Nice, clean, well organized market.You dont need any type of card to get all the savings in store however you can sign up for additional coupons online. The customer service and all the employees I came in contact with were pleasant and seemed to like working there. The produce is very nice and they have a full pharmacy.Their greetings card offerings were extensive.I find the store easy to navigate.

Having just moved from New York, I loved this supermarket. It had everything I needed and more. The cashier was the nicest, most pleasant person I ever encountered in any supermarket.

Review is based solely on their sub department - 90% of the employees working the sub department at this location either had minimal and/or bad training or they care nothing about the product they put out. We’ve tried getting subs many times from this location since it’s the closest to our home and you’ll only ever get a good sub if all the planets are aligned and JC himself comes down from the heavens to make your sub. It’s not rocket science to make a quality sub yet the odds of getting one at this Publix are slim to none.

I love this Publix! They have an amazing selection of fresh food (their fried chicken is SO crispy), their bakery is unparalleled (did you know their Key Lime Pie won some awards?!) and often you can find things there that no one else carries. After the initial craze died down its always been very clean & organized. Will continue to go back!

I placed a Publix catering order online and didnt realize I put the wrong month down on my pick up date. Vicky in catering called and let me know the order was waiting on me (which is when I realized my mistake on the date). I apologized and told them I would re-order and pay in full for the order since it was my mistake (did not want them to refund me or be financially penalized for something they had not control over). When I replaced the catering order, the store Manager (Jason) refunded my previous order and sweet Vicky called to let me know. It was unexpected, but so kind and helpful for them to go out of their way to help! Thank you Vicky and Jason again, Ill definitely use your Publix for future orders!!

Astonishing selection of herbal supplements for a grocery store, but it would be wise to buy that online, its pricey.If you are price conscious like me they have several BOGO deals on common items every week. Employees will help if you need it but wont bother you if not, thats the right balance IMO.

They rarely have our prescriptions ready even after we get a call saying its ready. They admit that they are confused a lot.

Today, July 17th .Becca,I hope you read this yourself .We ordinarily love this store and dept .This is a reboot of 2 prior reviews in a row Plus todays visit .Please fix what ails your hot deli case its ALWAYS empty of chicken and especially chicken tenders .This latest visit, again near lunch it was empty and remained empty for the almost hour I was in the store, even after asking the chef when they would be refilled....after ordering another ring leader and custom cake for the next day we left with what we thought was fresh chicken in the box which was over cooked dry and hard, he had just filled them after we waited 45 min for tenders....so we took these instead.Just so its known, we drive 45min as 2 former PublixEmployees ( including a 10 year Publix deli senior associate ) to get tenders and its always out and we know what deli chef duties entail and protocol is .Very disheartening.

I had somehow cut my hand and was bleeding while checking out in the self checkout. Before I knew it, the gentleman that was attending the registers offered to get me a bandage. I thought that that was so compassionate of him to do so. He didnt have to interject but he went out of his way to go get the first aid supplies. Yes the store was clean and all but this man, as well as the bakery staff, are the reasons my niece and I stop by everytime after she gets out of Mathnasium.

I love their salads and they are typically pretty good at keeping them in stock, but today was different. I came by in the morning to get stocked up on salads and most of them were out, including the two I usually get. The produce associate told me to come back in the afternoon once they make more. I came by again several hours later only to be told that they didn’t get a chance to make any due to being short staffed. Disappointing experience.

We are from Pennsylvania, and love when we come to NC and get our groceries from Publix. I wish we had a Publix close to where we live in PA. Fresh food!!

A bit pricey, but if you shop their deals and use your coupons, then this store can be comparable. It’s bright, clean and there’s always an employee around if you need help locating anything. Their employees are knowledgeable and pleasant to chat with.

I really enjoyed my experience. The store is bright and clean. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Many fresh vegetables and fruits were on sale during my visit which I appreciate. Other items seemed higher then I remembered. Overall, it was a pleasant trip.

Clean and spacious l. Not satisfied with items needed. Had to shop somewhere else. Theres lots of variety of food item except for Spanish foods. Nothing from Puerto Rico foods. Wish I could give a zero.If you’re thinking of using the catering department, don’t. Please please please if you read any review THIS is the one to read. Had planned a lovely company dinner and placed an order for a thanksgiving pack costing nearly 100$ which was fine it was worth it to not have all the prep myself . The lady I spoke with reassured me several times that everything was already prepared and the ONLY thing I needed to do was reheat in the oven. I explained we were using a rental property and I wouldn’t have baking dishes or pans etc . Fast forward to pick up day aka day of my event. I arrived at the time I was supposed to. Catering wasn’t there . No biggie had someone from customer service help. Who then dropped my entire box and everything pours out. The silver lining is I was then able to see the turkey just as it would be in the cooler section at the grocery store (not prepped no pan)! So let me get this right . You collect all items I can purchase at your store and put them in a box and charge me for it and call it catering ? Absolutely ridiculous! So I’ve got 3 hours to now scramble and get something together . Thanks but no thanks. Save your money . Publix catering is a scam!

Clean and organized, Their hot and cold food areas as well as bakery have so many tasty options! The groceries are pricey but you can tell its all very, very fresh (meat, produce, baked goods etc).

You eat rich and hot, everything delicious and the store is beautiful and its staff is very friendly.

Best local prices that match quality. Lowes supersedes only in quality but prices are near double. Pre made sandwiches and frozen fish are a winner here. Staff very friendly and comical.

If youre looking for some good eats, stop in and check out the prepared foods and the sub shop. Publix had the best subs in town... And the prices cant be beat. While there, check out their fresh baked goodies. I went on the Publix website and found a lot of digital coupons as well as the most recent sales flyer so I could plan my visit.

Publix is my go to for awesome bakery goods. Only place I know of to get legit Italian breads and keiser rolls.

This is my primary grocery store. They have a great selection of dairy free items, large produce department and well stocked deli. I like that their olive bar is always stocked with a variety of olives and peppers. Employees are always helpful and friendly. Lately I’ve used the grocery pickup option (thru Instacart) and whoever does their shopping is just fantastic. Overall, it’s my favorite store in the area.

My husband and I used Publix bakery for our wedding cake. The cake was delicious, beautiful, and well-decorated! All of the guests were raving about how great the cake was and asked us over and over where we got it from. I would highly recommend and pick Publix to make our cakes again!!

I think I found my favorite sandwich here at the deli.

Clean store, looked nice but the manager seemed more interested in straightening shelves than helping customers.

We ordered 3 subs and picking it up at 6:10 as we were told our subs will be ready. Once I got there, subs were not prepared yet. I had to wait an extra 15 mins plus yall had ran out of meatballs which was my wifes sub. Associate told me he called us to let us know which was a lie! I NEVER got a phone call! To top it all off, my wifes sub was suppose to be toasted and was BURNT! The entire top of the entire sandwich was black and burnt! My wife had to scrap off the burn so she can eat her dinner. This is unacceptable and sad for your PUBLIX store!

If you want fresh produce, amazing food from the deli, and fantastic guest service this is the place to shop at. Staff always available if there are any questions and there to serve you. I always find it a pleasure shopping here knowing I can always rely on good service and prices.

As always....a pleasure. Mooresville location is quick in and out, and excellent fried chicken. Flu Shot took 5 min, no cost with insurance, and got a free $10 gift card. Not the cheapest grocery store in town, but have good BOGO deals.

Very clean and sanitary. I felt very confident about shopping there this morning. Staff was very pleasant. I appreciate their putting themselves in danger to keep our neighborhood supplied with food. I served in the Army and went to Iraq. The store’s staff willingness to place themselves in danger of contacting a potentially fatal disease is akin to our soldiers’ sacrifice. I salute you and others who are keeping our communities safe and lessening the panic for everyone. I hope you are being fairly compensated for your sacrifice.

Came here specifically for a footlong ultimate sub. It was good. I also got chips and a drink....good spot to get a good lunch. Of course you can get any other number of groceries here too. Ive been into publix subs lately.They also run some good promos sometimes...even maybe certain footlongs for $5.99 sometimes. Anyways give publix your business they are a good store and for most things reasonably priced. Note: there are certain items I usually go elsewhere to buy...soda is one of them.

Great food selection including some organics. They dont do membership discounts, but they have BOGO discounts, so this is a great grocery store if you want less membership subscriptions to worry about.

Has been.using curbside pick up, its convenient.but the stuff chose bad with mold fruits.for me even after I left msg please cgoose.fresh one for me, and this happended few times already. Very disapointing with this careless and unresponsible service.

It was the first time today, i shopped at this Publix. And it is beautiful. Like Cornelius and Huntersville its open, light and airy. Great selection of fresh produce. And i was shopping for canned goods...fantastic selection. Also looking for a ham for Easter and was glad to see a large selection of different styles of ham. ImpressedCompetitive pricing. Not just 4 or 5 in a bin.
