No one wants to help you at all. Walked in and they looked panicked because what yet another customer!! Said oh we don’t have time to help you. You need to make an appointment!! Seriously to buy a new phone from them and make them money… no one to help me. Nice.

I try to post positive feedback but unfortunately this location has not earned it. I’m not sure if it’s Verizon in general or just this location but do not come here for your small business needs. Even before Covid Restrictions this place always has long lines. The representatives are not trained on business accounts and fumble around going back and forth with managers or other representatives with questions costing me even more time. I have wasted hours of mine and my company’s time. When I first started with Verizon for my wireless communications I worked with a representative named John, who was awesome. Very knowledgeable and could navigate small business needs. He would even frequently reach out to me to bring products and promotions to my attention. Since he left that level of professionalism can not be found at this location. Verizon needs to create and train local stores to handle small businesses better.
Why is my service being dropped it said network not hooked up and I can not get anyone to answer the phone my bill is paid up.what is going on. Just about had it with you

Good location just in front of Lowes Home Improvement on Williamson Rd. A bit tough to get to from I-77 direction. Staff is very knowledgeable about product. Friendly and polite.
Came into get a new phone swapped over to my account and got told they couldnt do it. Granted it was a phone I bought out of the country and not a Verizon phone. Staff provided zero help and I thought was pretty rude. Cancelled my service after 5 years. Went to T-Mobile and they helped me out no problem and they had my new phone working in minutes.
Verizon does not honor their mobile protection plan or take any accountability for their service issues. I would recommend using any other provider than Verizon. Most definitely do not waste your money on the mobile protection plan, took me me a week to recieve the phone and it still didnt work.
If youre going to Verizon on River Highway in Mooresville make sure you speak with Liz, shes helpful and patient! She told us as soon as we got in how long the wait was and to go through the curbside pick up option so we could get in and out and thats exactly what we did, thanks Liz for great service!

Went here to get an iPhone 12 Pro Max after I was ignored by employees at Best Buy while I was standing in the Apple section for a half hour. They were too concerned with talking amongst themselves to help me. But Verizon came through in the clutch and got me a new iPhone and had it already activated so all I had to do was turn it on and sign into iCloud. The young lady that helped me was extremely friendly and I had a new phone within 10 minutes of walking inside. Thank you! Id definitely recommend placing an online order and picking it up because if you dont youll have to wait outside to be helped because Covid. But thats definitely understandable in our current ordeal.
Went in with my brother and Mom to buy her a new iPhone and possibly an additional iPhone for my brother..the man at the door took our name and was very short with us but I looked over it he said there were 3 people ahead of us..so we went over and looked at the different iPhones and Samsung’s my mom was unsure of changing to iPhone so we were doing our best to explain to her the difference but then after 15 mins or so of looking we were still waiting..as we waited we noticed that the guy at the door that took our name was just standing there with another employee looking at their cell phones and looking out the window..I said hey if ya need something to do we need some help and his response was he put our name in the list and someone would be with us when they were done...they went back to their cell phones and looking out the window..10 more mins I had it !!! We were leaving so I asked him what his name and title was and GUESS WHAT HE IS THE GENERAL MANAGER ..I said this is how you treat your customers who are spending money the other man was leaning on the counter waiting!! It wasnt very busy today, so having to wait for help when there are multiple employees standing around unable/unwilling to help is frustrating.
Dropped me out of the line because no one wanted to deal with activating a replacement phone so I asked an employee who was goofing off if I lost my spot and they said yes. It is never easy here! Blake was rushing me and VERY rude and told me that if I didnt want to listen to him I could LEAVE AND CALL customer service.
I went In today because my phone was not working after I upgraded it. Chris Archie helped me out today and I just want to say how unbelievably awesome he was. From the moment I walked into the building he was just so joyful and so happy to assist me. He made sure I would leave with my phone working again and he sure did! Indefinitely recommend him for all your services needed! I will definitely be back if needed!!

I literally just left this location and James is a rockstar and miracle worker. I was having an issue with my phone and he resolved it in 22 secs. He was nice he was informative while resolving and in 2021, this is the type of service I look for. BONUS HIM!Update 9/24/2021 Juan and Liz were so good to me! Got me everything I needed and sold me on things I didn’t know I wanted LOL. But they were so gracious and positive and gave me the best experience. I love this location. Try to avoid this Verizon for now. Weve been in Covid for a year and they still dont want their employees near people, so they drastically understaff and dont answer their phones. We were asked to wait in the car for a few minutes when I said I had one question to ask about the watches and texting on them. An hour later they still had 3 people waiting in front of me even though I was the only one in the parking lot, and still refused to just answer my one question. They wouldnt even let my 6 year old use their restroom and told me to go to Moes or Hobby Lobby, but said if I wasnt here when my name came up Id have to go back on their wait list again. I will stop by Best Buy for now on since they are not scared to actually work with the public and will let children use the bathroom.
Loyal customer for 10+ years, spending almost $500 a month. I am walking out because of this company’s poor customer service model. This isn’t a company to represent a working class but instead one that cares about bottom lines and profit margins.

Sarah handled all 3 in 5 min to my total satisfaction. Her knowledge and attitude are going to take her far. I hope her management appreciates Sarah and the work she does. I did!!

I visited the Verizon store on 563 River Road on Friday, February 19th. I checked in with a Verizon Representative at the door and she told me there are 5 customers ahead of me .They were not letting customers into store due to COVID-19 restrictions, understood. I checked at approximately 5:55 pm and representative told me they would text me when I could speak to a Sales Representative in regard to upgrading my phone. While I was waiting patiently in my vehicle I noticed that there were no customers walking out of store and only 1 customer who was waiting was allowed in at approximately 6:45 pm. I waited until 7:02 pm and left the parking lot. Time is money. Apparently Verizon does not want to service there customers at the retail store level. I like to see and feel the phones and I like to speak with an in-person rep and walk out with new phone and maybe some accessories like I have been doing for the last 17 years as a loyal Verizon customer Apparently you no longer want to retain this loyal customers. If Verizon is paranoid about servicing new and existing customers do everybody a favor and close the stores down until the COVID-19 pandemic subsides. Handle all business through e-commerce and customer care. T- Mobile/Sprint and AT&T stores are open for business. I usually go the Hickory store where I live but it was closed and it was posted on the stores website. Totally acceptable. I was in the Mooresville area and I decided to upgrade at the River Highway Store. This was the worst customer experience of my life. Verizon service as well as operations has been declining over the last few years. I have spent roughly over $20,000 on services, plans, insurance, add insurance in addition to purchasing new phones and accessories for 17 years, activated service February 2004. I will take my business elsewhere.
I am very pleased to have stopped in an discussed my situation with Shey I had a good experience and left with all my questions answered and now I am planning my own Soon To Be 5G upgrade! So I think that its not overwhelming for me now! But thats remembering Gen Eisenhower was POTUS when I was born. # 34 was the paver of the Blue Star Highway System. So 5G is likely to be my favorite part of 21.

They were excellent till a new tower was put up less then a mile from my house and now it seems like everyone in my community has lots of trouble with there cell phones and also the Verizon store on highway 150 in Mooresville nc has closed. Whats up with that? Also I dont know who owns the new cell tower.

Verizon has become a necessary evil. Too many covid rules in the store and got scolded for standing outside in a group waiting. Service was fine once inside. Same phones everyone else has.
Actually my wife went at opening and the lady opening the store was a bit rude saying she was blocking the entrance door when she was just standing and waiting to the side of it. So wife went and sat in the car. The lady eventually opened on time and took her in first I will give her that. But she was doing the same to all else out there waiting. Maybe its a personality thing but is there people skill training available?
They went above and beyond to help review my account in detail and make suggestions regarding the best option for an upgrade. When I left I was pleased with the decision I came to about upgrading, along with understanding my bill changes in detail. I greatly appreciate their time and patience with my situation.

Stopped by Friday to discuss changing plans and about nurse discount. Young lady explained plans but stated nurse discount not available but suggested military discount if family member was veteran. Stated to come back and do military discount before changing plans. Back this morning to make changes but was told that had to be done digitally. Totally different answers from reps. Very frustrating.

Verizon of Mooresville, if youre visiting this location, you must wear a mask, you must check in at the door and wait outside. They are only allowing a couple of people at a time. Just a heads up for anyone. The new payment kiosks is not always working, as was the case today, a rep had to come open the machine and redo everything I had just done. The old machine never gave issues like this one does.

This Verizon location is fantastic! From the moment I walked in, there was knowledgeable assistance with a smile! Justin was really helpful, and even put the screen protector on my new phone (perfectly, no bubbles!) with expertise and in just under ten minutes I was walking out with exactly what Id wanted. Great customer service and a great location. It helps if you peruse the website to get a feel for whats available, the plans, etc., before visiting in store, save both yourself and the representatives a lengthy headache! :)
Very, very poor. They could not fix my problem, told me to call tech support, I did and was on hold for 20 minutes. Then Verizon dropped my call.

Was closed for whatever reason for 3-days. Very difficult to get in contact with customer service over the phone. This place sold me a Moto cell phone and it cant be used accordingly with Verizon My Verizon App or cell towers as it should, they knew this. I have canceled my service and went to T-mobile

I was VERY pleased with the service I received by Sean Greenwood at this store! I must have asked him a million questions and he answered each one enthusiastically! I took a good chunk of his time, but his manner was consistent all the way to the farewell hand shake! Overall, the entire vibe in the store was full of energy and professionalism! Definitely ask for Sean, he asked enough questions to find discounts from my company.
I have always hd great service at this store. I have upgraded both my kids phones in the last month and Kim J (guy Kim) took great care of me both times. I am always greeted immediately, so I cant understand the bad reviews on this at this store. We have over 20 lines with Verizon business and their rates are great.

I worked with Briana to pre-order my iPhone X and received the highest caliber of service. She called periodically to update me on the progress of my order and worked with me every step along the way. When I arrived to pick up my phone, the transaction was quick and painless. There were no pushy sales tactics, which seems to be generally uncommon in this industry. I will be working with her personally moving forward and recommend you do the same.
I was speaking with a supervisor named Melissa on the phone. I am having the worst experience. Long story short, Verizon was supposed to have refunded me money and my account balance was supposed to be at zero. Over a month goes by since I closed the account paid the final balance etc. At this same time my parents also closed out there completely SEPARATE Verizon account. They pay their final bill, their money somehow gets applied to my Final Bill(which was supposed to be $0). My parents then try to figure out why Verizon says they still owe money. This brings them to the Mooresville,NC Store. They spoke to Sara, Sara gives my personal information out to them. She does not ask for a any type of identity verification! (thankfully I have a good relationship with them). So this leads my wife and I to call over the phone(I cant go in because I am currently deployed) and speak with a representative, he was nice but was getting confused so we asked to speak to his supervisor which was Melissa. Melissa was extremely rude, sarcastic, and belligerent, after speaking with her I am extremely glad I switched to T-Mobile. The problem is however that Verizon stole money from my family and now wont make it right. Their identity verification process is terrible I know multiple that have had fraudulent Verizon accounts opened in their name.

I have bragged about & been loyal to Verizon for years! They recently changed tower coverage near my home - with no notification, that has resulted in outages/dropped calls/unable to send texts, etc. I had the best coverage prior to this change. I have always recommended Verizon, but no more. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER!! Changing carriers tomorrow!!!!!!
The person who helped me was amazingly uninformative. Seemed in a rush to get to the next person from the second we started talking. Didnt seem at all interested in helping me understand my choices between getting an insurance replacement or a new phone. So, I went with the insurance. Missed a sale opportunity for sure as thats what Id been leaning towards.

Yesterday I changed carriers from at&t to Verizon and was helped by Lauren and we had a phenomenal experience. We were helped as soon as we walked in the door and the total process took about 45 minutes and we were on our way 👍

Worst customer service. Was told 2:30 appointment. They never took it apparently and told me just a few minutes I’d be first up. then 50 minutes later people still going ahead of me that had NO APPOINTMENT, I can’t waste my time with workers who can’t take a simple appointment time. Upon leaving the lady up front named Sarah asked for my name AGAIN!!! Like I never was there in the first place to “see what she could do” I left.Going to the one in huntersville to give them my money. Thanks for nothing

When we walked in, our names and account information was taken and we were told that it would be about a 15 minute wait for service. After waiting 25 minutes we left. Not enough employees to help the number of customers they had.

Im torn on Verizon, as a carrier and store. They got the best customer service you can ask for, but...most expensive carrier out there. So I guess...get what you pay for? Unless you compare data. T-mobile wins over value, and data. But a loss at customer service and cell signal.

Im only writing this review because there did not seem to be a way to send one directly to Verizon Wireless regarding this store. I was traveling from out-of-state and my GPS on my phone stopped working. I had several appointments that I needed to make (which I was not able to do) because I was unfamiliar with the area and could not find where I needed to be. In the end, I had to drive three hours back home. I went into this store for help, but the brown/blond-haired guy working was more interested in my personal life than he was about fixing my problem. I made it clear that I was in a hurry, the store was NOT busy, and I needed to know if I could get this problem fixed and be out the door. He said my GPS wasnt working, I dont know why and he spent less than 10 seconds on my phone and downloaded a useless GPS app on it instead. He asked what I did for a living, then started grilling me about my credentials. I told him I was in the area to look for a vehicle, then he started insisting that I go to such and such dealership and then started bashing the places I had visited and the cars I was looking at. He was not picking up on the hint that I was getting increasingly irritated with this conversation...I am a grown woman, clearly old enough to be his mother and I dont need to be mansplained on how to buy a car as I have bought several. I dont care what car dealerships where he has previously worked. He asked me about my bill, about upgrading, I had to REPEATEDLY tell him I just needed this one issue fixed so I could be out the door as I didnt have time for anything else today. This kid is probably 23...maybe...at best, but he has a serious ego problem. I didnt feel my visit was about helping me, I felt like he was trying to impress me on his car knowledge. I left with my GPS not working, the new app he downloaded didnt work either. I later fixed it by uninstalling and reinstalling Google Maps....should have been obvious, but I was distracted to consider the most obvious fix. GET RID OF THIS GUY!
