Ashley at the T-Mobile store was absolutely wonderful. We were transferring a line from Verizon to T-Mobile and Verizon was an absolute nightmare. Ashley was relentless in her pursuit to resolve the transfer before we left and even stayed after store hours to do so.
Went to the t-mobile Store for new service last night at about 7:15 pm hoping that 45 min window before the store closed I could get all the help I needed. An Sales rep I think her name was Ashley was amazing very helpful an very informative. Although I had plenty of questions an little time she answered them all. Even stayed later about 10 mins to make sure all our phones were working promptly. I’d definitely recommend this location an the service I received last night thanks T-mobile.

Chase was great to work with. Explained my options in detail. Told me what I needed to do with the current carrier. Switched over 2 phones and 1 new phone quickly and efficiently. Gladly recommend Chase and T-Mobile to anyone looking to switch carriers.
Went in on a whim to check out some specials and see about adding a line to our plan. Chase was extremely helpful and patient and we ended up buying 2 new phones AND adding a line! Weve been with T-mobile for over 4 years and this is why we stay with them - fantastic customer service and great products & plans!

Do not get TMobile. I cant ever get the website or app to work and the girl at the store in Mooresville, NC is very rude and hung up on me while I was still talking to her in a normal voice. Totally useless employees and company!!

If I would have had this opportunity a year ago or 5 years ago I wouldve probably gave them 5 stars. T-Mobile is not the company they were and do not deserve 5 stars. I give them 2 Being an average between the 5 star they used to be and the 0 they are today
The morning shift staff is great! I recommend going to Jess or Theodore, they are both phenomenal at what they do. The whole staff helped to make sure everything got done in a comfortable matter of time.
I absolutely hate going into this store. The customer service experts are always so rude and pretty much do just the bare minimum to help get you out of the store as soon as they can.

Horrible customer service, almost stopped using T-mobile all together but went to a different branch and they took care of me.
Nice and costumer service was good but they charged me for the screen protector and case without asking me, they just add it to your bill. Could easily buy the same stuff for a fraction of the price somewhere else. Also Tmobile messed up my bill for 3months and so double check it online ASAP! They put insurance and add these added features hoping you dont catch it. Going to the store they say they try to call and change it but they dont, you have to call the TMobile service center yourself to get it done. And now it seems like the internet is sooo slow, I had to get on WIFi just make his review. It is a lot cheaper than ATT though.
So wonderful. I love it here. They always help me with respect, understanding, and they are very patient.

Very nice people and Easy to work with. The only thing wrong with t-mobile as a whole is they have got to be the worst company cell phone service wise, it seams like i dont get signal anywhere, other then that they are cheap and affordable for almost everyone and great service.

Buyer beware, T-mobile will have no problem selling you a prepaid phone and show off their network coverage map for the area. The only problem is, their prepaid coverage map is completely different, and there is almost no coverage in Mooresville or the surrounding cities. Thanks for the heads up, T-mobile.
Went there to inquire and open up 4 lines. Store seems understaffed. Just 2 customers ahead and Even after waiting for more than 15 mins, none bothered to attend or suggested to wait patiently.
No luck trying to upgrade the phone . And the people on the phone at the store were downright rude and useless.
I was told one price and when the phone comes in and I go to pick it up they tell me something else. So now I still have a phone that the flash nor flash light work

Staff not properly educated on promotional offers, so leads to a lot of phone calls and time to get fixed. Educate your self before going to this store or go to a different one.
I wish there was a negative star rating for this place. In Jan 2016, I succumbed to the fake advertising. Got three phones and they said I got a fourth line free which I didnt need. The hype sounds great until you leave the store and find out there is VERY bad reception even within 3 miles of the store. Broke down in the middle of the night in Statesville with no reception!!!!! CustomerCare was nice enough to agree the service was not for me but I had to keep the phones! So I had service with one co and phones with another? Then I get the next mo bill for $800? They didnt disconnect the fourth free line I never had. I went in this store soooo many times and no one would help me?? I would call and only get someone in India usually that I couldnt understand. Folks it took 19 months to get this straight. In which time they reported a grand total of $1800 collection on my credit report. Finally after posting on their Facebook pg did I get a person in the U S and he agreed to fix it all just return the phones. That was Jan 2017 a whole year. Five mos later still on my credit report!Please please beware of this awful co sucking you in with offers but no service to use the offers in Mooresville or Statesville! You will get no one in the store to help they are only for sales. You will get no one stateside to speak to either. Worst experience ever. Ended up having to buy phones all over again!
Would give less than one star if possible.Consistently understaffed causing horrendous wait for everything.Just called to check availability on a certain phone and was told no stores carried it and was a special order.Called huntersville store and it is in stock.Take your business elsewhere.

Buying a phone takes hours I dont know who to blame the store or the ineffiecteint process drawn up by cooperate its just easier to do everything online I cant even begin to imagine what the people that work there go through
