Love the work done on my 1948 Plymouth by Quarter Mile Muscle. Had my car hauled there from Mississippi as I was relocating and it wasnt running. They took good care of it and got it running better than ever. I never felt pressure to do unnecessary work and their expertise was obvious. If you want a place you can trust to provide great service, quality work, and honest opinions definitely give them a look.

Mark and the team at Quarter Mile Muscle recently helped me with my Buick Grand National. Mark was easy to work with. He kept me in the loop via phone and e-mail. I couldnt be happier with my results. Would definitely recommend Quarter Mile Muscle.

We had a great experience working with the restoration team at Quarter Mile Muscle. Our 1967 Corvette was in storage for a long time and it was in need of some help to get it back running and driving again. So we had them transport our Corvette from our home to the shop. Once they had a chance to look over this Corvette they got back with us quickly with a suggested repair list.Since our car was in storage for so long it appears mice may have chewed up some of the upholstery and the wiring in areas. They removed the old wiring and upholstery to replace it with all new wiring and carpet. We ended up replacing the engine with a new LS3 engine with an overdrive transmission. We also decided to have them upgrade our ac system while it was there. While the engine was out they repainted the engine bay. Since our Corvette was showing its age on the outside we decided to have them repair small cracks in the fiberglass that were starting to show. Then the body shop did all the necessary body work and then repainted our car a brilliant red. We came into the shop to see the new paint job we both were very impressed with their attention to details. The paint work is so smooth and looks awesome. My wife and I can now take our classic Corvette to the beach or longer trips if needed. We get many compliments on our Corvette no matter where we take it. We do own a couple other classics and when they need anything Quarter Mile will be the shop we will use from now on.

Buyer beware...Installed carpet in my mustang and to be a high end custome builder looks like a 3 year old installed.....Paid 14k and requested all new weather striping and received weather striping in about 75% where needed...The weather stripping does not look good.....Just very disappointed in all of there work.. Tires scrub fender wells, I could keep going but do your research....Would not recommend.

I had QMM work on my 1969 Camaro and when you receive great service you want to share with others. Mark Van Vlack is so knowledgeable and is an asset to this company. Mark kept me updated on the process of my car. Many thanks to QMM.

Quarter Mile Muscle (QMM) completed Phase 1 of my 1968 Mustang resto-mod project and the results were straight-up incredible. This is a top-notch, highly qualified, and professional restoration shop. Their project planning, execution, and resulting craftsmanship was simply outstanding. Their automotive knowledge, technical capabilities, and attention to detail was on display throughout the entire restoration process. Whether it was working with the project manager, the technicians, customer service, or the owner himself, there was a genuine interest in the successful completion of the project from all the QMM employees whom I worked with.QMM performed a full mechanical restoration: a complete engine swap (347 cubic inch stroker including all accessories and interfacing components in the engine compartment); a complete transmission swap (including conversion from an automatic to a manual 5 speed Tremec); a complete detailing of the engine bay; a customized dual exhaust; installation of a new 9” rear end; replacements and upgrades to the steering, front and rear suspension systems; replacements and upgrades to the braking system (including conversion to power and disc); an upgrade to a Vintage Air climate control system; an upgrade to Dakota Digital Gauge instrumentation; electrical upgrades; interior upgrades, and more.Without hesitation I would recommend this shop for any restoration and customized work on your classic vehicle. And with multiple visits to QMM during this restoration process I witnessed first-hand the outstanding quality and workmanship coming out the of their body and paint shop; I am so looking forward to completing Phase 2 of my resto-mod project (body and paint) with QMM. An A+ establishment all the way!Peter B.

I hired Quarter Mike Muscle to perform a pre-inspection on a CJ7 Jeep. The inspection was absolutely top notch and exactly what you would want prior to purchasing a vehicle. The detail of the inspection reports that I received was 10/10. Mark answered every single question I had and went above and beyond my expectations. It was the most detailed inspection I have ever received. I highly recommend Quarter Mile Muscle.

Had a 1992 mustang fully rebuilt and modified from top to bottom to include a new engine and transmission with a custom paint job. They brought my dream car to life and I was able to drive it home the day it was ready. The work they did was breathtaking and to those complaining about price, well you get what you pay for and the quality work they did was amazing. They provided me with many different options on bumps we hit along the way in the project and I couldn’t be happier.

They did a great job on my 76 corvette. But unfortunately for me I ran out of money before everything could be completed that needed done. But I can drive her around and my car will be back there as soon as I have up the money saved up once again to finish. Thanks for all your hard work.

I brought Mark my 2007 ZO6 that had major issues with previous modifications that made the car basically not drivable. They were the only ones that diagnosed the main issue and came up with a fix. Now it runs like a champ and is a pleasure to drive again. QMM is the best, glad I found them.

I do not recommend anybody to take their classic car to Quarter Mile Muscle for repairs. They can change spark plugs, change oil and maybe replace some OEM parts. I took my 1957 Chevy in to them to have them make adjustments / repairs to the fuel injection system. I even explained directly to the mechanic what the issues were. I had the car towed in to them and about a week later, I had to have the car towed out because they couldnt make the repairs. They changed the spark plugs and replaced the fuel, filter and replaced the O2 sensor. They didnt have the proper shop equipment to make the computer adjustments to the car to fine tune the running of the engine. I had to tow the car out of their shop. Muscle still charged me $800 before they would let me take the car. After complaining, they reduced the charge to $600. They should have told me at the beginning they didnt have the proper shop equipment or the know how to repair the fuel injection. They wanted me to purchase a complete new system so they could change it out. Very bad experience and costly.

I was looking for a good restoration shop to bring my Chevelle project to in North Carolina. After attending a local cars and coffee event in Charlotte I ran into another Chevelle owner with a LS3 like I was looking to do. This gentleman told me of his problems finding a reliable shop he could trust with his project. After much searching he told me that he went to visit a place called Quarter Mile Muscle. After his visit there he could see this shop had a few projects there getting new LS swaps. I was so impressed with his Chevelle that I had to go visit this shop myself. Well he was right they are doing some great work there as I could see many projects receiving hi quality workmanship. After my visit I sent QMM my Chevelle project to have them remove the old 396 engine and install a new LS3 with other upgrades like we discussed while I was there. I told them to keep me in the loop during the build and they did from start to finish. When I picked up my car it was looking great and with the new LS3 engine it sounded amazing. I do drive this classic to local car shows and I have already had many compliments on my Chevelle. These guys do some great work and they were very easy to work with. Thanks again to the team at Quarter Mile Muscle my project was spot on!

Great Auto Restoration Shop! This shop does some amazing work as you can see when you first walk through their place. The level of their professionalism was much appreciated while restoring my classic Camaro. It was easy for me to communicate with them from start to finish with my project. They were able to get my car running great again and with the new paint job it really turns heads at all the car shows! They did take their time and it shows in the high level of detail work they added to my Camaro. I am a car collector and have been for many years. I have worked with other shops in the past and was not very impressed due to sloppy or inadequate workmanship. I was very pleased with the overall experience.

The place is a 3 ring circus. I now understand the negative reviews. Go elsewhere and save yourself the headache. And with the company dealing with bankruptcy they could be out of business tomorrow. Why take the risk?

What a fun shop to deal with. I have a small collection of classic cars and I was searching for a restoration shop that was capable of restoring my first generation Camaro correctly. I have dealt with other shops around the Charlotte area before with some of my other classic cars and have been let down each time. These guys at Quarter Mile understood and delivered exactly what I wanted. This custom paint job looks so great that I get many compliments at almost every stop it seems, They upgraded my DZ302 engine with some modern fuel injection system. They also added a new ac system so my wife and I can stay cool this summer while driving in traffic, With the car running and looking so great I have been enjoying each time I take this one out and about. This classic Camaro feels so much more responsive and is much quicker. I will be sending you guys more work in the near future and appreciate the level of professionalism your shop offers compaired to the others in the Charlotte area.

I personally had a wonderful experience with this restoration shop. When I had some problems with my classic Camaro I contacted them for some help. My Camaro needed some engine work and my transmission was also leaking pretty bad, so I had Quarter Mile pick up my car from our home. Once my car was received by the guys there it was not long for them to diagnose these problem areas and a few other issues that I was not aware of.They did give me an estimate to correct these problems and I was happy to know about how much these repairs would cost us to correct. After they completed this scope of work I came in to test drive my Camaro to see how it was running. All I can say is this car runs much better than when I purchased this car a few years back.We did upgrade our tired AC system while it was in the shop and we are so glad we did as this Camaro has cold AC and my wife is happy about that. I feel these guys are really doing great work as they showed me the repairs to my car. Like many of these older cars they will need work every now and again so this is my new go to shop from now on. They have a great shop with some very nice people who will not steer you wrong.

We needed a restoration shop we could count on. Quarter Mile Muscle was the shop for our project. They had my wife and I come in to go over our project. Then they showed us around their place. We were both impressed with the projects they were working on and the size of this place. Everybody we meet their was very pleasant and knowledgeable. When we told them we were on a budget they gave us some options to choose from.We then scheduled them to pick up our 1969 Corvette. They were very careful when they loaded our car. After we began the restoration process they sent us updates along the way. We had our engine rebuilt and a overdrive transmission installed. Then it was into body work and paint. It was a hard to decide on our final paint choice. The guys at QMM had us look over some paint samples then we went back home to decide our color choice. After thinking long and hard about it we finally both decided on mile miglia red for our project. We live about 4.5 hours away from the shop so it was great to get monthly updates in form of pictures. After we came in to pick up our Corvette we were very pleased to see how great it turned out. These guys are very professional and know what it takes to get projects done the right way the first time around. After driving our car to a few local car shows it was nice knowing that we picked the right shop. We continue to get complements all the time. The car runs great and really does much better on longer trips. We would suggest this shop for anyone looking for a honest shop. Thanks again QMM for the hard work you put in on our project. We have so much fun while driving our classic corvette.

Stephen and the team took in my 69 GTO Judge on short notice, when I had a urgent electrical issue. Stephen reviewed all the possible scenarios, and offered quotes for all possible outcomes. As we know, electric issues are sometimes like hunting ghosts. Needless to say, the team found the issue quick, we were lucky and it was nothing serious. While the car was in there, the also tunned up the carb, made several other small adjustments and recommendations. All while arranging flat deck transportation back and forth form the shop to my house with ease. I plan to use Quarter Mile for my needs on my Judge going forward.

Worst place to fix my car, your car, anyones car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!had engine rebuilt and drove for under 500 miles always park it after rebuild and drove it one day and motor was blown and called brian at quarter mile muscle and sent the car back for repairs.....after a week brian calls me back saying its all my fault for the motor issues and blame everything on me ........ I would thick you have full warranty considering the repairs were under a month and under 500 miles driven but in my case no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I definitely didnt damage the motor at all and was blamed on and are now being hassle and brian not taking any responsibilities on there bad motor work and the worst customer service ever.....ive spend over 20 thousand on repairing my old school car there and took responsibility for anything that Ive cause to the vehicle any damage to the car but tis time is not my fault and Im being blame for it.......They will not fix my car when its there fault for the bad motor work theyve done instead they have the worst customer service and will not take responsibility for there faulty work .....Ive spent so much money and time over there shop and Im being scammed and treated like a bad customer at QUARTER MILE MUSCLE..... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE AFTER THIS INCIDENT, A AUTO SHOP THAT CANT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THERE WRONG DOING AND TRYING TO BLAME AND CHARGE A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR WHAT THEY DIDNT DO SHOULDNT BE FXING CUSTOMERS CAR AT ALL.....I WOULD THINK THEY WOULD HAVE ENOUGH HONOR AND HONESTY TO FIX THERE FAULTY WORK FOR ME BUT INSTEAD BLAME IT ON ME.....THAT IS VERY DISHONEST OF THEM.....I REGRET RECOMMENDING THEM TO ANYONE AND SPENDING MONEY THERE....AND FYI BUYING A MOTOR THERE DOESNT HAVE ANY WARRANTY APPPARENTLY CAUSE IM HAVING TO PAY FOR A MOTOR THATS UNDER 500 MILES AND UNDER A MONTH OF WHEN IT WAS REPAIRED.....WHAT KIND OF HONESTY OR HONOR IS THAT........
