I recently purchased two side tables from Going Twice, after visiting several local consignment stores. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would highly recommend Going Twice to anyone who is looking for high quality at a very reasonable price. I worked with Linda Cole while in the store who is amazing, knowledgeable and after explaining what I was in search of, took me straight to these tables. The loading dock guys were very helpful. They took great care in protecting our furniture and helped us load everything into the back of our pick-up.

This is a great store with lots of inventory. They are very helpful and we plan on going back.

Overly difficult to deal with on the selling side. Had to email several pictures of my items to find out if they were acceptable, then had to wait for an email back that the items are acceptable, then (per the email) had to call them to set up a drop off time, and the most annoying part of it all... I had to make an actual to the hour appointment to drop off used furniture. I understand that businesses have their policies, but this could be greatly simplified for the consigner. Set up a text line, let me text you pics of my items. If they’re something you’re interested in, have an open window of time that I can drop the items off (like 9-11 am on tuesdays and thursdays, etc.) Sorry for the rant, but it irks me when businesses make it difficult to do business with them. Won’t be back.

I stopped in just to look around and ended up buying a gorgeous jewelry box! Very fairly priced, and in immaculate condition, I am still very much in love with my purchase. They not only sell gently used furniture, but also accent pieces such as lamps, vases, wall hangings, etc. I couldnt get over the huge selection and beautiful quality of their inventory. The staff was very welcoming, and extremely helpful. Even though I was just browsing, they happily made sure I knew they were available to answer any questions. I look forward to returning soon!

Bright lighting and open, impressive layout helps make this store feel very homey - you can really imagine the furniture & accessories in your house. Lots of good things

I have visited this store maybe twice. I hate to make this about race, but I know how they made me feel. When I walked in I was greeted by a salesman, but know one ever ask if I needed any help. I bascially walked the store with no assistance. A caucasian lady came in after me and salesman were all over her. They have some nice pieces, but I will spend my money elsewhere. Its apparent this store does not care for BLACK dollars. Its time for CHANGE.

Current inventory is not accurate. Walked in first thing when they opened and no other customers in store and item was sold. Misleading.

I have spent the last few years trying to figure out how to properly furnish my awkwardly shaped large bonus room and if it wasnt for the help and expert guidance of Al at Going Twice Furniture I would still be searching. This man was so professional, patient and courteous through all my questions and indecision about what to do with this room. In the end it was his expert knowledge and gentle prodding of helping me to think outside the box in terms of design and layout options for a room I thought was hopeless that resulted in my finally having the bonus room Id be dreaming of for two years. He helped me figure out from the measurements I provided how to arrange the large sectional couch I really wanted to buy from them with the other pieces I already in the room along with suggestions of other ways to accent with color, pictures, lighting etc., etc., and as I stated above the room looks fabulous! So heres a big shout out to Al and Going Twice for having someone like him to help those of us who need a little help with designing.

I’d heard about this place and I know furniture. They are way overpriced on many items of furniture. Lots of their accessories came right out of stores like Pier One. I almost bought a wing chair. But I was not impressed with the salesperson who “barely” attempted to wait on me, so that changed my mind. My wife wanted to leave before I did! I found exactly what I wanted “across the street.” We won’t be going back to Going Twice.

Furniture is in great shape and much less expensive than most furniture stores. Great selection on couches, chairs, bedroom, and decor. Nice and friendly staff.

I came in looking for a sofa and possibly a table and chairs. I find the sofa I want, but I did need to go home and double check if itll fit. I ask if theyll hold it just for the time it takes me to get to my house and measure. The first girl we talked to didnt know so she brought another girl to talk to us and she told us that they would only hold it until 8 when they close, and I could call and pay for it over the phone after I got the measurements. I came in around 4-430, so it would only be about 3 hours. She took down all the information about the sofa and told me to call and ask for her and shell remember. Well, I called at about 630 to buy it. I told the man who answered the phone about the sofa, who freaking laughed when I described it. He said the girl I talked to was with customers and that they dont hold items and that someone else was buying it! Finally the girl picked up the phone and told me that they wont hold items, that I misunderstood her, and that someone else had bought the couch! She sold the couch she told me she would hold for me!!! I am absolutely livid!! I was also going to see about purchasing a table and chairs as well, but now I am definitely not. The ONLY reason I am not giving 1 star is because they do have nice inventory, and the other woman who showed me the table I wanted was quite nice.

Slightly used. Some really new. Come and check this place out. Furnish your home or condo, or apartment. You want be disappointed.

We are very satisfied with our purchase. We got a used table that looked better than new for a portion of what I feel we would have spent new. I really enjoyed the fact that it was a no pressure sales place. We looked for months and this was the only store that didnt make me feel like I needed to buy something so thank you for that. We WILL be back.

My husband and I had been meaning to go into this store for a couple of months and finally we did, not necessarily to buy something right away but after we walked around and spoke with the associates letting them know what we were looking for we ended up leaving with two items and hopefully we will get a third if it’s not gone before we go back. We intend to make Going Twice one of our stops when buying things for our home.

Really nice stuff for sale, looks like brand new stuff, you would never know they were used, high end furniture and accessories, and holiday items. $$$

I have been to several consignments stores in and around Mooresville, Going Twice is by far the best! The furniture all looks to be new within the last couple of years. The employees are very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend shopping at the store!

I have shopped here and sold items through the store. My experience was much better than going to the place on the other side of the street - not to mention names. I felt they gave me a good price for my items, and are honest. Staff is friendly and helpful. Ill be taking some more items here to sell.

I love shopping here. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They have awesome home furnishings and good prices. One of my favorite places in Mooresville.

Initially when I came in the store no one greeted me. There were 3 ladies standing at the register talking to themselves. After being in the store for 10 min, someone finally came and asked me how I was and then proceeded to follow me around the store. She was helpful but I would have liked to browse on my own.

You wont find a better place to shop for well made lightly used furniture. Great prices and a wonderful team to answer all your questions. If you have never been here you must stop by!!

SHOP HERE IF YOU LIKE TO BE UNCOMFORTABLE AND OFFENDED BY THE CREEPY MANAGER / BATHROOM POLICE!!!!.This place is HORRIBLE!!!!! I went to this shopping to this store with my sister today. She is about to move out and be on her own so we went looking for furniture. We went into the store and shorty after we arrived there, I had to go to the bathroom. I noticed an odd man who was staring us down from where the bathrooms were. As I approached the bathroom he slid in front of the ladies room door!!!!! I just stood there with my sister looking at the man and he began to INTERROGATE US!!!! At this point being a young lady in my 20s I felt INCREDIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE. He asked us where we were coming from, what we were doing (shopping and trying to use the restroom obviously), and informed my sister and I that he did not have a public bathroom!!!!! He was so RUDE to us!!! I have never been so offended. I cannot believe I was actually going to buy something from this store!!!!! I will never shop here and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY!
