I really like this place. I recently painted my living room. I wanted a leopard, and palm tree look. However I didnt want to spend a lot of money on pictures for the wall. I browsed around the store, and found a perfect picture, and certain other items for a fraction of the price I would have spent in a retail store. I would have spent so much more money. I was very happy with my purchase. I will be going back again soon. To sum it all up, you can buy, sell, and also purchase new items. They will even carry your purchase to the car. 4 stars, because some of the items are a little pricey.

Because the lights are dim I recommend you take our purchase (before you pay) outside and inspect it in the daylight. I paid for a chair and once I got it outside I noticed fraying that I did not see in the store. When I decided not to purchase it I was informed that they did not take returns. I had not even left the parking lot!!! The sales staff had to go to talk to the owner several different times before they finally decided to give me a refund but only if I paid the 3% credit card fee. After an hour and tolerating their inability to calculate what 3% I was finally granted a refund less the credit card fee. The chair was overpriced at $374 and with tax it was $400. They tried to credit me $360 +- instead of the 3% which was almost $12. The owner never even came out to speak to me. Imagine making a customer unhappy over $12!!!While waiting I witnessed a customer being charged almost double what she thought the item was priced. The salesperson had to dig the tag out of the trash can to verify that she had overcharged the customer.So the moral of this is be very careful what you buy and be sure you are charged the correct price. Customer service is not a priority to this owner.

Great place! Sold some furniture here. They communicated very well about the status of the furniture I left to sell, the process was super easy. They have wonderful pieces in the store also for sale. I think the sofas and small tables are perfect for someone on a tight budget but want something of good quality. Very nice people!

I recently purchased a new kitchen table from LKN consignment. There was a misunderstanding about the lazy Susan whether it came out or not. While my husband and I were bringing the table into the house, the marble from the lazy susan fell out and broke. I went back to let them know that is does in fact come out as we found out when it did fall out. I spoke with Lori who was wonderful. She took my number and let me know that she would contact the manufacturer. It took two weeks but she kept me informed throughout. Lori was able to get me a replacement and to my surprise, she did not charge me. Great customer service, we will definitely do more shopping at LKN consignment. Thank you.

Every time I go into this store I have a great experience. Everything I have purchased has been at great prices and they always have excellent service. I love looking at the shelves of small items I always find something new for my house. If you happen to be in Mooresville definitely take a look. The owners are super friendly and always so helpful.

I have taken 3 separate items to LKN Consignment to sale, it is super easy!. Send pics to make sure they will be able to sale the item, then just drop it off during store hours. It usually takes a few weeks and you get a check in the mail. If they dont sale the item, your suppose to go back and get it, but so far my items have sold so- no problem there.

Really love this place! Consignment stores carry only the latest styles of furniture its not like shopping a thrift store or Habitat where anything is acceptable. Items have to be relatively stylish and trendy and must be in good condition. We have purchased kitchen tables and bedroom suites. If you like to refurbish your Home often consignment is a great place for you. This store is clean and they display items in vignettes so you can picture it in your home. We recently purchased a 4 piece wood bedroom suite for $1300 that we estimate had a new cost of $7000 +.

At a great price The staff is very friendly and know what they have on the sales floor they are always working as a team, if someone is busy then they will happily bring somebody else to help you. Ive been shopping there also and spent a lot of money. Always had good experience until today. Im afraid the owner ruined my experience as well. The sales girl was so nice and helpful but Will not be back. We were treated very disrespectfully.

I recently moved into a new home and came across this store on my way from Kohls to Belk. The staff is professional and friendly, I told them what I was looking for and what my color scheme was and they provided me with many options for furniture as well as decor. The store looks like something you would see in a magazine and the best part of all is that the prices are unbeatable! I recommend this place to everyone that is looking for quality furniture, decor and customer service!

They have a nice selection. I have used them several times for my design and staging business. But I experienced a very rude employee when I arrived to pick up a purchase. I probably didnt look impressive at the time. I will no longer shop there or refer them to friends and clients.

They have some beautiful items but I have never been treated like that before. I came to pick up a bed that I was told would be taken apart and waiting in the back for me to load today anytime after 10 am. When I arrived, the bed was still assemled out on the sales floor. I had my rental truck and some time to kill, but it turned out that no one knew how to take it apart. At that point I was told thet i should have brought my own tools. I was also told that If I couldnt take it apart, I probably couldnt put it together anyway. Sales are final. She asked me if I had my reciept. I had left it in my car when I picked up the truck. The owner informed me that a reciept is a little white piece of paper... in case I didnt know. She was rude and insulting. I left with no bed, no appology, no offer to hlep me out in any way and slightly shaken up. This is probably going to need to be resolved in court. I dont even want to go back there to try again to get reimbursed again. I highly recommend people try the other consignment shop accross the steet by Walmart....Going Twice....They are polite and lovely. I have furnished two condos from their shop. Not sure what made me try out this spot but it was a huge mistake.

I have to say when i frist saw this store i thought that is was much smaller than it was inside. But after going inside i was shocked to see how big it actually is in there. I found myself spending around 20 mins just trying to see alll that had to offer. I even got a great deal on a leather sofa. They have a huge executive desk with leather inlay that i wanted so bad but the next time i went in it was gone. So all i can say is, get it when i see it. things go fast.
