Well it kinda wonders me I needed a part went to store and they didnt have it. Went home looked online they had it.i called and Ordered the part at the store.. went back they didnt have again. Look online today they have it for 65$ .what is up with the runaround ?

Great Customer Service today. Very informative and professional answered every question I had from the initial phone call to checking if I needed to replace my Battery and Alternator. End result I needed my Battery replaced. He replaced it effectively and efficiently. I had a poor experience at the location on River Hwy but I would 100% come back to this location. I believe the gentleman that helped me was the store manager maybe Chris I couldn’t remember his name but was wearing a grey shirt.

DJ is the man. Saved the day. My battery died. Needed to put on two sets of wheels and tires on two vehicles of mine. Couldn’t do either without one running. DJ grabbed his own tools and car and singlehandedly installed a battery in the discount tire parking lot where my car died, so they could proceed with tires. Long story, long day, and DJ paved the way for me get everything done. Respectful and hardworking, going up and above. Give him a raise!

Excellent customer service and knowledge

Archaic computer systems that cannot track recent purchases, staff couldnt complete return of warranty product, and upgrade to a more expensive part, without charging full price, issuing credit and completing sale. Wouldnt accept computer reading from another Advance Store in regards to bad alternator, even though warranty period had not lapsed. Staff was fine but needs to remember that not all people that walk thru door, are automotive experts. And please teach your staff to take care of the person in front of them before taking care of the phone call, there were at least 2 other staff that could have answered the phone. You all can do better especially since the area has other parts stores close by.

They have fast service here. I say this because I was waiting behind 5 other customers and each issue was spotted and diagnosed in about a minute. This is the kind of service Ive come to expect from this chain.

I had the battery replaced on my Toyota today. Bevan was extremely helpful and upbeat. He made sure he had the right battery and he offered to price-match - and he did so cheerfully. Bevan even installed the new battery in my car. He made plugged in an aux power unit to the car so that when my old battery was removed, I wouldnt lose all my digital settings on my radio, etc. He was very thorough and neat. He did a great job and I loved his attitude and demeanor (it was the end of a long Monday). I highly recommend Bevan and Advance Auto Parts at this location.

Im a mechanic so im in parts stores almost daily. The service here is garbage. They hardly ever have enough staff and i always have to wait. Ive installed the wrong parts TWICE because their computer was wrong. Returing anything is a nightmare. They fight to give you a store credit when you return their free tool rental. BY FAR the worst advanced store ive been to. Save yourself some time and go to autozone down the street.
