Extremely poor service. I got a surprise drink today.These people really think they can pull a fast one on us. Dont waste your precious time or money!

I understand when a business is busy. So sitting in line is okay, however i sat at the window for over 15 minutes with no explanation or reason of what was taking so long. The server was kind would be one plus but i would recommend more training for when the busy time approaches.

I like this place... but there got to be some way to speed up the line of cars in the drive thru. Sincerely your biggest fan.

Say it opens at 5 get there two employees waiting to go in. They walk in at 5 🙄. Give them couple min they turn on the lights should mean your ready to go. Go sit in drive thru for 10 min and no one answers. Screw it Im out!!

The staff is so friendly! Quick service even when there is a line of people around the building as well! I will be back for the great coffee and great people!

These baristas were trained by the caribou herself. Fast and very yummy. Best caribou we have been to (and we go a lot)

Every time I come to this caribou and order online it shows my drink as available but when I get to the store they inform me that they are out of the beverage. Please keep your online menu updated.

I work here so maybe Im a bit biased. Were a small store without a drive-thru so everyone that orders gets face to face interaction. Were personable often taking time with our regular to get to know them and remember their orders. Its a Clean store with a nice interior.

Service was ok. Never had a caribou tell us they couldn’t give us any extra beans. They also made my wife’s coffee wrong. I’d drive past this one and wait for the next one.

We are daily customers of this location until today. The coffee and service is mediocre to begin with. Today we placed our order to be verbally attacked and disrespected by what seems like a new employee. He was so convinced we order what he made up in his head he started a fight with us over it. When asked to speak to the manager he stated he was. When she finally came to the window she did nothing to mitigate the situation. Not even a simple sorry. Nobody deserves to be treated like this especially when buying an overpriced coffee in the first place. **Starbucks is at Target**

Ordered a large iced coffee today. Got to the window, paid for a large coffee. Coffee was hot, took it because I did not want to wait. Got home, opened the cup and wasnt even half full, only 6 ounces. Will not go there again.

I have had better service there then I did that day. Why is it that most if not all drive thrus you can never hear them or they cant hear you. I think that should be something all companies should really work on when they a a drive thru. Make it better for both parties.

I do not like Caribou Coffee every time I stop at one I ask for decaffeinated coffee with cream sugar. Never have they got it right. One time they filled black coffee no cream no sugar and it was caffeine coffee. I started sweating and it was so full I burnt my self. My hands feet sandals on. I have 35% of my heart working! I know when its not decaffeinated coffee!

They serve big dishes and for affordable rates. very nice owner. Great work.

Caribou coffee is all I need to say. Drop the mic. Their blended coffees are the best in town, and they support our troops. Unlike their competitors. I wont mention any names,Starbucks.

Usually they are pretty good about being quick and their quality is consistent. Sometimes you pay $5 and you dont get the chocolate coffee beans and your drink is short a few ounces. Seems like when there are not a lot of cars the attention to detail goes down.

Not the best experience at this location. Ran out of plain bagels and when everything bagel and cream cheese was ready after pulling ahead at the drive thru, the cream cheese was in a cup with a knife in the bag. How does that work in the car? Sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit was over microwaved. Drinks were decent.

I have been here many times. The drinks are always made correctly. Seems they have a hard time hearing/understanding orders through the drive through at times. Sometimes I have to repeat my order several times. Besides that I would recommend it.

My mom and I stopped in there on Mothers Day and Mic was AMAZING!!! He was so patient with my mom, making her special day incredible! After she finally decided upon what she was ordering, Mic offered to pay for her coffee!!!! That was service above and beyond! Thank you, Mic! Thank you, Caribou!

Caribou, good coffee and a nice place to relax. A giant chunk of snow fell off the roof of the building and hit my car so maybe avoid the drive thru in the winter.

They coffee is ok. If you are a serious coffee drinker like I am you may find their coffee a bit watered down. I find the dark roast to have a strange after taste. The service us always good with a friendly staff. My son also loves their frozen hot chocolate and oreo drink. Convenient location.

Great coffee drink selection and cool merchandise to purchase. Somewhat high priced. Noisy environment, especially for hard of hearing customers. Wish Caribou could come up with a banana flavoring for their beverages.

BEST CARIBOU I have been too because of the service and patio seating. The gentlemen that took my order made sure he entered my number for perks! Even better he provided an overview of what deals were available and if I want to use them. Everyone seemed happy to be there.

They were very rude when my app didnt work and told me they couldnt just give out free coffee. I didnt expect that, but sure didnt need sarcasm this norning.

Super comfy and the employees are nice, even when its crazy busy. This location is prime, especially because it has a drive thru. Coffee is hot and correct. My cappuccino had the right amount of foam. The inside is clean and has plenty of outlets for your devices.

It was hot and I didnt have to wait long but it wasnt very full so I didnt feel like I got my moneys worth.

Fast service, friendly staff and clean bathrooms. Plus the drinks are really good. Parking is strange but the location offers easy and quick access to the highway.

You have a couple women working the night shift that are very unprofessional. The lady that took my order was very impolite and when the second lady handed my drinks out she stared me down in a glaring fashion. I have no idea why but now Im slightly on edge to even drink my coffee here. It makes me feel as though they tampered with it.

This place is super sweet and very kind with great coffee. Yesterday around 8pm or maybe a bit earlier my sister went in to get coffee because i have been craving it since Monday unfortunately i have some recent diet restrictions. So she went in and was like hey this might sound weird but i was wondering if you had a decaf lactose free mocha coffee, its for my sister who just was diagnosed with cancer and she has diet restrictions. the barista looked at my sister and was like hold up wait here brought out the manager my sister told the manager what she said to the barista and they said oh my, wow, this whole order is on us. They gave us a free order thank you Caribou i appreciate the decaf lactose free mocha it was very delicious, that was super sweet of you! 10/10 would recommend.

They will give almost no creme cheese.

Refused to take a phone order... Im supposed to pull over download the app sign up, add money to a perks card... screw that, I was trying to save time. Caribou, you have lost my business. There is an important thing called customer service. You should try it. You could have sold 7 more drinks a couple times a week. Instead I went to Starbucks in target. They gladly took my order, and had it ready to go when I got there.

It is not that I dislike Caribou; they offer a great rewards program, have friendly employees, convenient drive-through, but their prices are truly a bit much!

Very unfriendly caribou coffee. After 1 year of switching to Starbucks, I started to consider caribou coffee again---what a disappointment. I love their sparkling peach black tea---and will ask for an additional cup of their sparkling water to dilute (to lessen the sweetness). At first they wanted to charge me for an Italian soda, and I told them that usually they wouldnt charge me for that---and when I got ready to pay for it, the lady told me we will need to start charging extra for those to cover costs along the line as in the future. Okay, I dont really need to know all that. Please start the process then let me know. I dont need to know something that has not been established yet and dont care. It made me feel horrible---man, what is wrong with caribou coffee? I dont know if they think its okay to say these things to me because I am not white or what, but man, I feel a bit disrespected as a valued customer (NOT!).
