Markus at the AT&T store in Montpelier is a genius! He knows the products, can get a good feel for what you want AND what you need. He devoted all his attention to making sure we left with zero questions, which doesnt happen often. He made it SO easy for my boyfriend and I to get new phones and made sure all of our stuff from our old phones got transferred to the new ones (if youve ever had to do it yourself after purchasing a phone, you know how much of a pain that is!) Awesome experience! I would go through him again in a heartbeat!

I had an amazing experience working with Tama Belotserkovsky. He helped me to get a better priced insurance plan and a better priced phone plan when all I wanted to do was add a number to my plan. He easily helped me to add the number and even let us pick the best number available. And he did all this while training another employee. He was friendly and personable and I would highly recommend him to help anyone I know.

I had submitted an online order last night. I called this morning and she said she has not got to it yet. she said 30 min. hour has gone by, and ive asked her to just cancel it due to another store willing to help and pick up now. She then says it will be another 30 in to 45 min to click cancel. This isnt the first time i have had terrible service from this store. Hopefully they can learn to multi task and learn to full fill orders as they are customers.

Broke my phone and had problems with the insurance issued phone. I was able to resolve the issue with the insurance company while in the store and purchase a new upgraded phone. I came in pretty upset and left a happy customer.

Great experience setting up a new plan and purchasing new phones at my last visit to AT&T in Montpelier. We worked with Eric and Scott who were wonderful. They handled all of the set up and answered all questions making a typically stressful and overwhelming event even enjoyable. Thanks guys!

I went into the store looking for a new phone and had a great experience with Eric. Even though he was the only salesperson on the floor, with multiple customers in the store, he appeased everyones needs all while being friendly and professional. Eric listened to what I wanted, and without being pushy helped educate me on what the best options were for my budget. This would be a 5 star review because of his service but the parking situation is lacking. I should say non-existent, because you are forced to pay for street parking, resulting in a ticket when I returned to my vehicle.

This was one of the worst experiences of customer service form the Montpelier VT location.There was a guy and a girl there are the store standing behind the counter and she yelled across the store to tell me it would be 15 minutes, great. but then I realized he was just staring out the window and pacing and she was telling some lady that was there about her dog.. and when they did come they told me to go online and offered zero help. What a waste of time and I will never go to that location specifically because of these two. He looked like a punk and she was chunky with medium length brown hair. extremely rude.

Took my great-uncle to this store due to problems with his cellphone, unaware he was a victim of fraud. The store manager, Shane Anderson took great care of us and helped us through the entire situation, a process that took a little over an hour. He was a wonderful employee and very personable to his customers. My uncle and I would recommend this AT&T store to anyone, no matter how much experience with technology! A huge thanks to the employees and staff here!

Stopped into the East Montpellier store today to transfer service and get a new phone. Jonathan and the team at the store were amazing. I was in and out of the store in less than an hour. I have been to many stores throughout the US and this was by far the best experience I have had in an AT&T store!

Cierra was an exceptional AT&T Rep today! My phone was not taking a charge and appeared to be “fried.” I was beyond upset that most likely I would lose all my photos, notes, etc. Cierra said she would try to charge it with the store charger, but didn’t hold out much hope, but lo and behold after 15-20 min on the charger it came back to life and she was able to transfer everything to my new phone. Very happy with her positive attitude and persistence in achieving a great outcome. All of this occurred while Cierra and co-worker, George, dealt with other incoming customers, continually dealing with iPad issues and supporting and helping each other as a team!! They acknowledged each customer and directed their individual attention to each customer throughout our two-hour wait (a big part of which was transferring from my old phone to new phone). I always come back to the Montpelier store for upgrades mainly because I’ve always had a positive experience not only with the product, but most of all with employees who are knowledgeable, patient and pleasant. I came to Montpelier to replace a cell phone that had been causing me trouble. I entered the store entirely unsure of how I wanted to solve my problem, and left more than satisfied with the resolution.I was helped by an employee named Jesse, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did he have well-informed answers to all of my questions, he worked with me and helped me tailor my decision to that which suited me best. He clearly knew what he was doing. Not only that, but he was also very friendly and clearly passionate about helping people in the best way he was capable of.All in all, I feel like I made a well informed decision based upon his solid advice and expansive knowledge, and I definitely would recommend this location, especially if youre seeking an answer without entirely knowing the question.

Cierra and Scott were great! Even though they werent able to fully help all my needs they took the time to listen, look into the issue, and made sure getting an upgrade was relatively easy without having the same issues happen again that I previously did at another AT&T location. Cierra seemed rather new, but made sure to ask Scott pently of questions to make sure to help me. Thank you both for all the help!

Shane was great! I came in with low hopes of getting my device back to a working condition. Not only was he able to save the day worh my phone, he went I to my account and looked to see if there were any promotional offers I could take advantage of for new lines or plan discounts (unfortunately its just me on here with an old plan they dont offer anymore) but he took amazing care of me and I felt very valued leaving. And with a working phone!

Michael Tyler provided a seamless and wonderful experience at our trip to the AT&T store on my daughters birthday to purchase a new phone. He was informative, competent and provided excellent customer service. I have visited many stores before including my hometown of stamford Connecticut and have never received such professional and nice service. Especially during these crazy times, the store and Michael were excellent when dealing with the covid pandemic. They practiced social distancing and I felt exceedingly comfortable in the store. 5 stars for Michael!

Horrible level of customer service. Went in to upgrade my bfs phone. Basically walked in with an easy sale that didnt require much upselling because we were getting the newest version.The guy who helped us was extremely unpleasant. He explained to us an option that I was unaware of because of a recent promo. In the long run it would have been much cheaper but we would have had to put down 2x as much money as we walked in thinking we would. We needed a few mins to decide and discuss.As I was trying to figure out our finances talking to my bf, the guy butted into our conversation about 3 times before I got really annoyed. He wouldnt let me get 2 words into it, even though it was me who was paying. After literally arguing with the guy, I had to take a walk i was so upset. I would have gone to another store but it wasnt an option that day. I just wanted it to get done.I will never recommend anyone go to this store. Go to Berlin or Williston if you can help it. I will honestly never be back.

The employees here are always helpful...I have been an AT&T customer since they came to Vermont and took over Unicel in 2008. The customer service in the Montpelier Store has had its ups and downs in the last 12 years, but this team has always come through.

This is by far my favorite AT&T location, I have other stores closer to my home but I go out of my way to visit the Montpelier, VT location. The staff is always very friendly, knowledgeable and really go above and beyond for their customers! Shane, Ross and staff always make sure all my needs are met! I highly recommend this location!

Above and Beyond! Have gone in over the years for service and recently moved a personal plan to a business account. The process was smooth and much better than had I called into the Customer Care (as I have done before). Were now getting a better deal, have more control, and keep getting great, personal service. Good luck getting the same from Verizon.

First, I have never had a person answer the phone in the store. When I have gone in to the to get help I have heard the phone ringing with employees chatting with each other and no one answers the phone.Secondly, I have had some of the most difficult, rude, and dishonest customer service in this store. After getting a $200 trade in for a phone we spent $100 in the store and asked the other $100 to be put onto our bill as a credit, and were told it was. I did not see the credit on the next bill so I went into the store with my receipt and the person working denied that there was ever even a trade in credit. I had it on my receipt. I spent about 20 minutes talking with the guy and he continued to say either there was no possible credit, that its not possible to do in the store, and finally that I had in fact spent the entire $200 credit in the store and had no other credit left. I continued to show him my receipt and he wouldnt believe it. I called the ATT 1-800 number and they put the credit onto my account within a few minutes.It is stunning to me that this store is able to stay open.

I have called this store several times over the last few days and have not gotten an answer. Judging from some of the reviews it seems to be an ongoing problem. Why have a telephone number if no one answers the phone ? I will make it a point not to do service with this store in the future. This is a management issue.

My experiences with AT&T have always been horrible. I went in looking for something would be very protective to my iPhone 6+. An employee highly recommended the glass screen protector and he even guaranteed it to me. He put it on my phone and said I can promise you this will not damage your phone. I dropped my phone and my phone completely shattered through the protector. I went in today seeing what they could do to help me. They told me they would compensate me or refund me in any way. The employee was very disrespectful and she was not helpful in any way. Im very disappointed with my results and I would not recommend AT&T to anybody! They have horrible costumer service.

Shadi, the salesman we worked with, was very friendly and helpful. He explained all the great features of the devices we were considering in order to help us make the right decision. Unfortunately, it turns out that he was also using pretty shady sales tactics to convince us to spend more.As we were wrapping up and getting ready to finalize our purchase of a new iPhone, he informed us that we could also get an iPad mini for $50 because our purchase qualified for a promotional deal they were currently running. We were hesitant and initially told him that we wanted to pass on the offer. He then swayed us by telling us that if we changed our mind after leaving, we wouldnt be able to come back and capitalize on the promotion after the fact, but if we bought the iPad now and got home only to decide we didnt want it after all, we could simply bring it back within the next 30 days and return it.We got the iPad, went home, and after a few days decided that we really didnt need another gadget. I brought it back to the store to return it only to be informed that there would be a $45 restocking fee for the device. Given that the option to return the iPad was what Shadi used to sell us on getting the device in the first place, the only ethical thing to do would have been to also inform us of the restocking fee at that time. Instead, he conveniently left that detail out in order to up his sales. Immoral and dishonest salesmanship may get you sales, but it will also cause you to lose customers and get you a 1-star review.

Chris the manager didnt behave properly. There is one thing to be not knowing another to be not very good at lying. The tone when selling the fone was very different than when I went to replace my note 7. And it was an at&t mandate . Worrisome is that at&t employee less than public ally available information.
