This is a fabulous place to do business with. Jeremy Wellman is a Class A salesman and very honest business man. I drove from Kingsport, TN to purchase my tractor from him and it was by far the easiest and smoothest purchase of any equipment I have ever had. If I need another tractor, or piece of equipment, they are well worth the 400 mile 6.5 hr trip each way.

I purchased parts for my CT322 Skid Steer, yesterday. The parts guy was awesome. Jacob sold me a used lawn tractor while I was there. Honorable people.

I spoke to Jacob. He was well informed and told me the differences between all of the lawn tractors that I inquired about. A really good experience. He was very professional and did not try to upsell. I will probably purchase a lawn tractor from them in the near future.

Salesman we met did not know much about the used mower we were interested in... He said he worked there over 2 years, but kept going inside for information... He seemed totally uninterested in making the sale.Very disappointing experience, may go to Fishers location...

Went into Reynolds today to buy a Stihl Leaf Blower. Saw them nicely displayed on the back wall and made my way over to that area. Looked around and held a few, checked out the specs while fully expecting a salesperson to emerge and greet me. That Never happened, I could have probably walked out with a couple blowers under each arm and no one would have noticed. So, off to Mcgavics Outdoor Power I went in Noblesville, I was welcomed there and greeted properly by a salesman who was more than willing to educate me and answer questions, gave me advice, and he made a sale!!! I Bought a Stihl BG86 blower and couldnt be happier, things like this happen for a reason. Glad it did!

Bought a lawn mower ZTR in April. Has been back to their shop twice, this time for over a week. They delivered it today, July 12, and left it in my driveway. I cant get it started to move it into the garage. Called the sales guy who sold it. He is clueless what to do, even though I asked for a replacement or a loaner until they can get this one fixed. Bottom line - John Deere is junk and Reynolds service techs are obviously clueless as well. The only positive marks to give them is that they have been responsive when I called each time. Sent a tech out the same day to look at it and take it back to shop.

Wanted to buy a tractor. Couldnt get anyones attention.Well spend our money elsewhere
