Worst dealership ever!! I wanted to give it no stars!!! They had a car that I was interested in so I went to look at it, test drove it, liked it and then started filling out the paper work to purchase it. Everything was going good until we got to the finance department and the guy seemed like he really didn’t want to help. Must of been in to big of a hurry to go home! The last time I was in here I had major service done on the car. Brakes plugs tires. It was like new when they were done even though it has 140,000 miles.

I had a great experience starting with Kathryn in the service department really coming through for my family in an unexpected pinch. The concern and follow-up were at a service level beyond our expectations. After the repair was completed we decided to buy a new vehicle instead of keeping our previous car which we loved. The reason we chose to do so has lots of aspects but ultimately we wanted to do more business with Kathryn, with Keeley our Sales Professional, and Brian the Sales Manager. Price was second to the relationship they’d created, but they didn’t take advantage of that and we ended up with a nicer vehicle, a better interest rate, and a reasonable payment. It’s all about how you treat people (and their dog) and they turned me into an advocate for their location. Truly impressive.

We just bought a new Subaru. My family and I were treated with such care and honesty it was refreshing. Best car experience ever and we have bought well over 15 cars through the years. Ben was our sales rep. The entire team did whatever they could to accommodate us and went so far as to give me and my son a courtesy ride to an event at the local marina we had planned. My wife stayed behind and competed her purchase and this team is amazing. Whatever Randy teaches his car family is for real. Best ever and they deserve at least a chance when you buy your next car. Bought a used 2016 vehicle with 104k miles. The dealership wouldn’t budge on the price because if was discounted $1k for month end. Still feel I got an ok deal. The detailing of the vehicle needs a lot of improvement, I had to clean the inside more when I got home and spray under the car because of all the dirt caked on. The salesman Jason & business manager Keeley we’re very nice.

We were passing through the Charlotte area on our way to vacation and had a brake issue that came up. We called Randy Marion Subaru and Kemmie was able to squeeze us in the next morning. They were awesome! Tom, our Service Advisor, was so nice and helpful, and Fred, our Service Tech, showed us exactly what the problem was before even touching the car. It was great to actually see the problem before they did the work, which I have never experienced before. This is our first Subaru and I will make sure to only use Subaru dealers for major repairs from now on, they were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating to us and got us back on the road in about 3 hours with peace of mind. Randy Marion Subaru went above and beyond to help us while out of state and needing car repairs. The local dealer (Byers Dublin Subaru) did a faulty oil change leading us to be stranded with an engine with no oil on the side of the road, middle of no where. My Subaru towed the car and John and Marshall at Randy Marion β€œjust did their job” but they got the car fixed, offered us drinks and food, and even moved seating for our large group while we waited to get back on the road. This dealer is LEGIT. They care, they are kind, and they were trustworthy. We cannot say enough about them! They even checked in on us to see that we were okay and got to our destination. That is customer service!

While I am not the type of person to usually take time out of my day to write a review like this, I feel like it is necessary. I would not recommend buying a car here. While my 2014 Mazda CX-5 is very nice and runs beautifully, it is the title department at this dealership that is the issue. I am from Virginia and when I bought my vehicle, I asked about 10 times if there was anything extra I might need to do since I was going to title the car in another state. They said no problem, and I would get a packet in the mail and just take it to the DMV and it would be quick and easy. I get the packet and go to the DMV and the DMV tells me the paperwork is wrong and I will not be able to get plates or the title. I called the title department at Randy Marion and told them what was going on and they argued with me at first and said they had done nothing wrong and the DMV was wrong, before admitting they were the ones who messed up. I had to FedEx all of the paperwork back to the dealer for them to fix it. I bought the car in May and now it is almost August and the problem has yet to be resolved. I also now have expired temporary plates on the car because they failed to send new temporary plates in time, even though they assured me they would do so. Out of patience and incredibly disappointed, I will not buy another vehicle from here.

Go to Randy Marion Subaru and save yourself from wasted time and added stress.I started the car buying adventure over a week ago after unforeseen issues arose from our current vehicle. We have always wanted Subaru and decided we were no longer going to sacrifice safety over price. So, we started researching for the best deal. After researching and visiting 3 states (SC, NC, and GA), we landed at Randy Marion. Although 2 hours from home (Blythewood, SC), we left with a vehicle loaded with options, great mileage and at the best price. Working with RJ was a blessing. A great guy that is fair and honest. That’s right, I said honest. He went to bat for us and ultimately picked out the car we ended up buying (better than the one I originally drove there for and all within the budget). Their customer service didn’t stop there. Ron with the finance department beat every rate we had found elsewhere and Brian, the manager, was such a classy guy. Salesman was nice enough, but they’re selection was limited.What killed any chance of a deal was, when we started shopping around, we got a much better deal from Tindol Subaru is Gastonia. When I told Randy Marion the price we were getting, and gave them the opportunity to match it or beat it, the β€œking of price” said they couldn’t come close to that price.Save yourself some money and time. Had a great car buying experience here! Everyone was extremely helpful without being overbearing like they can be at some dealerships. They gave me a good deal on my trade and had the best price on the car I was looking for.They even caught that I had written the check for too much and made sure to call me to tell me about the mistake and to pay back the amount I overpaid. Truly honest good people! This will be the first place I look when I need another vehicle.

I purchased my first car, a 2015 Subaru Forester limited earlier this month! I was greeted when I arrived, and after that the process was quick and easy. Jason Spruill took care of me. He answered all my silly questions, and the finance manager gratefully got me a lower interest rate after signing all the papers which was very kind of him to even tell me after the fact. Made him miss his lunch break too. Sweet guy. Overall enjoyed my experience at Randy Marion!
