I got my oil changed at big O in mooresville Indiana and with that they gave me a free tire rotation. Well that’s awesome I thought until I went and got the Rotation done and not even three hours later one of my tires was leaking air and I hadn’t had a single problem until the rotation was done! I called them and told them they told me to bring my truck back in that it’d only be an hour I ended up sitting there for two hours and they still didn’t have a definite answer as to what happened and couldn’t guarantee that it was fixed I won’t be going back I’m very disappointed with my experience.

I took my truck in after making an appointment the day prior for a hub assembly replacement, and they had it back to me the same day no problem. This is the place to go to if you need anything for your vehicle. 100%

Needed a simple valve stem change. Jaden in Mooresville hooked me up at no charge since I had bought tires with Big O for my car. Was in and out in 10 minutes.

I love the service here, they are always quick and super friendly. Never had had a bad experience here at all. The oil changes are basically in and out. Great help with tires and definitely a big help with what you need! Never try to sell you on a product or push you into buying something you don’t need! Finally my BMW is cured of all braking and breaking noises. As soon as I walked into to Big O a voice welcomed me to their shop. At first I did not see them, but sure enough a little mustached man greeted me with wisdom from his BMW experiences instructing me into the inner workings of the vehicle detailed and patiently. To the point it was so simply a non car person such as my self could understand. From their the work was done just as effortlessly and same day too that it was to convenient to be true. I asked him for his name and he replied Tom the Tire guy. We are now friends and getting tacos together. A+ customer service!!

Had a flat all of a sudden while I was at work. Cheapest place i could find a tire on the spot. Very quick and friendly service! Even gave me my new valve stem for free! The guy who helped me was named Chris. He was extremely friendly and called me immediately when they were finished.😊😊😊

Asked for them to read check engine light and tell me what was there. They read the code but only told me three engine and 3 transmission. I still have nothing to make a decision on as to what to do next. So I will need to go somewhere else to find out.

I am satisfied after todays visit to get my brakes checked out since they were making a noise. Tom the service manager personnally oversaw my follow up appointment today and provided good communication and customer service. I am also having a problem with my oil and he advised me about that and gave me his card so that the dealership can contact him with questions when I take it to them for that problem. I appreciate Toms follow up to my previous dissatisfaction and his efforts to retain my business. Because of his efforts Big-O has retained my business and if I have other problems I wont hesitate to contact Tom.

Initial contact with Shane Harris late on a Saturday gave us a sense of relief as we were 300 miles into a 1200 mile trip and needed a tire repair or replacement. The 40 miles we drove out of our way was well worth the effort. He assured us he would keep the store open for us and that he would take care of us and fix our problem. He did. Reassuring, Courteous, Professional, Caring, he put our needs first and treated us like we were old friends.

This team is 100% impressive. All expectations exceeded. I recommend this location for their customer service, timeliness, professionalism, integrity and quality.I was on a road trip and unfortunately required emergency brake rotor service. I stopped by this location at 2P on a Saturday (when they listed closing at 3P). Within 30 minutes the problem was diagnosed, a solution was proposed, the work was quoted and they started the work.Within 90 minutes I was back on the road continuing my trip. They always do a great job, have VERY friendly service, and they dont mess around.

I never bought tires online and schedule appointment online. So it was a new experience.. I liked being able to see tires for my vehicle and select without pressure. Overall the process was seamless, the work was done in a timely fashion, there were issues with one of my tire pressure sensors which they resolved at a discount. They have done service work for my other vehicles and though I probably could find the work done for a lower price, but my preference is to pay a few sheckles more and have zero followup issues.

Got a screw in my tire, and came to the store about a half hour before they closed. Even though they were short staffed and extremely busy, they got me on the road ASAP. Fantastic crew, very professional, and they know how to get things done!!!

Been using them for years. Always happy with their service even when something needed corrected. This time I decided to trust them with some mechanical work. Over $2200 dollars worth. It was by far the worst experience with any shop ever. They sent my wife out of there with a hood that wouldnt latch. She took it back and they apologized and said they would make it right. They brought the vehicle to us that night with a card for a free oil change. The next morning I opened the hood to check the work and found they had installed the wrong radiator and attached the fan with plastic ties! This made me question all the other work they had done. This was after I was told they had their best man on it! We ended up taking it to another shop for inspection and correction of all the bad work they did. We were without the vehicle for a total of 2 weeks before things were corrected. The worst part was being lied to. They have ruined what used to be a great business.

Worst experience ever. If 2 tires being changed takes 3 hour 2 for it back there and 1 to get in there. You should not say as a company it will only take an hour. Plus the in person customers get put to anyone that calls to bring a car in. Someone called before my car was taken back and they got finshed way sooner than me
