as I would show the proof on my phone through the app. If you are not going to price match you may want to change your policy. First, the reason was Because she tried telling me shouldnt verify it I showed her from start to finish then it was because it said it was out of stock which I proved wrong as it said limited stock Monticello then it was no thats different model which it was same name piece count etc. On the app it was priced as in store only then she told me oh we can only price match online price only.

The food was great as always, but we were settled at a table that was not cleaned off, we waited at least 10 min for someone to do that. When I went into the restroom the floors were extremely sticky! I really wasnt excited about needing to use the restroom after that.

Did not find what I was looking for, but got my daily dose of entertainment.

I been trying to contact them to confirm an item they may have so I dont drive out there and I called 4 times and they never pick up.

I shop 2 Walmarts Buffalo and Monticello when one doesnt have the item or is out I go to the other store.

For a big store it was not stocked very well. One thing that would help is if they had signs of what was in the isles, like Menards!! Otherwise I love Walmart!

They need to open up more check-out lines along with employees who can scan quickly, thus move people through those long lines!

Pretty sure theyre back door selling pokemon here. I was first to enter through the doors and there was already a line of 2 people inside the store at checkout with boxes.

The senior lady at the register was a lot more interested in the stores security while ringing me up than she was when she was ringing up people the same color as her. When I commented on her behaviour she got so worked up and standoffish that I had to repeatedly ask her to just ring my items up instead of talking to me. I beg you to make sure your employees dont have archaic, ignorant, and disgusting views.

They helped me out at the automotive center. Had a flat on my boat trailer and as soon as they opened they took care of me! Thanks for getting me back on the road.

Very helpful. Once the auto parts knew I was from out of town. They made sure that I had everything I needed. I would go here again in a heartbeat.

This would have to be like my other experience at walmart that I left a review for. Its your typical supercenter. People can be hard to find. You will get slow cashiers. Holidays or near holidays it will be packed. My suggestion is find when they get shipments and go the next day. They might be more likely to have a good stock of product to choose from.

Average selection but clean and organized layout. Would recommend.
