This place is awesome, i came here a little while ago directed by at&t to go for basically any issues or questions I had with my new phone. I was surprised at first because i thought as a phone store at&t would at least help me set up my new phone i just bought from there, but they sent me over to Eltayeb at mobitech. He was patient and persistent in my troubles setting up and transferring data to my new phone and was great company while I waited. I was almost convinced my phone transfer was impossible but he made it happen. I also got a great case and screen protector (as at&t again failed me having nothing I needed) and he helped me understand the new hardware for my phone. I will be back with any future tech issues and support this awesome local business.

My phone suddenly lost the lower speaker and I couldnt hear the ringer, text alerts alarms or anything. I brought it into Mobitech and in less than a half hour I had a fully functioning phone. Awesome overall. Much cheaper to get my repair here than other shops I spoke to around the area. Real Apple replacement part as well, and the repair job itself was seemless, so this place is legit and didnt take long either. So everything about my experience was easy and pretty much as painless as possible. Would definitely come back here for future repairs.

When there was an issue with screen sensitivity (probably due to me throwing the phone on the ground), he performed a warranty repair the same day so that I had my phone for work. The new owners of this store did a great job repairing my badly damaged phone. They were very polite and professional during our interactions which is appreciated. There was some delay getting the part needed but I attributed this to our somewhat remote location in Rural Vermont and not any fault of this business. I would definitely recommend their services. My phone went to the dreaded screen of death. I went to my local cell provider wasn’t able to help and I was told to go to Geek Squad in Burlington. I took it to Mobitech and they diagnosed the issue and repaired my phone the same day. They were very fair with their pricing and my money stayed here in town. A great experience.

I had an excellent experience with getting an iPad screen replaced. They were very professional and courteous, plus the repair was done the same day I dropped it off!!!

I though my phone was a goner, but Mobitech was able to replace the charging port. The repair was quick and cost effective and completed within the time frame quoted. Im giving 4 stars because the associate was on his cell phone when I arrived and he continued that phone call while speaking with me, I felt like I was interrupting his personal call and wasnt sure if he was talking to me or his phone. He could have set down his phone or given some explanation as to why he needed to continue and it would have been better. I am very happy and would recommend Mobitech to others.

Great customer service. My wife had her iPhone battery replaced there not long ago and without an appointment the tech there was able to replace the battery in under an hour. My Samsung Galaxy S7 recently crashed and got stuck in a reboot loop. Unfortunately the guy at Mobitech wasnt able to revive it after some diagnostics and a couple days of trying different methods to restore the phone (some sort of critical malfunction/short on the phones mainboard), but he also didnt charge me anything for his efforts, which I was pleasantly surprised about. I knew going in there was a good chance my phone was beyond saving and he gave it his all. I will gladly return and recommend anybody else in need of cell phone service give Mobitech a shot. Their prices are more than fair and the folk I have interacted with seemed to really know what they were doing.

I went into the store and in 30 minutes for $90 I had a new screen installed. They were easy, efficient, professional and very nice. Highly recommended.

I drove over my iPhone and smashed the screen. I thought my phone was a lost cause but coworkers encouraged me to go to Mobitech. Mobitech replaced the screen and put a screen protector on. Initially it was not working perfectly, but Mobitech worked on it a little more (at no extra cost) and now it works perfectly. They stand by their work and are nice to deal with. I have sent other co-workers there for iPad battery replacement. Everyone has been very happy with the work done.
