Grateful that Costco opened up in this location which is relatively closer than the one we used to go to at Tyvola. This location seem bigger, well-organized, clean and have friendly staffs. Best place to get organic products and bulk items including international food brand products that you cant get anywhere else and are of high quality. If youre a big fan of Margarita, I recommend you try their in-house brand or Casal Garcia 🥂🍾 if you like white wine. Their apparel section is also a place to find quality items and signature brand names that doesnt break the bank. Been a member for years and its worth renewing our membership each time! Plus, the perk of being able to get relatively cheaper price for gas after you shop is a nice added bonus. Currently, the food sample booths and dining tables are back. However, most of the menu favorites are not yet. Best time to shop there are on weekdays. Saturday seem to be the busiest.

Not every big box store is created equal. Costco is one of those that stands above the others. Their selection and pricing is hard to beat. The employees are always smiling and eager to help you find what you need. Adding on to that you get so much more out of your Costco membership than just what’s in store. It can help you get deals on travel, vacation, and more!

I love everything about Costco. They have great food and produce but they have the best prices on bottled water and paper towels. Their rotisserie chicken is delicious too. They also have an excellent selection of TVs and electronics. Plus, all the employees are very nice and helpful.

A great place to shop and some really good deals even though you have to buy larger quantities . Friendly staff too!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff were on hand to help answer questions and offer thoughts on computer tech differences.Shoppers will be pleased to know that the location is well maintained and very clean both inside and outside... from shopping carts corralled to the lack of garbage in the parking areas & from the constant attention to the cleanliness of aisles and checkout stations to the high levels of the attention to detail regarding sanitizer availability.There were a few staff members observed who were not compliant with wearing face coverings during the shopping experience; however, overall this warehouses good points certainly outweigh the minor COVID infraction (plus I didnt go anywhere near them to begin with).Overall, I am certain, visitors will be very pleased with their outing to this well oiled machine and shopping gem in the Mooresville area.

They didnt have the bottled water we wanted in the 1 gallon 6 packs, so we just got some cases of 16oz bottles. The customer service was great. My only complaint is that it was way to many customers walking 🚶‍♂️around with no masks on. Our first time at this location.

While I love the store usually, the last time I went the self checkout person was rude and unhelpful. She tried to tell I didnt scan all my items however I had purchased items that you have to get multiples but one scan once. Then once she counted and realized she was wrong she did not apologize.

Tried to cancel my 93 year old fathers membership over the phone (I have his power of attorney and am also a card holder on the account). He is hard of hearing as well and has trouble speaking on the phone. They would not cancel it for me. I told them I would go to the store with the power of attorney in hand....the customer service rep said that Costco MAY agree to cancel it. Really?! Are you kidding me? I just cant imagine why they want to give someone such a hard time that is trying to cancel a membership for an elderly customer!!!

This is our first year of Costco membership and till now we are really enjoying it. We find every penny spent is worth and kind of quality products we are getting is amazing. Will definitely recommend it to everyone. You will be able to get your membership cost back with the cash back offer and deals you will get.

So many different things to buy here. Food, appliances, tvs, clothes, paper goods, medicines...theyre hot food is really good as well!! All the workers are nice and helpful. Usually shop here a few times a month.

Great place to shop for those great seasonal items that only they seem to have! They always have something new each time you go in and something new to try and hopefully buy! Nice jewelry and watch selection as well. Also you cant beat the food court prices for a cheap family meal. Everyone loves Costco!!! Although during the current times it is not the same unfortunately. Personal choice but I refuse to go where masks are required. Once they are back to business, I will be too! The guy phillip was a total a hole when i came there to return back some shrimp and lettuce. I never had bought this type of product before and he told me nobody wants to smell ur bad vegetables WELL PHILIP I bought it from this store and wasnt aware I needed to toss this before coming.

I would like to have given them a higher rating. The reason for the one star is the hearing aid section. They have been giving my father in-law the run around with his hearing aids. They have a good price on the hearing aids and at first they worked great. After the year warranty was gone they started having problems. They have extended his warranty at no cost. To me there is a problem that they are aware of. At this point I would not recommend them to anyone unless you live next door. Youll be making a lot of trips to clean, upgrade and repair the hearing aids.

The Mooresville NC store is a huge step-up from the Winston-Salem NC store. The milk wasnt within two days of expiring! The W-S store is really becoming dreadful.

What can you say… Costco is head and shoulders above everyone else. This store is great!

Love it. Costco is uniquely different from other big box stores. Theres little or no redundancy in product selection. Their buyers really do their research. Meat products carry a higher standard than most as well. Their Kirkland house brand is top notch.

I both love and hate coming here. Love the bulk buys and usually well priced meats. Hate spending so much money and not being able to buy the seafood every time I come in (due to budget).

What I didnt realize is the difference between east coast and west coast Costcos. Food items are different and not the same. This Costco didnt sell tobacco and only has beer and wine (I know local law makes them all different).I guess I am use to the Costcos in Alaska, everything you need to buy under one roof.We went on a Thursday morning and they were very busy.

We always have a good time at Costco. The staff is awesome, the selections are great and the prices? The products are priced to sell.

Highly recommend that you visit this place on a weekday. The weekends are really busy, but the staff handles it well. Store is always clean and staff friendly.

This is what Walmart wishes it could be. Sure they have Sams Club to compare, but nothing compares to the level of customer service here. The cashiers work in pairs and they are always hustling to get you checked out ASAP. The store is always stocked. The entire facility is very clean. Even the bathrooms are spotless. The prices and deals are fantastic and unbeatable. You know what Im sorry for comparing Costco to Walmart, they are not even in the same league.

Costco does it again with this great new store that has all the Costco amenities - fuel, photo, tire center and more. The self-checkout helps keep the checkout lines to a minimum. The food court has very easy to use self order kiosks (or you can order at the counter). Could easily spend hours looking at the inventory at this Costco.

Costco is Costco. Easy in Easy out. Doesnt get any better. Their express lines self check out are the best!👍

So disappointed. No one day pass available as at Sams club. I drove 53 miles one way to visit a Costco and hopefully get a business membership for my high schoolboosters club. Lady at door was very rude. Said no shopping cart without a membership, but we could look around. Mooresville store did not have candy in bulk as I was mainly look for. Concession items and such. No gallon jars of pickles, or sunflower seed or popcorn supplies. I located an associate back by produce who was very informative. She stated that the Charlotte store would have such and this store was only two years old, thus not having built up to carrying everything. I saw things I would personally be interested, car seat covers, vitamins and peanut butter, etc., but not enough to purchase the price if a membership. My son and his wife swear by their store in Apex N.C. so I thought the drive would be worth it and even took two best friends who also had never visited Costco. All were disappointed and left with a poor view of this business.

Stopped in for a couple of items. 1 was in stock and 1 was not. We asked and did not get a date, but was referred to check on line. They were quite helpful and overall experience was good. The gas pumps were crazy busy as always.

This Costco store is about the same as any other Costco out there. They worked stocked decently and electronics folks are eager to help. Same down sides as any other Costco out there as well No Wi-Fi, crowded at 11 am, and somehow always 20+ minutes away. At least the lines awere moving a little faster than they do on a Saturday.

The worker are just very helpful and friendly and the place is not too crowded

Do not buy from COSTCO.COM when delivery is required. They scheduled delivery 3 different times and failed to deliver every time. They never called to let us know of any issue or delay. We had to call them to get a new promise. Even when the issue was escalated to upper management they failed to deliver or even call us back as promised. Costco never asked how they could make the situation right. Costco never offered any alternative solution. Costco never asked what they could do to keep me as a customer.

Love this store! But just because its COSTCO doesnt mean their prices are always the best. Two 18# bags of Kingsford charcoal is a little over $2 cheaper at Walmart. That being said, the membership price is well worth it.

They dont carry take and bake pizzas any more. The hot dogs are great though and the clothes are seasonal

This location finally opened. We have been members for several years. This location is very convinient. Its away from from hwy 150 River Hwy which is very congested. Its a typical costco lay out and great prices. The gas station is located on the north end of the parking lot and propane is also available for sale here.

I always enjoy shopping at Costco. But some of the products that I buy are not available at this time.

Was so excited to see Costco adding another western NC location 45 minutes from my house. But I have to say I have not been happy with the service. I took my car to have my tires rotated and my tire pressure monitor sensor was not reset. I had to drive back to get it reset which was 45 minutes away. Then immediately after another rotation, the sensor went off and I was told it needed replacing.Finally, I ordered some glasses from the optical department and paid $20 for shipping to get my glasses earlier so I would not have to drive 45 minutes back to pick them up. When I never received them, I called the optical department and somebody said they overlooked the message to ship my glasses and they had just been sitting there. They did not even offer to refund me the $20 I paid extra to get them earlier.

I took my mom gear to get hearing aids. The staff is friendly, professional and kind.The interaction with the other employees was also good.

Great Location.. They always have what I need, and have purchased several pieces of furniture.. Fantastic Quality and prices were amazing too.. Love to order their take home pizza..Always a dinner hit.

Hey what more can I say its Costco! Ok so Ive bought glasses from them and they are good. Like the pricing on soaps paper products, and other non perishables, but very careful what we buy in perishable items. Waste not want not!

I belong to Sams club as well and to me, it just seems like Costco is more organized, better food and better staff. Plus you get bigger discounts on cars.

With a busy holiday weekend, Costco had enough people working to have it run like a well oiled machine. Everything I needed was in stock and I was very happy with my experience!!

We stopped shopping here & got a membership at Sams Club instead. They don’t do a mask mandate! Costco always tried making our toddlers wear masks, so we found another solution. Sams! The prices are great & they don’t force you to wear a mask

BUT, they opened an extra lane quickly and moved us right on through.Remember to bring$$$ cuz its Costco and you will never spend less than$100 in this store. We actually blasted past $300 today.Street Tacos for dinner and some new tables for the deck. Tables were nice quality for $40 each.Lastly did buy gas $1.54 today about $0.25 a gallon cheaper than surrounding stations.

Most unfortunate and unprofessional Costco I have ever visited. This was my first visit to my local Costco too.Terrible altercation with a rude, employee. Who treated myself and my mother terribly at the cash registers. She raised her voice at us. The Manager of the cash registers handled the whole scenario unprofessionally. The General Manager of the store showed very little empathy towards my mother and I.Forget this Costco, I’ll go to the one in Charlotte.

Its clean and beautiful but one needs to wander about aimlessly to find items as rows are not labeled. I get the idea of wanting shoppers to look around but its difficult to spend more time looking than buying.

Great place for organic frozen fruit for smoothies. Best taste and price of all other brands- on kirkland brand of bulk boxed bottles of kombucha. Huge selection of nuts and related snacks, protein bars, interesting items not found in other clubs.

It was clean. But, there was no occupancy limit! At this time that is very important. Not sure about clean carts either. Stills prefer Sams.

I hate this store it is always packed no matter what time of day you come. People are rude and cut you off. Im going to BJs.

Wish they had curbside. Employees can be a hit or miss at times. But I usually just try to avoid having to go through the whole store especially on the weekends too crowded. Also they dont accept master cards which is why I will be canceling my membership with them.
