Great Mooresville location because it was the fourth or fifth store we went to look for a Pestle/Mortar. Thankfully they had two different brands ☺️

Customer service window is very good, returning again for other purchases. Sales Associates on the floors were helpful and knowledgeable.

Alex and her coworkers did a great job managing several customers at once, with some demanding requests. Thanks for all your did to assist me and for great customer service.

Absolutely rude ! Ordered a mattress cover this morning which got canceled 1 hour later . The email confirmation never told me why it was canceled so I called the store just to get a rude older lady whos tone was very matter of fact . Im glad I didnt spend my money here !

Visited the store to do a return from online purchase. We were hoping to buy the replacement items in-store. They werent available. Muck helped us place another online order and even worked with us on the price to make it match what we spent prior. That was so appreciated. Weve since received the items and are very happy. Weve already returned on our occasions to do more shopping. We love Bed Bath and Beyond and we love Mick.

It is very easy to return items that were purchased online. The staff at this location has always been very friendly and helpful!

Good sized store, great selection

Ordered a beach chair online, and picked it up within 2 hours of ordering. No problems at all!

Can always find what you are looking for

I guess due to covid, there just wasnt the stock and the quality I have been used to at BB&B. friendly people.

The staff was helpful and the store was clean, however stock of a number of items was low so at the time the selection wasnt great.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are ok, but they also price match. Their inventory is good & the employees checked other stores to see if an item was available elsewhere.

Customer service was excellent. I was searching for an item that the website showed as in the store. Neither I or the cashier were able to locate the item.

Everyone was very nice. They helped me as much as I needed.

This is the closest BB&B to my home so I decided to go and pick up a comforter set. They have some pretty good deals. I love my new Jersey Knit sheets and comforter. I do wish they had more variety in printed sheets but I still found what I needed. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. Overall all you can find some nice things for yourself and your home here.

Not as big as the one that was at Concord Mills. A little disappointed.

Stoped buying their too political they should just stick to selling and not be my big brother

Called before going to make sure item was in store. Friendly, helpful person on phone. Thought of another item but store did not carry. Always have great stuff. Occasionally hard to find to help unless you go to front of store. Love that I could use more than one coupon at a time!!

Walked in with a return and had a pleasant experience. No hassle, just in and out!Definitely a plus when everyone seems to be in a major hurry and attitudes are poor.The cashier was pleasant, and considering she was right inside the door where it was cold, she was a delight to work with... Awesome place with a store full of stuff I need if only I was rich and could buy it all. Great people work there who are willing to not only help but to make you feel welcome as well.

Some things are really expensive, highly over priced (or to me anyway) but they also have some less expensive high quality items. Go when you have plenty of time to look around because theres plenty to look at. The home decor was beautiful. The employees were very polite.

We have recently moved into a newly constructed home, and have found that BB&B has just about every we need for the kitchen and bedrooms.The floor associates are always helpful. Just wish there was a Harmon Store in Mooresville.

Pretty good here. I found one helpful associate who went a couple extra miles to help. I really appreciate that, then the next person didnt help at all. Overall, I am glad they have a store here and its worth a visit.

For time and money spent, I expect quicker service checking out. Only one cashier. When short on cashiers and store is busy, managers need to step up, and get out of that office.

Very nice people but a bit pricey

Mostly went in to window shop and then discovered a bamboo silverware holder for the kitchen drawer. Very pleased with the selection of merchandise offered. Store was well lit, employees were very friendly and helpful.

Great help... Shopping for a 13yo girl is not something that Im used to (I have 3 boys)... Everyone there was extremely helpful.

If it wasnt for the famous 20% coupon thats gets mailed monthly it would be a bit too pricey, but they have quality brands.

Really disappointed in this store.. saw some chairs i wanted but drive a small sedan so was not able to get them. I borrowed someone’s truck just to come get these chairs and this was the only day I could borrrow it. Called the store to check the hours the woman who answered said 9:30 so I went at 9pm and they were closed. Doors locked and door said 9pm closing but it would just have been nice if I was told the correct time over the phone as I went out of my way to borrow a vehicle. I would think employees would know the hours or could have asked someone instead of guessing.

I had a pick up later order and apparently that was too much confusion for the workers. They couldnt find my order for several minutes. I then went to check out with my cart of things as well as my pick up later item, to which the cashier wanted to argue about the price for my item although it is clearly stated on the paper and I showed her the email stating the price. She was extremely rude to me for some unknown reason, she jostled my items around, and continually sighed several times. The cashiers name is Linda.

Bed, Bath & Beyond: This store will honor your EXPIRED coupons, so save them, keep them in your car! :) Also, they stand behind what they sell, Ive had outdoor furniture that fell apart & they issued store credit 3 yrs later. Cannot ask for better customer service than that. Like their bedding, organization/ clear frig/freezer containers, hair appliances, even cordless water pick!

Caroline was a enthusiastic help with selecting the write expresso machine for our needs, the Nespresso machine gave us upscale coffee experience cmpared to other models. We appreciate the help and guidance from this courtesy associate.

I purchased one item and spend five minutes with the employee that was checking me out. Tamara didn’t even want to give me a bag for my pillow that I purchased and when she did she spend a whole two minutes putting the pillow in a bag. At that point I didn’t even want the bag anymore I just wanted to leave. Horrible customer service.
